I don't usually complain, but I had to say something this time. I ordered a BLT Chubby Burger and got one tiny slice of bacon. Why even call it BLT and make us pay more for that?

I dont often write reviews but i had too. The chef or cook dont wear gloves handling your food, grabs the food bare hands and makes your sandwich not only that i had to ask for my onion rings to be redone 3 times because they were burnt and even the third time it was burnt still .. really bad experience hope they fix this for future customers. Good luck as i did not have any !

I ate there at night, and got served by Michel who gave us exceptional service. Very kind and the food was fresh and warm. Thank you Michel !!!

Tried calling to notify them no answer. Bought a spicy chicken sandwich around 3:30pm today, did not have time to ear until now. I heat it up the very first bite I take I find a broken staple, I just noticed it was missing its other side... very thin peace of metal. I am now afraid of eating this sandwich and honestly very disgusted as it was lodged inside the meat of the breaded chicken . I know some people who chew very little and swallow big chunks imagine??? Wow I am so shocked anyway not cool 😑 😒

Extremely steady decline in service, the food somehow takes more than forever to make and the portions are just not worth the money anymore at all. 4.40$+tax for that many sweet potatoes is crazy

I think I have been to this A&W at least 10 times now in the last year. I started going to A&W when they introduced the offers feature to the mobile application. I really like the A&W mobile app as it's so simple to use. I almost always order through the app and so far I have never had any problems with my food when picking it up at the counter or from the drive thru at this location. The parking situation is great at this restaurant. Overall the staff are really friendly too.
