it’s a personal mission of mine to try every beef noodle soup in this city. abento has one of the top 5. it’s so perfectly balanced, well-priced, and a good portion size. this is one of the best taiwanese restaurants in canada for a reason!

A well-known Taiwanese restaurant currently has its location under construction. The food is average, though there is a wider selection available. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The waitress seemed disinterested in providing good service, which detracts from the overall experience. It's not the best place for lunch.

The nitro black tea is amazing! Food never disappoints. It's been my go-to Taiwanese fusion place. If you're into bitter melon, the bitter melon salted egg is 👌

Me and my fiancé first time trying here and ate here for lunch. The decor is super cute and the waitress offered another chair to put my backpack on the side which was very thoughtful of her! My fiancé got the Taiwanese chicken nuggets bento with the peach tea and I got the pork deluxe bento. Such generous portions for both and absolutely delicious! was very filling and the side dishes were such a good balance with the rice & meat. Highly recommend and would definitely come back here ☺️

Popcorn chicken “chicken nuggets” were pretty good. Braised beef rice was just like in Taiwan, although the side dishes came out slightly cold.

The best spicy beef noodle soup! The appetizers and nitro black tea are great accompaniments. Servers are always super friendly and make great recommendations 😊

ABento is always good! Ordered multiple times from them on UberEats for office lunches and everyone just love their food. We ordered the chicken soup this time with a group of 8. We tried that before and it’s too good for a raincouver weather, so we’re back again! While we’re waiting for the table the server told us they required a 18% gratuity for larger groups. I really appreciate them for notifying us about this rule before we’re seated. Ok anyways service was great and 18% is totally worth it! Can’t wait to be back!

The best beef noodle soup in town and the white pepper chicken steak is so good!!! This place became one of our favourite brunch places in Vancouver :)
