Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t very good. I contacted this company about planning a four-week trip to South America for February next year. I received one initial reply, but after sending two follow-up emails, I never heard back. That lack of communication doesn’t inspire much confidence — I wouldn’t trust them with organizing an expensive vacation.

Great at building your itinerary and taking your money, however if anything changes later don’t expect an expedited response. I will not be using A&K again.

Be very careful of their cancellation policies if you book with them - very inflexible in respect of COVID - better to book direct with hotels if you actually ever want a refund for anything.
