We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this motel. We had stayed here years ago. We enjoyed then so decided to return. There was a ceiling fan in our room that we were so glad to comfortable sleep at night. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved the location being near Arches National Park. Breakfast was probably one of the best of my entire trip. They also have a small grill menu if you do not want to adventure further for a meal.

We booked a King suite for two nights. The archway is an older facility. The suite consisted of two rooms. One with a big screen TV and a big sofa, small table and chairs and one window which faced out onto the parking lot, car is coming and going less than 3 feet away from the window. The other room also had one window that faced on the other parking lot with cars coming and going just a few feet from the window, and you could hear other guest come and go as they exited the hallway. there was a cockroach on the floor, and we let the front desk know. The king bed was comfortable. The bathroom was basic. The kitchen area was a jumble with the coffee maker sitting on top of the microwave. We didn’t try the jet tub as it was enclosed on three sides by walls and the four side was next to the window next to the parking lot. The breakfast room was large and the selection was basic, but good the staff in the breakfast room were exceptional. We believe that we could find better value, newer facilities, and a brighter interior elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as part of a few days exploring Moab. The location is good if you have a vehicle. There's a large car park, good access to the rooms via key controlled doors and an elevator. ||On arrival, check in was swift. Friendly and helpful staff. ||The room was large and well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. ||All the main parks and attractions were easily accessible. We had some early morning and late afternoon trips in Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse State Park which were all within a short drive. Ideal for avoiding the crowds or the timed access parts of the day. ||It was a drive to downtown for bars and groceries etc, but much more peaceful than a centrally located hotel. ||Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aarchway Inn. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight, especially with access to the cabanas — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a handy half table and chairs. The lobby area was another plus, with a coffee bar and easy bites that made grabbing snacks convenient. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that noise from the hallway carried easily into the room, but overall it was a great experience and we’d stay here again.

Google
Fantastic hotel! Every single staff member was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic--by far the best hotel breakfast we had on our 4500mile road trip. The pool and hot tub were a perfect retreat at the end of the day. The rooms were clean, quiet, and large. The housekeeping staff kept everything well stocked and clean throughout our 3-day stay. It used the laundry facilities and they were clean and very reasonably priced--$1.75 to wash & $1.25 to dry. Given the very budget-friendly rate, we were pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful and hospitable stay!! I highly recommend this locally-owned gem!

Google
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable.|There was a plentiful selection at breakfast time. The pool was lovely, we managed a swim before breakfast, when it was still quiet. Later on in the day it became very noisy, not the hotels fault, some people are oblivious to the fact that not everyone wants to listen to them screaming. I'm talking adults here, not children.|We enjoyed the cookies that were on reception in the afternoon.|There was only one restaurant that was near enough to walk, but the hotel was very convenient for the National Parks.

Amazing hotel, really nice rooms, pool was great to use. Reception staff were friendly and there were daily fresh cookies to take. Location is so close to Arches NP. Short drive into Moab, highly recommend Zaks (10% discount with room key) and Spokes for food!! Proper Brewing is great too and only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Google
Phenomenal hotel. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the past few years and this may be my favorite. Good breakfast, massive clean rooms, good service, free cookies, perfect location, great price. Only knock I could think of it the pool isn't big. Except to share it with a lot of people who may not be too considerate of personal space.

Yelp
This place is amazing. We got a room with 3 beds. Nice heated pool. Awesome free breakfast.. Light blocking shade over the window. Nice dark, cool, quiet room. Nice playground for the kids. We did have issues with the upstairs people but not Aarchway's issue. We will definitely be back. The front desk and cleaning staff were all super helpful

Yelp
What can I say I loved staying at this place. It was affordable, it had amenities, and most of all I loved this place because of the staff. The kids at the desk were so pleasant. The place was so convenient for the hiking. Close to restaurants and. Shops. It had decent continental breakfast. Our room had two queen beds, the rooms were spacious. It came with coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. The rooms and restroom were very clean. The place had a hot tub, pool, coffee bar and washer/ dryers. They had fresh cookies as well at the front desk every night Would definitely stay again. Thank you staff

