Great place to stay. Not located directly on the beach. However l, the pool is nice and relaxing!!! This hotel has laundry facilities!!! So if you want to pack light and do laundry during your stay, you definitely can. Wasn’t a huge fan of their breakfast buffet selection at $30pp. Although, it is convenient if you prefer. Not going to anything off sight for breakfast. It wasn’t bad food, just not a good value for me personally. The hotel is newer, so the rooms are in good condition. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side for my personal liking, but not terrible in anyway! This facility is convenient, clean, and quiet! Will return if I visit Maui again.

Sadly, like many hotels these days, you cannot put the air conditioning below 68° There is also a motion sensor that turns the air conditioning off after a while if you haven’t moved around. As an airline pilot, this is problematic for getting quality rest, as having the room cool, with a constant fan, can really make the difference between getting a good night’s sleep, or having to call out fatigued the next day. I hope these properties will at least turn off the “eco” mode on their thermostats for airline crews to be able to get good rest.

With the other Marriott properties in the area, I was hesitant to book this hotel but am so glad I did. The hotel is clean and updated. Rooms are big, offering a stunning ocean view. The staff is extremely pleasant. We stayed here in the beginning of April and it often felt like we had the place to ourselves. Much quieter than the beach front properties we walked through (crowded pool areas, lots of kids running around). At the AC you are a quick 10-minute walk down the hill to the shops and 15-minute walk to access the beach. If you want a relaxed vibe in a fantastic location - the AC Wailea is for you. When you go, I hope you have the pleasure of meeting Jenver at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Maui.

We just got back from a stay at the AC Hotel in Wailea and really loved it. The views were beautiful, especially at sunset, and the whole hotel has a clean, modern, boutique feel. The room was super comfortable and quiet—exactly what we needed to relax.||The infinity pool was a favorite spot for us, never too crowded and really peaceful. Also, parking was super easy and close to our room (which is not always the case in Maui), and no resort fee was a nice surprise.||What really stood out was the staff, especially Ederin. She was incredibly sweet, gracious, warm, and kind! Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful, which made a big difference.||If you're looking for a chill, stylish place in Wailea that’s not a huge resort, this is a great pick. It was less than half the price of the big, noisy resorts

Our room is nice no complaints, its ocean view bit for some reason the balcony is infested with mosquitoes. My daughter stayed out for 5mins and she's bitten all over her body and face, unfortunately we're not able to enjoy the view. It's a small bit very quaint property. There's $30 buffet breakfast and $30 parking, the only benefit we got as titanium member is late check out which helped!|The Waikea shop is about 5-7min walk which has the gourmet grocery and other shops and resto but I don't think you can walk to the beach esp. coming up the hill maybe difficult.|The pool and hot tub are small but nice, not crowded. |They are not in anyway associated with other Marriott property in the area, I was hoping you can access Wailea Beach Marriott but not at all, not an issue but just want to add this info.

We were very happy at this hotel!|We had a beautiful room facing the pool. Housekeeping was great and we loved the atmosphere of the restaurant at the pool, especially at night. ||Our only cons were the breakfast buffet - too expensive for the small variety offered. And secondly, there are beds by the pool that can be reserved - in our six day stay, none of them were ever in use. It would be nice to have added lounge chairs for more guests to enjoy the pool. Twice we went down and there weren’t any available by the pool.

The AC Hotel was fantastic! We had three great days at this hotel and cannot find any issues or concerns. Staff to a person was very friendly and personable. We found the room very chic and modern and still very comfortable especially the bed. We loved the pool and hot tub and the great view. Would totally stay again and will highly recommend ! We had a great stay!

At the first night we probably got the worst room in the hotel (401), which was right on the road and especially at night, we saw and heard every car moving, couldn’t sleep at all. Felt like a cheap motel. In the morning they moved us to another room down the hall, which was a bit better, still right on the road. Notice that this is the situation apparently for all standard rooms. Breakfast is disappointing, very basic, not totally fresh. For that amount of money, go to the coffee shops near by. The hotel is modern and the room itself was ok. Location in Wailea is ok for visiting Maui. Not a waking distance to the beach.
