The room itself was good. It was clean, the water got hot quickly, and the check in was smooth. The front desk staff were friendly, and the house keeping staff were all incredibly polite. I found the breakfast and coffee bar options lacking. Especially for a hotel that boasts a full hot breakfast and resort level amenities. Not much to choose from and no decaf or gluten free options offered. Maybe the off season has the kitchen low manned or on limited menu? Not super sure I’d come back, but thanks again to all the kind staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was very affordable and incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The highlight, though, was the festive touch—a bouncy house in the lounge for the holidays! Such a fun and unique addition that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

This was my third time here and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are large and beds comfortable. The staff at check-in made me feel welcome, really all of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I recently stayed in NYC where hotel staff acted like I was bothering them every time I asked a question. This is a family-oriented property, they even set up a little area for Halloween trick or treating and had a costume contest for children staying there. Family-oriented may be good or bad depending on your situation. I found all the children running around the hallways and outside my room's window a little annoying, but not so much I wouldn't stay here again after all this was my third stay. The breakfast was..... well I tried 3 mornings, one morning was better than the other two. They should focus on their quality fresh scrambled eggs instead of those bizarre half-circle frozen omelettes. Plenty of parking, easy to get around the property. Recycling station near the breakfast area is a clever addition to the property. Be sure to note the turn off of the main highway to the frontage road for the hotel, its easy to miss it

We stayed here for one night with our family. The inn was clean, the room was spacious. The staff was very kind and professional. The hot free breakfast was varied and generous. We had a small puppy with us and there is dedicated fenced dog space in the back. There is also a large playground and BBQ space. There is guest laundry available.

Typical motel but very nice. It is private and therefore has a more personalized and better appearance than those of chain hotels. The swimming pool was beautiful and we couldn't use it as we arrived late. Very good breakfast offering, better than any chain hotel. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean and friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurants nearby.

STAY HERE. We had to book a last minute night here and it was the best choice! We were able to check in early, we could bring our pup, and the rooms were immaculate. We will definitely be staying again!

This place is a gem. Our family of 6 often struggles with getting a single room that will accommodate us they have 3 queen large rooms that are very nice and reasonable. Breakfast was the best I've had for hotel breakfast with a wide selection. Lobby had a bounce house setup our kids loved. Very nice coffee shop in lobby. Outdoor playset, dog area, EV charging, and many other amenities. One of the first hotels as you enter Moab just past Arches national park entrance. Very nicely ran place!

Best breakfast of the 8 hotels we stayed in. Great price (off season). Working large hot tub. Friendly service
