Store has a good selection and it’s nice that it’s spacious , the downside is the lack of dressing rooms- always a long line . A self checkout option for check out would also be great as they tend to move very slow and this is yet another long line

Just had the best fitting with Haley! Post partum trying to find jeans. I was super nervous to ask for help! She not only helped but was so personable. I would absolutely recommend shopping at this store!

Gay white dude with dark curly hair and the mustache is too fancy to check on sizes for you, his excuse was that he didn’t have the device with him, he pointed me to this other employee and said he has a device, I walked up to this other guy and he ended up went to the back, and then went to the cashier counter to grab a device to look for the size for me. Managers need to train their staff, stay home if you want to stay lazy!

I love this store, however the staff here is no help, they need to re-train all their staff and their managers to know how to actually do customer service.

Manager “Alli or Alley” had this straight face attitude. I asked for return and clearly it states on receipt that return is allowed within 30 days. When I told her that other branch has done so with my online order. She made a call to that branch manager and asked them not to accept return if I visit them. “ You did this with it and etc”. This is the current day time manager. My return is open but in brand new condition. It states that I have 30 days. I am not satisfied with the product experience. I would even accept this situation as it is. However, manager tone sounded very personal and told me sarcastically to have a nice day as I left and in front of other customers. It was very embarrassing situation to be treated as such. I wasn’t rude and didn’t expected manager to act as store owner. What happen to customer service or satisfaction. Never ever purchasing from Abercrombie, no matter whatever sales they have. I am very flexible and have been a business owner. But to call the other location to make sure they also don’t welcome me. That was ruthless.

Was welcomed immediately by several friendly store associates. (Which can sometimes be overwhelming but they weren’t overly pushy or anything) I moved over to the men’s side and was helped by Jace. He helped grab different sized clothing and put outfits together for my picky husband. He was more than willing to go the extra mile and show good service. Even when I asked him for several requests he was patient with me. This A&F location currently has a great crew of people. And the spring collection is so cute. Picked up basics for my husband and some curve love shorts and jeans for myself. Highly recommend!

Great customer service from start to finish. Katherine assisted me of finding a size that was not on the floor. Located my size on a mannequin instead of just saying it wasn’t available.

Store was recovered and put together but the staff was not willing to help. The looks they gave all of the customers walking in was less than welcoming. They didn’t seem like they liked their job, which is sad because other places in the mall had exceptional customer service. To American Eagle I go!
