AC Hotel Alcala de Henares

We stayed at the AC Alcalá de Henares due to an unexpected travel disruption. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently accessible. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality of Alexandra at the front desk. Despite seemingly managing everything on her own, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—even taking the time to warm oat milk for our coffee. Her kindness, generosity, and grace left a lasting impression. The only challenge we encountered was cooling the room. We had difficulty adjusting the temperature and eventually had to open the window in the middle of the night to cool it down. Nevertheless, Alexandra’s dedication deserves the highest recognition from management, not only in appreciation but also in the form of the support she clearly deserves.

Very friendly and professional staff, quick service. The whole facility is clean and well maintained. The room we had was spacious and was more than sufficient for our stay.

The staff are very friendly, including the chef. You can find supermarkets ,Restaurants and shopping malls near the hotel.

A bit smaller room than I am accustomed to in the US, but seems typical for the area. Friendly staff willing to help us out when we returned after the hotel bar had closed. A little frustrating that they turned the building AC off despite the weekend turning out not to be as cool as expected. I could at least open the window once I realized the problem. Would have been nice to warn me. View also left much to be desired especially after dark. I stayed here again and again struggled to be cool enough to sleep, but leaving the window open cooled the room nicely. I appreciated that the slot to insert the key and energize the lights had a light on it to draw attention. It would be nicer if the lights would turn on at least for a bit before inserting and stay on a bit after removing. In the hallway the lights seemed to be a little bit too aggressive turning off. Breakfast is a nice one with fresh cheese and meat.

Great location, bit loud close to the main highway. The rooms are all wooden floor, no carpet, very nice beds, the bathrooms relatively modern. The cleanliness in some parts could be optimized, but mainly very good. People were helpful, friendly. City center is easy to reach by Uber or Taxi, some restaurants are around the corner. Dinner and Breakfast in the hotel is fine. No bar, but drinks in the restaurant at night possible. Good Business Hotel

I‘ve stayed at a many AC Hotels in Spain. This is one of the weaker ones. The interior is quite worn and should be updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good.

I can't believe this is a Marriott property. No AC, so it was hot and intentional. Staff said no AC until May. So you have to sleep with window open, no screen - bugs fly in and you hear the traffic from very busy surroundings. They should tell you that when booking. No coffee machine in room. No sheets, just comforters without covers. Hard bed. Smallest room I've seen - no room to move around beds. Their "snack" area in lobby only has a couple sugary options, and they charge for parking. 120 euros a night for what amounts to a motel experience.

Grate hotel if you need to sleep near the air port At good price

As mentioned in my other posts, I am a huge fan of AC Hotels. The bathrooms are super amazing! They offer a ton of amenities like shampoo, conditioner, comb, toothbrush, lotion, sewing kit, shower cap, cotton swabs. Location: This location was amazing. It was only a 30-minute walk to the center of Alcala de Henares, a small town with cobblestone streets and many beautiful cathedrals.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was a great value. The staff was friendly and the quality of the room and hotel was great, exactly what we expected. The location is a 30 minute walk from the center of Alcala but there is a bus that stops directly in front of the hotel and goes to the center. The hotel is also easy to reach by car and there is plenty of space to park. We would stay here again.
