I am coming in Port Blair from last 03 years and always stay in aashiyana hotel. It's rooms and service are very good. Staffs is helpful and good in behavior

We checked in this hotel on 18 th november 2024.A good budget friendly hotel near the government jetty. Rakhi mam is very helpful . One can easily get auto and cars for transportation just from the gate of the hotel. Only drawback is they don't have any restaurant and you have to go outside for the food.

Worst hotel. Pls never stay with your family on tour. It is only for spending a night for bachelors. No body will be there to help you. Only one lady receptionist will be there and everything is self service. Even you have to bring your water from ground floor every time. Lot of cigerate end and used match sticks with thik layer of dust will remain in the the washroom rack. May be they have not cleaned for months. All the rooms are damp and smelly. Toilet locks and handle was broken. Be it standard room or Delux room, all are of same quality. Another caution, never book this through online. First go and check the rooms, if you feel good, then only pay them. Again to say, most dirty and below standard hotel, I have seen.

One of the best budget hotel in portblair, good atmosphere, maintained cleaning, providing basic amenities in a very cheap tarrif. AC room with double occupancy started only in Rs1000 and non AC rooms started with Rs 700 only. 500 meter away from Bus terminal 300 meter away from jetty. Staff are very cooperativ, Rakhi Parul madam always ready to help and serve the guest..... Two year bonding with Ashiyana Residency

Clean rooms, new property. Reception person is helpful. The location is very nice, on a hill.

Rooms are good as per price. Owner lady very co operative. Only issue no good resturant near by.
