This super mart is just average. It has most of the basic items you’d expect, but nothing really stands out. The store layout is okay, though sometimes it feels a bit unorganized. Staff are not rude, but they’re not very helpful either. Prices are regular — not too high, not too cheap. It’s fine for quick shopping, but don’t expect anything special. If they improve cleanliness, product variety, and customer service, it could be much better.

Arong lost their quality. My wife has weared 2 times this dress after 2025 Eid ul fitar. As you can see some "fus furi" type things has grown from her new kurta. 🤦‍♂️ Surprised things is she didn’t even washed her kurta till now...

This outlet is personally my favorite one. Though it is not as much as spacious like Gulshan or Dhanmondi Aarong outlet, but still it is a very well-organized outlet. As like other branches this branch also offers a wide range of products for women, men, and children. Their products include clothing, accessories, home decor, and more. I frequently go there and find all the things I need. Specially women section always has all the new collections. Their service is also very professional.

I recently visited the Aarong store at Mirpur 1, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. The store's layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to browse through their extensive collection. The variety of traditional and contemporary clothing, accessories, and home decor items is impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The staff at Aarong Mirpur 1 were incredibly helpful and courteous. They were attentive without being intrusive, providing assistance whenever needed and offering insightful recommendations. The quality of the products is top-notch, reflecting the brand's commitment to craftsmanship and authenticity. What stood out the most was the store's vibrant ambiance. It beautifully blends modern retail aesthetics with traditional Bangladeshi cultural elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, adding to the overall positive shopping experience. I highly recommend Aarong Mirpur 1 to anyone looking for high-quality, ethically-made products that celebrate Bangladeshi heritage. Whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for the perfect gift, Aarong is the place to go. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases.

One of the few places in Dhaka that I genuinely enjoy for shopping. Overall experience is always pleasant.

Aarong  is a chain of retail outlets located in the major cities of Bangladesh. It is an enterprise of BRAC, the largest non-governmental development organisation in the world. In the Bangla language, "Aarong" means a village fair. At present Aarong has 10 domestic outlets (6 in Dhaka, 2 in Chittagong, 1 in Sylhet and 1 in Khulna), 1 franchise in London as well as considerable export operation in many European, North American and Asian countries. Aarong products include Nakshikantha, pottery, crafts on brass, jute, wood, candles, leather, hand woven cloth and silk products, jewelry and a wide variety of trendy yet indigenous products. The store specialties include Nakshikantha (a traditional form of embroidery rooted to the core of Bangladeshi village women) and Jamdani sarees.

Aarong is situated opposite to Sony cinema hall. It is famous for its handmade products like garments, hand crafts, toys, food items etc. Basically this store is famous for fashionable or traditional textile goods.Their organic mehendi power is very famous. Some of food items like juice, curd, chocolate milk etc. Their service is good. In the evening or on holidays and before any occasion becomes very crowded. Environment is very good. Products are authentic. Accepts both card and cash. Have parking space. Wheel chair accessible.

Seems like this outlet of Aarong is most enriched with Home Decor items.
