AC Hotel Kingston, Jamaica

Initially I would have given this hotel a four out of five. Everything about it is perfectly nice and it runs extremely well; it's just that, value for money-wise, I think it's not the kind of hotel I would return to, except for the fact that I had a conference in the building. I guess it's a five out of five if you're attending a conference in the building. One big proviso is that try not to be here on a weekend night. I don't know if the Friday night I was here was typical but they decided to have a loud party from 8 p.m. until 12 a.m. on the (more expensive) balcony side of the building. Music pounded until about 12:05 a.m., making it impossible to sleep; that's certainly not what I paid for at all and it's certainly not why I paid a bit extra for a balcony view (a balcony view, by the way, that gives you a beautiful vista over parking lots). I come to a hotel mostly to sleep and that was the one thing they did not provide that evening. Now if the party had been full of people enjoying themselves, maybe I'm just the party pooper. but virtually no one was out there so it was just an empty loud bout of noise pollution for those of us who actually paid to be here. They should know better. At the very least I urge you not to buy a balcony-facing room. Honestly I suggest you probably look elsewhere unless you have a conference in the building.

Everything about the hotel is awesome. It's like a little embassy in there with so many different nationalities and officials that frequent the place as well as celebrities. The service is great, the rooms are modern and extremely clean, the bar, pool area, and food is great also! They also have a great DJ on certain nights which makes it convenient to enjoy and stay!

I had a fantastic stay at AC Hotel The property is beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that feels both stylish and comfortable. My room was spotless and comfy. A special shout-out to O’Brien, the staff engineer, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. He needs a promotion. The night entertainment in the dinning and patio area was lively. Overall my stay excceeded my expectations. Room 439

I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Anyah was fantastic at checkout—friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, which made my departure seamless. Michael G truly stood out during my stay; his exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The entire team helped make my visit memorable, and I would absolutely stay here again!

It was my birthday 2weeks ago and me my husband decided to go out and have dinner at this restaurant. The food my husband ordered was amazing but unfortunately my order wasn’t so much of anything I wanted….upon speaking to the chef Stefan that was on duty he decided to try and fix it himself because it was a special occasion. He did!…..and he top it off with a treat of some freshly taste fruits and cake. So I wanted to shout him out for that one and big up to the server Chad also. Definitely 👍 recommend

We had an excellent experience at the AC Hotel, thanks largely to our waiter, Shaair. From the moment we was seated, he was very polite and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to our questions and preferences. When the menu navigation wasn’t initially clear, Shaair patiently explained how to access and navigate it, making the process easy and stress-free. He also had a great sense of humor, making light jokes that added to the overall experience without ever being unprofessional. His waiter etiquette was top-notch, and his warm, friendly approach truly elevated our dining experience. Outstanding service all around.

We came to dine at the restaurant and Chad was absolutely amazing. Checking on us periodically throughout the night ensuring that our orders at to st min were accurate and even changing our orders at last minute. I ordered the seafood carbonara and it was absolutely amazing. I also had a mango martini and sex on the beach. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.