Yelp
Nice clean quiet hotel with all the amenities and a full breakfast. Very close to Arches National Park! Our family of 4 stayed at Aarchway Inn for 3 nights in Aug 2024 while visiting Arches and Canyonlands parks. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. Mattresses were average. Blackout curtains were very good and kept us in complete dark in the mornings. Bathroom was good and clean. Breakfast had full selection of cold and hot items. Check-in/check-out were quick and smooth. The room housekeeping was done daily which was nice. We also enjoyed the pool. Aarchway Inn is located on the edge of Moab, just 8 min from Arches National Park and on the way to Canyonlands. This was very convenient and helped as we tried to enter Arches park as early as possible. We had a good stay overall and found this hotel to be a great value. We can certainly recommend it!

Yelp
It's a nice clean hotel with a ton of parking space! We were here for 4 nights in February - had a great stay! The room was a good size, the bed was nice, big tiled shower - all good and the rate was excellent - very affordable!! They do a nice breakfast too!! There are more hotel rooms than people in Moab - at least it seems like it - so you have lots of choices. This one is about a 3 minute drive if you want to head downtown. The have a little store and a coffee shop - but no booze. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Yelp
I book this place every time I stay in Moab -- clean rooms, good breakfast and overall plesant stay.

Yelp
What a nice and clean hotel with plenty of large rig parking which we really appreciate. Their hot tub is open 8am-10pm and is indoors in a little nook open to outside so nice ventilation. The hotel is really nice and has a great complimentary breakfast each morning. There were pancakes, eggs, sausage, had browns, potatoes, fruit, pastries and cereals and yogurts. Plenty to choose from. They have a little grocery store inside that has some basics and the staff was super friendly and made check in easy. The only thing that was a bummer was how thin the walls are. We heard people stomping around upstairs forever and the neighbor's 5am phone calls clear as day. So that was a bit annoying but what do you do. I'd stay here again for sure.

Yelp
I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised with the Aarchway Inn overall. It's a great little hotel in Moab. It's located quite literally on the edge of the Colorado River with views of red rock cliffs. And a mere four minute drive to Arches National Park? Convenience is king! We arrived around 40 minutes before the 3pm check in and the staff graciously allowed us to check in early. Our room was ready and it's worth noting how spacious the rooms are. Obviously you don't visit Moab for the spacious hotel rooms, but it's nice to lay out in peace after a long day of exploring. Rooms have a refrigerator, TV, coffee station, charging outlets, a good sized bathroom, a desk with two chairs, a closet and plenty of room like I alluded to. It's off season, but they do have a pool on site which is near the lobby. They do offer a free continental breakfast in a large dining room. From fruit and yogurt, to coffee and OJ to eggs and sausage, it won't blow your mind but free is, in fact, free! It was nice to fill up my coffee each morning and load up on fuel before hiking in the parks. Winter pricing was very affordable. I'm sure prices are jacked during the summer months, but that's to be expected in during season. Aarchway Inn is definitely recommended by me for lodging in Moab!

Yelp
We have stayed here each December for the last several years. In the past I would email for rates and would immediately receive an answer and call to book. Now, I've emailed several times, I've sent their website contact form twice, and have called many, many times (line is busy. Busy? How many businesses do you get a busy signal?). They've lost our biz to a competitor.

Yelp
There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. They have always taken great care of us. It's very clean, wonderful staff. They didn't know we were getting married and still upgraded us to the suite. Heated pool and hot tub year round. They have a coffee shop and convenient store inside the hotel. The free breakfast is one of the better ones, homemade hot salsa at breakfast is hot! So good. I will always come here.

Yelp
Great hotel. Very large and remodeled rooms. Frig microwave coffee maker Staff very friendly Full hot breakfast. Pool hot tub. Even have laundry machines And only two miles from the entrance to arches national park. If your in the area. Book this hotel. Very reasonable rates .

