AAPE STORE 原宿

I wish there were a few more options, and certain products like t-shirts, were laid out differently. Overall, only one certain staff member made my experience better, by helping me find my size. Overall, the store didn’t completely satisfy me with the options they had, but the location and vibe of the place was really cool.

The clothing is good, the store looks great and the variety of options is on point. The service is HORRIBLE. The 1 star is caused by the way they treat their customers, they were not only not helpful, but even rude and arrogant, not allowing to try on the clothing and doing so in a very bad manner like I owned them something. The store was not crowded at all. Dear management team, I hope you will fix this as this really damages your brand. The comments w/ 1 star are real.

Great experience shopping here. Sales people were very attentive. Great assortment. 1 star reviews below seem like it was written by tourists with unrealistic expectations, people forget there’s a language barrier here and culture is completely different from the west.

You cannot try the clothes on, which defeats the purpose of even having a physical store to begin with if you ask me. At least I couldn’t when I asked if I could try on a shirt. And the costumer service was quite honestly just so below standard of the stores in this area that the experience just fell a bit flat. With so many other unique stores in this area with such lovely personnel, I think your time is better spent in any of the other stores than this one.

The sales assistant had a very poor attitude and came across as arrogant. Even when I asked to try something on, they were dismissive and showed no willingness to help.

Everything about this store is just great! The staff was extremely helpful - when we were looking for unique colors and designs, they specifically opened many boxes from deep storage as well for us. Plus, we were gifted a Aape Glass Tumbler at the end. Overall, it was a amazing experience compared to the A Bathing Store in Harajuku and the Aape store in Bangkok.

One of the two locations in Japan, both being in Tokyo. The sister brand to BAPE with more affordable prices but equally as attractive styles. Staff were nice and helpful with sizes and try one. Take a look at the counter for free gifts associated with the amount you purchase before paying incase you want to top up. Check the top left section of the store beside the register as they have a lot of socks and misc items hidden there.
