A very good place for a hike. The Eastern side where Satima is located is the third highest point in Kenya. This is to say it stands 3999 metres above sea level. Before engaging in such a hike, it's good to consult the rangers in-charge for guidance. While climbing this high ground, beware of rains that may come in the form of hailstones. If you make it to the summit point, you'll be happy to experience different vegetations such as Heath and moorland. This place gets very cold, so you must be ready for it.

This is a paradise, being a historic for freedom fighters (Mau Mau). 👑 Queen of England loved and spent time here. It is a home for great falls, like Chania falls, Karuru falls, elephant hill, wiumiririe hill, table Mountain, Gatere forest. It hosts a home for leopards, buffalos, elephants, antelopes, hyenas, and many more.