Yelp
aarchway inn was great for our moab camping and mtn biking trip. bike storage, guest laundry, free ice, a pavilion with grill for outdoor eating. hot tub. great way to recharge after several days camping. good location for accessing mtn bike trails north of town.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and the room itself was so spacious. I definitely appreciated that having children with us. The location was great! Very close to the entrance to the arches and downtown area where we could get food and gas. They do offer complimentary breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pancakes making station. If you have little ones, they would love the bouncy house that they have set up at the front office for them to enjoy. :) The service there was okay, but overall a good place to stay if you are thinking of hiking the arches for a few days.

Yelp
My husband and I have been staying at the Archway Inn for over 20 years. We could stay in Moab at the Hampton on points, but we would rather pay and stay at the Archway. The people who work there are always accommodating. The rooms and the beautiful area in back make it the best place to stay! We had over 10 people in our group this year at the Archway, and everyone loved staying there.

Yelp
In A Nutshell: -The Aarchway Inn is a very good place to stay in Moab while you are exploring all of the awesome national/state parks that are nearby (Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse, etc...). -It's just outside of the downtown area, 5 min drive. -The location is very, very quiet w/ plenty of parking. -The room was very big w/ cable TV, large bathroom, bigger-average-refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker & desk). -You get free breakfast 6am to 10am, which comes in handy. -There is also an ice machine available. -The customer service was very welcoming too. -They had a swimming pool, that I did not use. Overall, this is a very good place to stay while you are in Moab, the location, facilities & free breakfast/parking were perfect.

Yelp
Stay of 1 week plus over Christmas. Very pleased with excellent interior design, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, comfort, good and reasonably priced laundry, THANK YOU for friendly pet policy and a very fair surcharge per stay, not per night. I like ground floor myself. Top floor might be quieter .

Yelp
We loved our stay here. Nice and very. Lean rooms, great outdoors facilities and the absolute nicest staff I have ever met. The hotel is right on the edge of a wetlands (yes wetlands) preserve so there is nothing between you and the red cliffs to the west. Beautiful sunsets. Thank you to the great staff of Aarchway!!!

Chpher K.

Yelp
Booked a room for before and after a trip with Western Spirit. On my return from trip there was a mix up and no rooms were available. Venjamin found us a room at a nearby hotel and even drove there to ensure we were taken care of. Venjamin went above and beyond with out missing a beat. Thanks Venjamin! Aarchway should be aware of such a great employee they have.

Yelp
Aarchway Inn is a fantastic place to stay in the Arches/Canyonland parks area. It is a large hotel with a big pool, free wi-fi, a playground, bike storage, laundry, and many more amenities. We had a generous room with two double beds and a standard motel bathroom. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The included breakfast has both hot and cold items, and they even make it available early on a limited basis for those who are hitting the trails. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
Great hotel! Clean rooms! And INCREDIBLE cookies in the lobby! Has a good pool, breakfast, and coffee shop! Also close to the National park!

Monica H.

Yelp
Our room was spacious, clean, bright and as an added bonus the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances & dishes one could need. Extremely close to Arches National Park. Highly recommend.

Yelp
My family and I have been visiting Moab for over 20 years and this place has been here, but we usually camp or stay in town. Yes, it is outdated but it's still has all the essentials and amenities. They has a huge overflow parking are for trailers which is really convenient. They do allow pets for an added fee. The pool area is nice and all open. They do serve free continental breakfast, but staying in the studio room I was able to cook our own breakfast. I ended up ordering coffee at the main cafe and it was some of the best made that I've had in awhile (mocha).

Yelp
Our kids loved our stay at Arches Inn in Moab, UT for 2 nights. Let's hit some key points, in some semblance of importance... 1. Pool and hot tub..excellent. Any day in the summer heat of Moab necessitates a visit to the pool, and it was excellent. Cool off in the pool late afternoon, hop in hot tub for 10 minutes, and back in the pool. Excellent way to chill out after a day in the heat! And, a great view of mountains! 2. Room was fantastic. We had 310, with 3 double beds for our family of 5. 2 TVs, a table with 4 chairs, and kitchen appliances and a clean bathroom. Room was clean, towels were soft, and bed was comfortable. AC could crank as necessary! 3. Breakfast- my personal favorite meal of the day- was under scrutiny, as I hate lame hotel breakfasts, but my frugal wife insisted on booking hotels based on free meals...3 teenage boys. Anyway, this breakfast was solid! Really fresh fruit, egg/bacon/hash browns/biscuits and gravy, plus cereals, yogurt, juices, etc. All was good. Only critique was the coffee- off aftertaste for me- but the rest was great. Not "every day for the rest of my life" good, but solid. 4. Extra amenities include teatherball, basketball court, bike storage, laundry, extra camper parking, a fire circle, playground, and nature trail (which we couldn't find), a store,, computer area, snack and coffee bar, and free cookies in the lobby! 5. And the water in the cooler by the door to the pool was excellent. Filled up all our bottles for the day there each day. Was sorry to leave Moab with so much to do, but I know where to stay when we come back!

