Amazing hotel at historical building. Room is spacious and nice. Big balcony is big plus. Room is clean and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, nice serving and very tasty. Small dining room, can be busy at high season. Service is very good and helpful. All our needs are being fulfilled. I was welcoming by Jorge at very high standard.

I would say, best hotel inside the city. The location just 3 minutes walk from the central place. Parking direct at the hotel available. Room size of my room was good. Desk capable to do some office work during business trip. Room and bathroom clean nice furnitured. Over all, the ambiente in the hotel is very nice. Breakfast buffet offers a lot if choices in good quality. The service was friendly and check-in/ check-out quick. Absolutely recommended! Update Feb. 2024 My 2nd time here in the hotel and even more satisfied, than before. Especially the breakfast is a highlight. Big choice of fresh fruits. Good choice of sausages, ham and cheese for Continental and also lots of sweet stuff for south EU breakfast. Definitely, I'll be back!

Beautiful hotel and excellent reception staff. A little tricky to find due to roadworks. The hotel sent a map showing the way round the roadworks which helped a lot. After a couple of errors we found the entrance to the parking. Check in was excellent and Luisma and his colleague were very welcoming. Our room was large and the bathroom was large too. We also had a small balcony. Easy walking distance to many cafes and shops. Breakfast was nice but limited and more expensive than comparable AC Hotels

Very friendly and helpful staff, good comfort, generously sized rooms and parking with charging possibilities. They hosted a wedding party the night we stayed there so spirits were high! 💃

As already mentioned the hotel was perfect for us from the point of view that it had a secure parking area. The cost of the parking was high - perhaps 12 euros would be better. The location was ideal and very central but also easy to find. The reception staff were very helpful, particularly as we needed to print some forms. Dinner was ok but expensive for what it was. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The lights in the corridor didn’t come on early evening although it was quite dark. The breakfast was very good.

Perfect location, car park was very handy, check in was pleasant and the room was excellent. I had a "Superior" room, with a pleasant terrace, lots of space, nice bath etc. Everything was very enjoyable, a five star review, until breakfast. ||||The young lady serving in the breakfast room made me walk in the opposite direction to the arrows on the floor and sit next to one of the 3 other occupied tables - both decisions were negative for the covid safety of guests, but she made them because it made her life easier. She spoke to me in English, despite me speaking to her in the Spanish I have used for the 20 years I have lived in the country. She didn't offer me any freshly made breakfast but I ordered one since I have stayed in many AC hotels and I know that this is a service they offer. I requested an omlette with cheese and mushroo..."THERE IS NO MUSHROOM". OK, ham then please - I could then hear her in the kitchen complaining to the chef that someone had had the audacity to request mushrooms. Badly dressed, clomping about and slamming dishes around, huffing as if she had the worst job in the world and we were the worst customers imaginable. In my opinion this employee should be grateful to be in employment in the tourism industry in a small town, considering the impact of covid, and she should be doing everything possible to ensure she remains in employment. In my opinion hotel management should consider the impact of all employees in establishing their reputation. ||||Genuinely, if you have breakfast on a day when that employee isn't working it's a hotel that I highly recommend. My stay was 3 stars.

This beautiful hotel set on the edge of the ancient quarter is a gem. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The decor is tranquil and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the garden. The bathroom was spacious with everything needed for a comfortable night stay.

Excellent hotel and awesome customer service! Due to status with Marriott was upgraded to a terrace room and it was lovely. Need a parking spot in the garage for people with disabilities and a little ramp to get into the back door as the lip is a bit high to get over.
