AC Hotel Huelva

Very nice hotel with excellent service. I am celiac, and they fully adapted the breakfast for me. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at such a nice hotel with good facilities and high-quality products.

This AC hotel was a really nice surprise. While I often use Marriott hotels for business this time I was using it while on holidays and with the family. The hotel was conveniently located for the locations we were visiting for a couple of days and while it had no distinct features we went ahead with low expectations and mostly for its location. The hotel was the expected quality for an AC hotel close to city centers but the big surprise was the staff. We were received with the upmost efficiency and kindness. Every single one of the members of the staff including housekeeping were simply marvelous. At all times doing whatever needed for the whole family to feel welcome. The hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast is great. It absolutely serves its purpose as a 4 star hotel but with a 5 stars team keeping it. I would strongly encourage Marriott to have this team providing training/ tips to other Marriott hotels staff on how to receive guests and augmenting a stay for the guests.

We were driving from Seville to the Algarve and decided to stop in Huelva for a short break. AC Hotel Huelva turned out to be a quiet and convenient choice — modern, clean, and easy to access by car. We enjoyed a short rest, had a relaxing coffee by the window, and continued our journey feeling refreshed. It’s not a destination hotel, but as a stop along the way, it served us perfectly.

Amazing hotel with perfect service and breakfast buffet. The top is the 24h gym. Only small issue the location is a bit far from city center.

The hotel, while showing some signs of age with rooms that are a bit dark, maintains a good three-star standard with clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism. Upon learning that an upgrade was unavailable, they promptly informed me and graciously offered complimentary items from the minibar as a thoughtful gesture. Overall, my stay was pleasant and satisfactory, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort despite certain limitations.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. I want to recognize Juan Antonio for being so proactive with customer service. He’s always actively monitoring customers to anticipate and ensure their comfort and needs. We really appreciate Juan Antonio and all the reception staff as well as the manager for going above and beyond. The big bathtub/shower is appreciated. The location is not walkable to old town but close enough for a brief car ride. You can drive straight down the main road and park along the road to be closer to the old town.

This is my second visit to this hotel so they must be doing something right. Stayed for one night. Breakfast good no other meals available but there are snacks to purchase. Friendly and clean and a good walk into town. Supermarket over the road.