Yelp
We booked this hotel very last minute when we went to Moab on a whim during a recent trip. We were only going to be spending 1 evening in Moab. We had already been traveling for over a week and desperately needed a cozy and comfy night of sleep. This place was EVERYTHING we wanted and so much more. First, the woman at the front desk was SO friendly and helpful! She gave us a map of the property and told us about breakfast and coffee. Next, the bed. I cannot even begin to tell you how well I slept in the bed. It was some sort of memory foam and I slept so good I didn't even move once! Everyone in our room loved the beds. The pillows were plentiful as well. Shower was hot, room was clean, bed was fantastic! We went swimming in the heated pool and the hot tub was the PERFECT amount of hot. We just really loved it here. So much so that when we come back to Moab this summer, we will be staying here again! Oh, by the way, breakfast was great! And so was the coffee!
google avatar

Steven K.

Yelp
Easy, check-in, friendly, staff, and very clean accommodations. There is a small playground and outdoor barbecue area, even a bonfire area that is already set up with firewood. Great place to hang out with friends or family, and especially your pets! Will definitely stay here again, next time in Moab.

Yelp
This was a very nice place 15 years ago I'm sure. The grounds are actually really nice, good pool, great nature area out back and view are perfect. Unfortunately the key cards had to be redone three times and we still kept getting locked out. There were no curtains in our room which faced the parking lot on the ground floor. Little odd having people look in at you while you're laying in bed. The hotel is "pet friendly" unfortunately now this morning I smell like a wet dog.
google avatar

Rashmi S.

Yelp
Love this Inn. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. They upgraded us to room 530 on the 5th floor. It was so spacious, and had nice views. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place while in the area.
google avatar

Richard A.

Yelp
When driving through Moab Utah Archway inn is a great spot to stop in at. They are pet friendly and have comfortable clean rooms. The only downside is the laundry mat as one of the dyers were broke and it took forever to get clothes into dryer causing me to lose sleep. Other than that it's a very well kept hotel.
google avatar

Marie H.

Yelp
There's something's I really liked about this hotel and others I didn't. The bed was comfortable and a great system to control the temperature in the room. I appreciated the mini fridge to keep things cool. The reason I can't give this place 5 stars is they were painting the elevators by my room and using spray paint. The smell was so strong and you could see the fumes permeating the hallway. Would've helped if they had fans or something but it made us sick to smell the whole time we were there. The hit tub was down also while we were there. So that was a bummer. Overall a nice hotel but it is in the outskirts of town so not close to walking distance to the shopping area just as a FYI.
google avatar

Benay K.

Yelp
Just spent a week here- First of all, extremely friendly front desk staff. Every one of them. The grounds are really beautiful. This is a great place for families or couples, or singles. There were three of us adults in three rooms on the third floor. Rooms were clean and spacious and well stocked with necessities like: Very comfortable beds Coffee maker and coffee/cups microwave mini fridge and freezer shampoo/conditioner Soap for both the sink as well as the shower cushy towels TWO queen sized beds in each room extra blanket Four pillows on each bed Hair dryer Of course a TV/remote great air conditioner and heater The hotel has outdoors: Easy parking Wonderful play yard (including a pirate ship!) Beautiful pool Basket ball court that has hoops that get very low for small children or handicapped Fire Pit with a large circle of sitting rocks around it Two BBQ's and picnic tables Exercise yard Huge lawn area Gorgeous view of the mountains and wildlife preserve Every morning and every night a small group of deer would come over and graze! Inside the hotel there are: Free light breakfast that includes: scrambled egss make your own toast french toast make your own (machine) pancakes yogurt fresh apples and bananas coffee juice FREE WIFI A gym A Jacuzzi that has an open wall to the outside Coin Laundromat Delicious fresh made cookies every evening Gift shop Vending machines for drinks Very close drive to some beautiful places that are 'must sees' and also pretty close to the town Cons The hotel floor layout on our side was a bit confusing Our rooms view were over the parking lot-but not terrible by any means Toilets take a special 'touch' to get them to fully work TVs are very hard to figure out how to get just regular stations. We all just gave up No in-room safes

