Absolem is an amazing venue with amazing ambience, but don’t go to this Cidery for the Cider. Go for the mixed drinks.
Another Cidery off the beaten path in Maine. Absolem, has an amazing indoor and outdoor space. Allowing it year round service. This modern/contemporary rustic barn is great for group events and families/kids.
Absolem as a Cidery. While Absolem is labeled as a Cidery and makes its own Cider, the night we visited most guests were drinking beer and mixed drinks. Our friends commented on how amazing their mixed drinks were. Absolem’s ciders have strong vinegar overtones, which distinguishes itself from the other Maine ciders. Second, Absolem’s menu, while listing cider first, only dedicates between 1/5-1/6 of is menu to cider.
Give Absolem a try. You won’t be disappointed in your commitment to Absolem, with good food truck selections, and a great array of beer and phenomenal mixed drinks. Our only issue was their cider, more concerning as they are a cidery.
