AC Hotel Kingston, Jamaica

Alexandra, the hostess was amazing. She was so friendly. I have been to this hotel several times but she was new here, introduced herself told me her story. What a wonderful addition to this hotel. She deserves all the five star ratings that people will give.

I had the pleasure of being served by Shane at the AC Hotel Kingston, and he was truly outstanding. From the moment I sat down, he was attentive, warm, and professional—striking the perfect balance between friendliness and efficiency. He anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask, and his knowledge of the menu and cocktails was impressive.||What stood out most was his genuine hospitality—he made me feel welcome and taken care of, not just another guest passing through. It’s rare to find service that feels both polished and personal, but Shane delivered exactly that.||If you’re visiting the AC Hotel Kingston, I highly recommend asking for Shane. He will elevate your experience and make your time there memorable.

Came to AC hotel for a drink after a demanding work day. SHANE the bartender was amazing. He made my lychee martini outstandingly well and had the most friendly demeanour. He paid attention to my preference and provided exceptional service for the salmon and drink. Highly recommended. A staff that is an asset and worth every penny.

Orlando’ service was impeccable. He took time to explain the menu, make good recommendations and bring food in a timely manner. It was a pleasure having him as a server. The AC Hotel overall was a great experience. The rooms and views are lovely and the service/staff are professional and kind. The location is central and easy to move about. I highly recommend this hotel

My group of 4 ladies had breakfast at AC Hotel August 31. Mimosa Special. It was wonderful. Food was great. Our servers Jamar and Believe were EXCELLENT 👌✨ The staff was generally welcoming and accommodating. We will be back!

The AC Hotel in Kingston is a well-designed facility with a great atmosphere! Been there just a couple times but loved it each time. There’s amazing a restaurant with solid menu options and excellent service for patrons.