Diana V.

Yelp
The room, location, and overall stay were fine. For the price, I'd recommend staying closer in town if that's what you're looking for - this is a bit on the outskirts and not walking distance from stores or restaurants. The reason I'm giving this two stars is the NOISE. It's clearly an old building so doubtful that there's much they can do without extensive and expensive renovations, but you will hear absolutely everything happening in the rooms above, below, and around you. Keep in mind that folks wake up early here to get to the parks so, if you don't want to be woken up by chatter, TVs, and stomping at 5 am everyday, this probably isn't the place for you. My room also was adjacent to the parking lot so not only did I get tons of noise from inside the building, but all of the noise from the lot, as well.
google avatar

Ilse V.

Yelp
Wish I could give a higher rating but for the price we paid, we felt underwhelmed. Mostly because they are doing some renovation work and I was rudely awoken the first morning (which was my only day off on my roadtrip) by workers ripping up the carpet in our hallway. This involved them whacking sharp tools underneath the carpet to get the glue to let loose; which resulted in endless pounding against the sides and door. Not at any time had we been informed that there would be any form of construction or renovation going on. Otherwise I would not have stayed. By the end of the day, a new roll of carpet had been rolled out but not yet fitted properly, which was a sure tripping hazzard. Also, it smelled very chemically and there was no ventilation. The elevators were also disgusting; littered with pieces of carpet.. The room itself was spacious but felt really old and outdated compared to the lobby and pool area, which felt more modern. The TV was standing in the corner rather than in between the two queen beds, so one person will definitely have a more difficult time watching it. The pool and hot tub area were very well taken care of, as was the garden and courts. The breakfast has your standard options of cereal, eggs, sausage, toast and juices. They also have a coffee bar in the lobby area. In the future, I likely won't stay here again since I felt the hotel was not open and honest about their renovation works going on. I get that you don't like telling people since it may lose you business, but now you have two disappointed customers. Not ideal either. But at least you have our money right..?

Yelp
Stopped by here on first leg of our trip to New Mexico. Our trip took way to long to arrive (supposed to arrive at 10PM, but showed up at 8am next morning). Manager was nice enough to allow us to sleep in until 3pm to catch up on some ZZZs (checkout was supposed to be 11am) which we really appreciated. They were life savers by allowing us to sleep in. Rooms were also very nice and they had a nice breakfast in the morning before we got some sleep. Thanks guys.

Brooke D.

Yelp
Considering the jaw-dropped hotel prices in Moab, this was a steal of a deal through booking.com. It's about five minutes from Arches, has a water play area, a big (warm!) pool and hot tub, some of the BEST macadamia nut white chocolate COOKIES I'VE EVER HAD (free cookies at 3:00 each day--big ones!), a free breakfast, and you can even order $10 lunches for hiking. The rooms are nice, the cleaning staff does a good job, and this hotel deserves accolades for its thoughtful service.
google avatar

David M.

Yelp
If we could give 6 stars, I would. The price was terrific and the amenities were superior. The bed was comfortable and the shower was large and hot. We are a good big breakfast, my wife liked the pancake dispenser. Also, and perhaps the coolest, there was a bouncy house in the lobby!
google avatar

Yelp
This was a great find on our National Park November Roadtrip. We were booking everything the day of and still got a good price for the night. The location is great - although it's at one end of Moab, it's the end closest to Arches National Park entrance. We were able to hit the park by 8:00 AM .... (FYI, the Visitor Center for the park doesn't open till 9:00 AM). Venn was working the desk that evening and he was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room - clean, good water pressure and quiet; sat in the hot tub for a bit - indoors and soaked my achy knees (which did wonders) and the breakfast covered the basics (which included biscuits and gravy ... I have never in my life had biscuits and gravy for breakfast.)

