I've stayed at a lot of AC hotels in Spain. It's a great brand and I trust I am going to have a good rest and be treated well. Unfortunately, this hotel is an exception. Here's some things I didn't like. On arrival, we weren't even greeted. OK, no big deal, but then we were not made to feel welcome. Kind of the opposite. Come on, it's a hotel. Later, I discovered that there is no coffee in the rooms and I was told by the two male attendants at the front desk that if I didn't want the breakfast buffet (15 euros) I could not get coffee in the hotel. The building is nice and the room was clean, but quite hot. The bed slides away from the wall when you lean back to watch TV. May be a bit nit picky, but never had that happen before. I think a reminder to the management of this particular property that they in the hospitality business might be required.
