We went here to eat only. And did not stay at the hotel. I am rsting this solely based on the experience that we going around shopping and dining. There is plenty of shops here and good for everyone. With prices of varying options. Also food here is plenty and can try anything you desire. Good to try.

Choosing to stay in a room facing the Kaaba truly felt like one of the best decisions we made. The grandeur of the building is simply breathtaking; it’s almost like a vast puzzle, and it can be challenging to find your way around, especially since many people here may not speak much English. It’s important to stay patient and resourceful as you navigate through the space. The variety of shops and the accessible food court are wonderful, making it easy to find what you need. Compared to Azizia, this location feels remarkably convenient, allowing for easier access to the Kaaba and the opportunity to engage in prayer within the magnificent clock tower, which is such an integral part of this experience. It would be incredibly helpful to have an app specifically for the clock tower, especially a mapping feature in English. It would make the journey smoother for the diverse crowd that comes from all corners of the world to enjoy this sacred experience.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Fantastic Experience! The Clock Tower is a true gem. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is both historic and welcoming, beautifully blending old-world charm with modern touches. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The views from the tower are simply breathtaking—definitely worth the visit alone. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the service, was top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and special experience. Can’t wait to come back again!

I was originally planning to write a lengthy paragraph, but the vibe I got from mingling with the locals is that feedback may not travel far. So, I’ll keep it simple and to the point for the benefit of future visitors: Clock Tower Complex: The Clock Tower is undeniably a visually stunning and iconic building, but that’s about where the praise ends. It gives off a strong “we’ve got money, but no idea how to use it” kind of energy. Impractical layout, not enough lifts, and poor signage throughout. From a security standpoint, there are way too many blind spots. Staff could use training in customer service even a simple smile can go a long way. Hotel Stay – Pullman ZamZam: Room sizes are decent, which is a plus. However, the workmanship inside the rooms is clearly subpar—from finishes to fixtures. Lighting is poor, making the space feel gloomy. And it seems like this building has never heard of high-rise window cleaning—the windows were filthy, which really took away from the view and experience. Overall, there's so much potential here, but unfortunately, it feels like style over substance. Hopefully, this helps others manage expectations—or better yet, encourages improvements where they’re well overdue.

Amazing hotel and shopping mall with a good court that spans two floors (P3 and P4). Lots of Western fast food restaurants operate here. Service can take a long time during busy periods (30 minutes + for orders to be fulfilled). Generally, the food is high quality. Prices are Western equivalent - so considered highly pricy for most locals and the majority of pilgrims.

$200 r and $100r for children! So overpriced. Horrible people work here. Rude and brushes you off and very disrespectful. Following you around to make sure you leave after 10 minutes. They only allow you 10 min on each floor and kick you out. Argued with the lady on the first floor and second floor to give us 5 more minutes to listen to their audio. She said no. So she send a guy on the second floor to scare me. Standing above me and trying to intimidate me. What’s wrong with these people are they not Muslim? The audio is their own they make you listen to. But 10 minutes! I’ve never been to a museum that keep a time on you like this. Just ridiculous. Museums need to read and listen to. To learn and evaluate. Not to rush and tell you to get out. So disgusting. Also your not allow to take pictures or videos! They follow you everywhere watching you! So crazy. So unprofessional. We aren’t children. Will never be going again. All these other reviews just fake! There was barely anyone there! Only few people. My child needed the washroom after we just finished the whole museum there, they wouldn’t let us to use the washroom. Said go buy a ticket! Lol so ridiculous. I argued with him that we were just inside! Until he scolded at me and let us in. It’s at the entrance. Just horrible service and horrible people working there. We came from all the way from Canada. Just a horrible experience for me and my child. Here is a picture of the guy that was following us and staring us down the whole time. What a horrible person. Had to look over my shoulder every minute because of him.

One of the most famous landmarks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a view that brings joy to the soul. The towers of the house next to the Kaaba. You are in happiness and a pure soul. Everything you want is around you. There are restaurants, markets, and kind people. You long to be close to God. You long for Mecca. I loved the place and the time. I loved the people I meet. I don’t know them. I know the smile you see from them.
