So many items from basics to rentals, with varying prices that I deem fit to the product. The decor is spectacular, and captures the spooky vibe perfectly, also giving some photo opportunity spots!

I had a costume I asked for home help with on 'live chat' - inevitably the chatbot couldn't help and told me to e-mail or phone. Since I don't have a US cell (visiting from UK) I sent an e-mail. After two days with no reponse I went in to the store with my costume and was told to send another e-mail, which I did - and was informed I would get a response by the end of the day. 8 days later I have not had a response to either e-mail so will take my business elsewhere.

The best Halloween/Costume store in NYC hands down! You will get your moneys worth because everything is very high quality. And you are bound to find something you like. The workers make the experience ten times better! Everyone is helpful and so friendly, I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Highly recommended!

This is the best spot in NYC for any horror fan. This place is 3 floors of horror goodness. From collectables and figures to masks and accessories. They also have an absolute ton of Halloween costumes, make up, prosthetics and just about every decoration going, you literally would not need to go anyware else for your Halloween shopping. It has such a chilled vibe and you can wander for ages taking in all the crazy goodness that this store has. The team in there are always super friendly and look after you every visit. Give this place a go you will not regret it!

Very disappointed with this companies customer service. I ordered breakaway glasses, before doing so I reached out to ensure they could deliver what was needed in time(14th) I got the package in time but every glass was shattered. They wanted to charge me an extra $100 to get it delivered by the 15th. They tried to say it’s not their fault and that’s why they were going to charge me the $100. But it was very clear that they were not packed correctly for being breakaway glasses. There was no actual padding inside the cups, so although it was bubble wrapped on the outside there was no actual support on the inside. Extremely disappointed in this company and would not use them if you have a important or time sensitive production.

The Most Magical Costume Shop in NYC: Three Floors, Card Tricks, and a Cat! Walking into this costume shop isn't just shopping—it's an experience. I can't recommend this place enough! First off, the sheer scale of the selection is amazing. They weren't kidding when they said they had it all; the inventory spans across three floors! Whether you need historical garb, modern cosplay pieces, or just the perfect wig, you could easily spend hours exploring every nook and cranny. While browsing the basement, I was genuinely charmed to spot the onsite cat casually strolling through an aisle, clearly the true ruler of the establishment. It adds such a unique, cozy, and seemed to enjoy a few pets and ear rubs. As if that wasn't enough, there was an unexpected bonus: a talented gentleman near the checkout who was performing card tricks! If you are looking for costumes or just want to feel like you've stepped into a truly special, eccentric corner of old New York, this is your place. Forget the big box stores; this shop has selection, service, and a resident furry companion. Five stars!

Great selection of costumes! First floor is full of accessories, decor, kids costumes, makeup and best of all, the resident black cat Mr. Hyde. The second floor has the adult costumes and I enjoyed the variety from comedic to sexy fits. There’s some funny couples costumes as well. The lower level has excellent quality costumes for rent or purchase but those come with a steep price tag. Love the availability of such costumes if there’s a special occasion that calls for them.

Okay so I came here last year and thought this place was super cool, had a great experience here. Then today I came by to check out what they had going on for this year. I look around and pull out two costumes I was interested in trying on. I’m in the dressing room upstairs as I’m trying things on, some grown man is outside yelling at me to “try on and come out, you’ve gotta come out” Turns out it was one of the managers or workers there! So I ask if there was a time limit or something to try on a costume and the nice girl supervising said, “No there isn’t, but some people tend to stay in there and take photos.” I wasn’t taking photos of anything, I’m on the phone while I’m trying on too so they’re hearing everything that’s going on. Mind you I’ve only been changing for 5 minutes.This made me very uncomfortable. Being rushed to try on costumes when there was no one waiting in line. I come out the dressing room obviously upset from whoever just spoke to me. I ask the girl who it was that said that and she goes, “I think it was my boss, I’m so sorry.” He was wearing this purple shirt and he had grey hair and looked like he was in his 50s or 60s. If he reads this, is this how you treat your customers? Yelling at them to try the costume on and get out? Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and irritated so I let the friendlier staff know what happened and I left the store. Probably won’t be coming back