V G.

Yelp
Really grateful for this place as a one night stop on the way from Salt Lake City to Santa Fe. Got a steal of a deal in the offseason, something like $70 a night. Wish the coffee was better, but this doesn't really affect my rating so much as I'm not too big of a coffee person anyway. French toast for breakfast and absolutely amazing cookies during check-in. Clean facilities, big rooms, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was satisfactory and no problems with consistently hot water. Gym was small but didn't use anyway. And I found the surrounding property beautiful, with the rocky cliffs all around you, and a basketball court, jungle gym, bee garden, and outdoor barbecue grill if you need it. Good value. Not sure how quiet this place would be during the summer, but I had a restful stay in February. Thank you.

Jeanifet M.

Yelp
Last minute reservation and to my surprise it was an excellent hotel, big rooms very clean, the pool is amazing and the patios they have excellent too. The breakfast was very good everything taste fresh definitely will come back next time we visiting the town.

Yelp
It's conveniently off the highway right before you enter the town of Moab, and it's next to the Holiday Inn so the entrance can be a little confusing at night. I adored the room keys at Aarchway Inn, very cute, too bad I couldn't take one as a souvenir (you can, just be prepared to pay $100 for each lost key), lol. I enjoyed the hot tub and the exercise room. But the morning of our check out, something happened to the pool and it resulted in backward flowing water coming out of the bathtub, it was dirty water, and it got all over the bathroom floor and out onto the room carpet! Good thing we were leaving. There's a large breakfast dining room and the food is complimentary. I liked the old couple that worked very hard during the breakfast hours. The food was average at best, I did not care to eat there again even if it's free. And for some strange reason, the same coffee tasted better at the lobby than in the breakfast room (??) The front desk is not manned as it should. There were a couple of times when nobody picked up my called in the room and I had to physically walked up to the counter. But when they did answer, they were able to help resolve the issue (resetting the Wi-Fi as it wasn't working one night).

Yelp
Stayed one night while visiting the national parks in the area. Hotel is a nice property that offers breakfast in the rate. Very pricy but in line with rates at other hotels. I guess the hotels are able to charge the rates that they want since Moab is many miles from the next nearest town. Location is good for those wishing to access Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and Dead Horse Point State Park. Not within walking distance of the downtown area so you'd need to drive. Main road is undergoing construction so traffic backups are common.

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS OUR NEW FAVORITE. My boyfriend and I came here for a spontaneous trip to Moab, saw the sign for the bouncy house and were SOLD. The hotel itself is incredibly fun and the employees are phenomenal--especially Matt! He went the extra mile for us and was super kind. 10000% will be back!

Yelp
Pros: 10/10 value Great location Amazing hot breakfast for the price Basketball courts with lights Friendly service Cookies in the evening Staff baked complimentary pizza for us Christmas day because nearby restaurants were closed Cons: Bathroom light made noise Older sheets

Trevr H.

Yelp
Heated pool, hot tub, playground with swings and pirate ship, basketball court, tetherball, horseshoes, fire pit, splash pad, propane grill, wetlands walk, Gym, breakfast, fenced dog area. In room, or delivered coffee. We had a standard room with a fridge and microwave. It was very clean. Everything worked as it should. Room had a ceiling fan which is a very nice addition I've never had in a standard room before. Breakfast was exceptional. Hot and cold items that changed every day. Eggs, bacon, sausage, omelette, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, French toast, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, orange and mango juice. I observed the hotel next door had a pool that was closed off (covered) as it is still fairly cold outside. The pool here was open and heated. As long as we stayed in the pool it was warm. We loved being able to swim in February! Covid 19 was taken very seriously. Employees wore masks at all times. Signs and floor stickers posted everywhere. Hot breakfast items served by employees. Condiments like syrup served in small grab N go disposable containers. Employees wiping tables after guests. Etc... The only negative I have to say is not with the hotel but with the guests that own dogs. This is probably one of the only hotels that allow dogs. You would think dog owners would have more respect and pick up their dogs poop near the basketball courts. This is why most hotels don't allow dogs. Poop was fresh and probably hadn't been seen by hotel employees yet.

