So I called to make an appointment. I have private insurance so I assumed I could go where I want. Well not here. I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO HAVE HIV TO BECOME A PATIENT. really, this is ridiculous. In a way I'm glad they told me. I do not want to be part of a business that only wants HIV PATIENTS.

The staff have absolute care is absolutely great all the whole team work together and help the patients. Over the phone and in person pharmacy make sure your medication reach you on time thank you so much for looking out for me and caring for my health

The staff really goes out there way and are very rational I've trusted them with very sensitive information and theyve done nothing but build me up even when I felt alone , the therapist are amazing and information, the front desk women are always 10 steps ahead the pharmacy always ends up with positive experience the staff has great intropection

They were amazing in my experience. They help in every way possible between giving car rides, to having a pharmacy, and they have a nice/clean plus quiet facility that is really new looking. The staff were wonderful to me in communicating and helping my needs. I don't say this often, but, this is one of the most professional places I have ever been to Thank you!

So been getting phone calls from absolute care they say they work through my insurance don't believe them at all.ive told them multiple times I have special doctors I see for major health issues they persistently keep trying to get me to go their urgent care and try changing all my Dr's and meds which I wont.i told them to stop calling they don't listen so I'm taking legal matters now for harassing me multiple times. They recently called saying they could send me again to their urgent care to perform a sphincterotomy that i need. These people are scam artists that prey on elderly and disabled people.

Horrible When I 1st started going to AbsoluteCare I had a nurse practitioner (whoIwashappywith). She moved on and I was given another RN who I had never met Always standing up in the exam room which was really uncomfortable for me. My prescription for a controlled substance in hindsight was trying to be eliminated (DOJ). I was told that the medication was not showing up in my urine. I need this medication and have been taking it for 3+ decades, but I took this as an accusation that I was was selling my meds. This is the #1 kicker......in one of my visits I was told that the level of this drug in my system was showing 60 and was told that the level in a test should be at 80. On a following visit I was told again that the medication was not showing up in test. I brought up the fact that she had told me that on my last visit she had said that the prior visit my level was at 60 should be at 80 and she denied ever saying that. Now she was calling me a liar along with an accusation that I was selling my medication. The reason I stopped going to AbsoluteCare was something different but showed her true incompetence. I told her that I had frequent urination and sometimes would have to find a restroom before peeing on myself.SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO WEAR A PANTY LINER. She had to: in my opinion had to have graduated at the bottom of her class. There where doctors in the facility, but when I asked to see a doctor I was told that they weren't taking new patients. I believe that a doctor was only there to oversee the NP.'s. GOOD LUCK IF YOU DECIDE TO CHOOSE THIS HEALTH CARE FACILITY.

The best doctor's work there I love it I get a ride there n home and coffee n everyone is soooo very sweet and my doctor is Deb omg what an awesome woman she is... I hope I stick with her for ever Only thing I don't like is that no one can get in I tried to get my husband in they said no he dont qualify SMH how

this is the most absolute worst program I have ever I would never send my worst enemy there. I've been through this program for 2 1/2 years. I have fell through the cracks twice. Nobody helps you. I will be in a wheelchair sooner because of them I will die sooner because of them, I cry more because of them they make me want to go kill myself. I get no help no are horrible. My own PCP doesn't even have a clue on what's been going on in my life for the past year and a half and I'm dying literally.

I have been harassed by this company! I get phone calls, letters and now their agents are now knocking on my door in the middle of the day! They drive by and put more letters addressed to to me on my mail box. It's insane! I have tried to contact through their website, it doesn't send. I call ! This place screams scam to me! I just want to be left alone as I have never asked to be contacted for their services! I am hoping by using yelp I could find some resolve. They seem to go after anyone they feel is sick, elderly and in desperate need of help. I am none of these things! My healthcare is my business not your business for profit! Again this place in my opinion screams scam!

This place is truly a scam. You harass me to come into the office and when I do, you don't fill my medication, you loose my test results and you won't allow me to ever see a doctor just a nurse practitioner. they have also messed with my medication so much I was put in the hospital 3 times and they avoided my messages when I tried to contact them about it.
