AC Ciudad de Tudela (Tudela, Navarra) 1 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"An 18th-century ancestral house converted to an intimate boutique hotel, the AC Ciudad de Tudela boasts a brand of elegance can certainly be called contemporary — with the caveat that most hotels would seem positively futuristic surrounded by the Gothic architecture of Tudela’s gorgeous palaces and cathedrals. While the European boutique experience largely depends upon this sort of melding of old-world ambience with modern amenities, the AC Ciudad’s attention to detail and lack of pretense make it worthy of consideration, whether you’re in northern Spain to tour the wineries or to check out that obscure annual tradition, something to do with some running bulls." - Tablet Hotels

The hotel is in the heart of Tudela town, so if you are also planning to visit the city, it is excellent. The hotel has private parking, which was great. The receptionist was great as well. Breakfast was also great; though the breakfast staff could have shown more empathy as we arrived just 15 minutes before the breakfast end time. We got what we had to eat, but the experience could have been better

Not the best location as it is a bit remote. However, the hotel has everything to make up for it. Room size is decent and adequate. The best part of it was Jorge, our staff, was very attentive and friendly, he helped us check in really quickly, even sharing with us passioately about the places in Tudela. He also shared about the festivals in the city, and other cultures!

What a good hotel.. Good clean comfortable room with air conditioning We also parked our campervan in the hotels secure car park for that added peace of mind. The chap on reception who checked us in on arrival was excellent, extremely friendly and helpful (what an asset to the hotel).5* all the way.

Beautiful hotel well located a block from the Casco Historico and Plaza de Fueros. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony, where we could overlook the city. The room had a fridge and free coffee and tea, which you also find on the ground floor lounge. They showed Le Liga football matches on the lounge TV. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Did a 1-night stopover at the AC Hotel Tudela which was nice. Free parking in lot near hotel that front desk mentioned. As a Titanium Elite member, was offered free breakfast which was ok. Nothing fancy beyond a Spanish omelet. Hotel was well situated.

This is a really nice hotel, xlose to the historic medieval part of the city. Parking in the hotel is limited but we got a space. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and we got a room upgrade. |The bedroom was very comfortable and had a nice terrace. The bathroom was spacious and good. Breakfast was a typical buffet affair and not crowded. |Only negative point that tipped this to a 4 is why oh why do high quality hotels give cardboard coffee cups...and please don't play the environmental card!|Otherwise an excellent stay.

Title: Excellent Stay at AC Hotel Ciudad de Tudela! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel Ciudad de Tudela, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's modern and stylish design, which seamlessly incorporated the historic features of the building. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace that offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide selection of products to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries, which were delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, with all of the city's attractions within easy walking distance. I spent a lovely afternoon exploring the historic center and visiting the nearby cathedral. My only regret was that I only stayed for one night - I would have loved to spend more time at this wonderful hotel! Overall, I highly recommend the AC Hotel Ciudad de Tudela to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tudela.

A Catastrophic Family Experience I recently stayed at the AC Marriott in Tudela with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of catastrophic. What should have been a pleasant family getaway turned into a nightmare due to the substandard conditions of the hotel's restaurant. Upon our arrival, we decided to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, expecting fresh and well-prepared food. However, the first red flag was the complete lack of other guests— the restaurant was entirely empty, which should have been a warning sign. The meals we were served were clearly not made with fresh produce; the quality was extremely poor and left us feeling uneasy. To our horror, just a few hours after dinner, both of my children became violently ill. They suffered from severe vomiting that lasted for two days, completely ruining our trip. As a parent, it was devastating to see them go through such a terrible experience, especially knowing it was caused by something that should have been safe— the food provided by the hotel. What makes this situation even worse is the hotel's complete lack of concern and responsibility. Despite witnessing the distress my family went through, not a single staff member reached out to us to check on the health of our children. There was no apology, no offer of assistance, and certainly no follow-up after our stay. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The health and safety standards of their restaurant are clearly far below what any guest should expect. And the management takes absolutely no accountability. My advice to future guests: avoid the restaurant at all costs, and reconsider staying at this hotel altogether if you value your family’s well-being.