Yelp
Though it shows its wear and tear, this place has yet to disappoint me when I've visited Moab. This is a great hotel option on the northern part of town (ie. close to Arches NP and closer to Canyonlands NP). The interior is a bit worn down but for the location and price it's a great option for travelers interested in a good night's sleep in between adventures in Moab and the surrounding national parks. One of my favorite parts of this hotel is the breakfast they offer - which is always serviced properly, even when there's large crowds. The hotel is also quiet and a bit away from town, so it is easy to find, drive in, and find places to park. Their front desk staff has been helpful each of the three times I have been here and they have been quick to correct any minor inconveniences that occurred while I was in town. It may not look as flashy or new from the outside compared to some of the other brand-name chain hotels in town but it is definitely as good, if not better of an option.

Yelp
Do not stay here! This is a filthy, smelly hotel. The floors in our room were sticky. A foul odor kept me awake. The free breakfast was inedible. There was dirt and mold collecting at the bottom of the shower door. The stairway up to guest rooms has had a cigarette butt, leaves and debris obviously not cleaned by housekeeping since ...? and remained there throughout our two-day stay. It appeared the public spaces are never cleaned. By the time we returned to our room in the afternoon housekeeping had serviced the room but didn't even go into the bathroom. Dirty towels left in a pile to be removed were still there; the floor was still sticky even after asking housekeeping to clean all the floors. Not only does the hotel and room smell of old dirt, but at certain times the room smelled of a cesspool. Disgusting place!

Yelp
The hotel is nice but pricey. It smells awful when you walk outside. Not sure where it comes from. Room at a funky smell too. Breakfast is included and starts at 6:00 which is great so you can get an early start up at the park. First day everything was ready to go at 6:00. The second day they were not ready with some of the food items that I wanted. I love the pancake maker but it had to warm up and oatmeal wasn't put out yet. Day 3 buffet items good but issue with pancake maker again. Overall nice place but for limited time in room probably won't come back.

Yelp
The hot breakfast was really Covid friendly. One person served all the hot food, all the condiments were in individual cups. Property has a play area and a doggy area. Rooms were clean. We were a little confused by the phone in the bathroom. The beds were firm, the pillows were soft (we prefer soft bed and firm pillows). The hotel has a unique layout. We were in a 200 room, (which we assumed second floor). We went up one flight and the rooms were 400 (?), we went down 1/2 a flight and were on 300 (?) and down another 1/2 to 100 (?). Then 200's were around the corner. It was confusing. I'd like to see a detailed layout! Staff was friendly, the curtains looked more sheer than I prefer (especially since our room was on the ground level by the pool). I wasn't sure if people could see in as well as I could see out Overall, a good experience!

Yelp
Great place to stay, friendly staff and lovely amenities! Right by the park and close to town definitely will be back money we'll spent. Also very clean!

Yelp
We had a 15 hour drive and couldn't wait to stop for rest we ended up booking a last minute stay at archway inn and we are so happy we did. Our room was the perfect temperature when we walked in our beds were comfy and most importantly the Bathroom was spotless! The complimentary breakfast was very COVID protected (greatly appreciated) thank you archway inn for your hospitality! Will be staying again in the future! Couldn't recommend this place enough (:

Yelp
The rooms are not anything special, but the hotel itself and the people who work there are outstanding. First, I've been to a lot of "pet friendly" hotels, but never one like this. They have a dog park and a huge area behind the property to go for walks. Other places claim to be family friendly but this one has a playground in addition to the pool. Clearly, the owner treats the staff well, because everybody we dealt with, from the desk to the maintenance guys to the housekeepers to the people in the breakfast room were happy and friendly and pofessional. The convenience store is not over priced and has a fair selction including bagged ice and reasonably priced sack lunches available at the desk. They go out of their way to make a poorly planned visit to the national parks enjoyable and convenient. Thank you to the ower and staff.
