I just checked in at the AC Marriott and it was truly the most amazing experience I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel is impeccably clean, the parking is convenient, and the location is perfect for walking to the stadium. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service provided by Tracy at the front desk. She was energetic, sweet, and incredibly efficient. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Tracy's warm and welcoming demeanor truly made a difference in my overall experience at the hotel. I couldn't have asked for a better receptionist. Thank you, Tracy, for making my stay perfect. I will definitely be returning to the AC Marriott specifically because of the amazing customer service!!

This is by far one of the worst AC hotels I've stayed at. First, we indicated we would be arriving early in the morning. Once we arrived at the hotel, no room was going to be clean until 4 pm. I had to keep asking during the day to find out if the room was ready. Second, once we got into our room, it was very dirty, so clearly nobody cleaned it. The floor was very sticky. We informed the front desk and they said they were going to "try" and fix it. Their solution was to send some poor guy with a Mr. Clean, a towel, and some random chemicals. He tried his best, but the floor did not improve whatsoever. The parking is overpriced at $30 a night. The staff did not wear proper uniforms, everyone was business as casual, so you couldn't tell who worked there or not. The breakfast was way overpriced at $22/a person for something mediocre. You could order a la carte for extra $$. Only good thing was the location, keeping local restaurants within walking distance and getting anywhere quick. For this, stay at the Marriott or Four Seasons next door, at least you can tell who worked there.

The AC hotel was amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, pleasant, and helpful. They always had smiles on their faces and were willing to assist me with whatever I needed. The room was immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable, which is rare for me to experience in hotels. Even the housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant in the hallways. I was so satisfied with my stay that I decided to become a Bonvoy member, as I plan on returning to the same hotel in the next few months. Although I didn't get their names, I wish I had, so that I could acknowledge the amazing staff who made my stay so enjoyable.

Excellent stay, the hotel is in an location with lots restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. My room had a great view of the city. Nice fitness center, pool deck, and a secure parking deck. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I am a Marriott Platinum member (staying 50+ nights per year in Marriott hotels) and recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip.||||First the positives. The hotel was new and modern, and it smelled great. The room was clean and perfect.||||Then the negatives. I ordered food to-go from the hotel cafe to pickup myself. The hotel added a $3 Service Charge to the order even though I was down at the cafe getting the food to-go (not using room service). The hotel did not disclose this extra fee anywhere on their menu (images attached), so it came as a surprise. I know someone at the cafe had to do work to put my food inside the paper to-go box, but that is no different than picking up food to-go at any restaurant or fast casual cafe and we do not pay a $3 "service charge" there to pick-up the food.||||The $3 makes me feel like this AC Hotel is trying to nickel and dime its guests. $3 is a small fee, and I am not going to give the waitress/waiter a hard time over it so I paid it without question because the waitress/waiter is likely just following instructions that hotel management gave them.||||But I hope the hotel management/owners will reconsider this practices of a $3 service fee for orders from the cafe. Most Marriott hotels that I stay at do not have this surprise "service charge" practice. Business travelers and Marriott members have a lot of hotel choices. There is a Marriott Suites hotel next door and a Marriott Epicurean Hotel one block away and both do not have this same "service charge" practice. I am not sure if the Moxy hotel in the same building has the same management team as this AC Hotel and I never stayed there so I cannot comment on the Moxy. But because of the surprise fee, I feel like I am being nickeled and dimed by the AC hotel. So when I go to Midtown Atlanta for business, this AC Hotel is usually not my first choice, and I usually stay at one of the other Marriott hotels nearby that do not have this fee.

Most disgusting hotel pool I’ve been. Room&staff&location itself was great but we looked forward to enjoy the pool and bar for this 4 star, rather a higher priced hotel. But there were people eating inside the pool, this couple had wings and fries inside with the water, he was sucking on his fingers and then putting them back in the water back and forth- it was the nastiest thing I’ve seen. Way too many ppl outside of the hotel stays and only one public restroom actually working and then seeing so many kids- all of over 40 ppl at the pool area not even being seen using the restroom often with the amounts of alcohol and food they consume, with the filthy water color, you really dont want to stay at this hotel of youre thinking the pool&bar as a perk. Employees need to regulate consuming food inside the pool ASAP.

The staff was friendly and the hotel room itself was nice. The only reason I'm rating this stay 2 stars is for the lack of communication from the property that the hot water was not working properly during the entirety of my stay. In the mornings ahead of my work events, I had cold chills while taking showers because there was no hot water whatsoever. No one informed the guests (I had coworkers also staying at this same property and experienced the same thing) and it was not a good feeling as a guest to know that the staff knew this. I mentioned it upon my checking out and asked did I miss a memo or something but was informed that one was not sent out for this known issue.

We spent the night here just to be closer to the airport, to catch an early flight. I am quite surprised at a few of the most recent reviews. We found the room very modern and quite comfortable. The young man was extremely polite, helpful, and just a good presence about him. I encourage everyone to read the lower reviews. Who cares if you pay $3 for a delivery? Don't start off boasting about being a huge traveler and then get worked up.abot 3 dang dollars! Hotels always put a hold on your credit card for incidentals. It is the cc company that determines the length, not the hotel, and 100 dollars isn't that extreme. Have you seen what ppl do to some of these rooms???||Now I will agree that the walls did seem a little "thin", but again for me it's just mot a big deal, the parking deck confused me for a minute, but I mean like literally a minute, just pay attention when you come in and make note, so you can just do the same thing in reverse!||Overall, there is zero doubt I would stay here again!
