The rooms were super duper comfy. We booked directly through their website and got a promo that included our suite and airport pickup, which was awesome. The pickup was super smooth—the driver was right on time and everything went perfectly. It’s a small boutique hotel, so the check-in area is pretty small. When we arrived there were a lot of people checking in, so we had to wait a bit, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal because they had coca tea and other teas for you to enjoy while waiting. Once we got to our suite… wow. We came in with no expectations and the room was amazing. The bathroom was great, the bed was insanely comfortable, and the room felt modern, cozy, and warm. They even had two heaters, which we definitely used at night since it got cold. The mini fridge was fully stocked with water, a Cusqueña beer, and sodas, all included, plus some snacks that were also included and really good. The only small thing is that the bathroom could use a couple more towels, but overall the room was spectacular. Breakfast the next morning was also very good. It’s a basic continental breakfast, nothing fancy, but everything tasted good. It would be nice to see something a bit more local like hot chocolate, but still enjoyable. The location is perfect—about a 3-block walk to Plaza de Armas and right across from the Coricancha Temple. Super easy to walk everywhere. One small downside was the 18% tax. Even though the reservation was under my husband (who isn’t Peruvian), and I’m a dual citizen but didn’t have my foreign passport with me, they still wanted to charge it. I didn’t love that, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall, we had a great stay. The staff was very nice and polite, and we would definitely come back and stay here again with our family. Would totally recommend it.

We spent three superb days here and can report that value for money Abittaire cannot be beaten. We chose a junior suite and was blown away with its size and comfort. The king beg offered excellent sleep quality.. the bathroom was great..huge walk in rain shower ..nice products.. just the space made you felt at home . Breakfast was decent with enough choice for everyone. They also offer top up fresh water which was a nice touch. The staff also need a mention .. Absolutely available from the moment we arrived till they collected our cases on leaving. Superb all round.|I really rate here .. ticks all boxes for a price that will not damage your budget. Highly recommended. |Ps Chullys is a restaurant 50 meters away..it’s a gem !

A really lovely and beautiful hotel in a great spot, easily walkable to the main sights, but just far enough away from the busy areas to feel relaxed. Service was excellent and friendly throughout our stay. We had a convenient room near reception; the only small downside was that noise from the communal area carried, but it wasn’t all the time and nothing a pair of earplugs couldn’t fix. Overall, a wonderful stay and great location

If you visit Cuzco make sure to book this hotel! Price/quality is very good! Very delicious breakfast in the morning 😋 and amazed by how quiet it is by night… while being in the middle of the city center! When entering the patio of this hotel all traffic noice is gone! Great location and close to Plaza de Armas!

I honestly don’t write reviews often but the Abittare was so wonderful I had to!! The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff went completely above and beyond to make our time in Cusco as easy as possible - packing us breakfast before our 4am hike, storing our luggage well after we checked out, arranging laundry on a Sunday. The building is also an insanely cool colonial mansion. If you are even thinking about it just book Abittare!!

The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax. I especially enjoyed sitting outside in the charming courtyard. It’s a lovely spot to unwind while waiting for a ride or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful historic property with a cozy atmosphere and an excellent location for exploring Cusco. Rooms were extremely comfortable, and the building has so much character. They also offer onsite luggage storage, which was very convenient for our overnight Inca Trail hike. Service was helpful, and we loved being able to walk everywhere from here. A great choice for anyone visiting the city.
