Went to this store to buy a gift card for a friend's birthday and was told they did not sell gift cards in the store (?), just online (???). This was a huge disappointment because 12 friends had contributed money for the gift card, and we had no physical gift to present to our friend. I proceeded to order the gift card online and selected the "deliver the card to the store" option so that my friend could retrieve the card in person. Instead, Abanuc sent the card to my billing (home) address, and now I have to figure out a way to ship the gift card to my friend who doesn't live here. A total mess and needless incompetence over a simple transaction that encourages business at their establishment. At a store that is geared toward personalization and a luxury clientele no less. All of that said, the person at the front desk was nothing but kind and apologetic, and I could tell he felt bad about the situation.
