Had an amazing stay at Aberdare Prestige & Royal Cottages! The staff were warm, caring, hospitable and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Truly a clean, cozy, and welcoming home away from home. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this place. Not the welcoming staff who server u welcoming drinks😊, the bonfire at night while enjoying your buffet meal with your family giving u the unforgettable moment 🔥. Their meals were top notch 😊. The room clean up services were quite respectful of our belongings and the security was really tight 🌸. For Christmas or new year I recommend u to visit and have the best fireworks and music night experience ♥️.

We enjoyed our stay. Food was amazing. They have varieties. Try their sauna, very affordable we loved it! The beds are comfortable, Rooms are clean. They provide shower gel, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy and busy when we arrived coz there was a wedding going on which ended at around 8pm, happens a lot during the weekends as explained by the receptionist.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at the restaurant. The space has two sections, and when I arrived, I deliberately chose the well-lit area so I could comfortably work on my laptop. After placing my order, a staff member named Stella asked another colleague to request that I move to the dimly lit section — which was not suitable for working. What made it worse was that there was another guest already dining in the same section, and he was not asked to move. The inconsistency in how I was treated felt unfair and discriminatory. A space that serves the public should be inclusive and uphold equality in how guests are handled. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards ensuring all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

Located 1 km from Nanyuki Airstrip, fantastic location for a get away, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Equipped with a swimming pool, sauna and spa facilities and a fitness center. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall excellent experience. Great service crew, Breathtaking views of Mt.Kenya My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities, including a comfortable king-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries, and the shower had great water pressure.
