I stayed at my favourite hostel in israel, and again, it exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff's were incredibly helpful, and the location is obviously perfect for a whole lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the common areas had a great vibe that made it easy to meet other travelers. One of the highlights of my stay was a breakfast, it was fresh, openhanded and delicious every morning with a coffee. There was a great variety of options including fresh bread, cheese, salad, eggs, cornflakes, milk, fruits, some sweet treat's and many more.. It was a perfect way to start the day and really added to the overall experience. I always feel at home here. " come as you are, and let the world meet your truth" ✌️

Wonderful experience at Abraham Hostel We stayed at Abraham Hostel during a difficult time and were deeply touched by the staff’s kindness and generosity. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with spacious and well-organized common areas. Their warm hospitality made us feel safe and supported — we’re truly grateful. Highly recommended

The hostel is clean, beautiful, located in a perfect place. But this atmosphere is created by the wonderful employees - they are wonderful, friendly, patient young people. They work very hard, but always have a lot of heart for tourists. I will definitely come back here, especially for them.

Extremely well managed hostel, very nice employees. Very tasty and abundant breakfast included. Rooms are clean, with electricity and lights in every bed. Due to some stupid israeli law you aren't allowed to stay more than 14 days in a shared room. Overall a great experience, extremely well located in the center of tel aviv, close to everything. Highly recommended

I am a local, and a tour guide. Stayed in a double room for 2 nights. I would give 5 to the location and common areas and 3 to the rooms. With a charm of a hospital room, and a double bed that consists of two single beds with a gap that can fit an adults person's arm it is hard to enjoy. The towels are cheap, small and thin. Sound insulation is not the best either. The big common area is lovely but unfortunately may host big community events which will make your plan of working on your stuff in comfort or just chilling in the evening - impossible. The luggage room is dirty and full of garbage (see photos attached). The staff is friendly, there are vending machines, drinking water etc - all this was nice.

I stayed at Abraham Hostel and also booked a 2-day tour with Abraham Tours , both were excellent. The hostel had a friendly vibe, clean rooms, and a great location. The tour was well-organized, informative, and a real highlight of my trip. There was a small issue with a refund after my stay, but the staff handled it professionally and made sure everything was resolved. I really appreciated their honesty and support. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Israel I’d definitely stay and tour with them again! Sreejith

If you would like to easily connect with people be located right in the heart of Tel Aviv and experience authentic breakfast, I guess there is no better place than Abraham’s. The staff was great helpful at any time the place is clean and the beds are comfortable. I stayed in the 12 bedroom dorm And I loved it.

During my recent stay at Abraham Hostel, I encountered behavior from the staff that was not only unprofessional but downright humiliating. This wasn’t a one-time mistake—it reflected a pattern of negligence and disregard for guests.||At 11:00 AM, while I was still asleep in my room, one of the staff members abruptly woke me up and insisted that I vacate the room immediately. I tried to explain that I had arranged a late checkout for 8:00 PM, but instead of checking the facts, he chose to argue with me in front of the other guests in the room, causing me extreme embarrassment and discomfort.||After going downstairs and finally realizing that I was indeed scheduled to stay until the evening, he never returned to apologize. Only after I went down to speak with him two hours later did he mutter a vague comment about a “mistake,” without taking any real responsibility.||Later that evening, when I approached reception to check out, the same woman who had originally confirmed my extended stay greeted me with a sour expression and claimed once again that I was late to leave. While it’s true I was an hour late—due to observing Shabbat—the tone and attitude were condescending, as if I were a homeless person intruding into the hostel, rather than a paying guest who had coordinated everything in advance.||I normally try to be patient and understanding when it comes to customer service, but this experience crossed a clear line. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hostel, where basic respect for the guest is clearly lacking.||A place that claims to offer hospitality should at the very least know how to treat people with dignity.
