AC Hotel Kingston, Jamaica

The entire campus is attractively laid out, spacious, welcoming, comfortable to say the least. The landscape is one of tranquility and peace of mind. The food is beyond words I enjoyed it so much. Just the sight of the food have my mouth watering. Not to mention the taste. I was pleased and pleasantly surprised. I will not hesitate to return or recommend AC Hotel to anyone.

My mom and I visited the AC Hotel for dinner, and we were lucky to have Chad as our server. He was absolutely fantastic! Chad was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was perfect from start to finish. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for better service

Our stay at AC Hotel Kingston was nothing short of amazing—just like the first time! This was our second time staying here, and the service remained exceptional. Ariel made the check-in and check-out process smooth and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Andrew went above and beyond by walking us to and from Mystic Thai and assisting with weighing our baggage before departure. Kyle and the rest of the team were also incredibly attentive and welcoming. The consistency in excellent service is truly commendable. We loved how close this place was from the UWI campus and highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

I normally go here for a nice chill vibe with exquisite ambiance and great service. The bartenders are friendly and accommodating. Big up to Shane all the time, big up to all the staff. Service is top tier. Food is always above par. It’s always a go to for me. Gotta say a big thank you to the staff.

My fiance and I had brunch at the AC Hotel last Sunday. The food was delectable, kudos to our waiter CHAD. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend that you give him a raise, performance appraisal or a promotion! Yes the service was that good. I will definitely return and also encourage my family and friends to dine at AC Hotel.

I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant recently, and I have to say that our server, Taj, truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, Taj greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and immediately made us feel at ease. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude set the tone for the entire meal.||Throughout the evening, Taj was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. He took the time to explain the menu, offering insightful recommendations based on our preferences. He clearly knew the menu inside and out and were able to answer all of our questions with confidence. Thank you

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The parking is acceptable. The food is acceptable, I love the spicy chicken Alfredo. The bar is always on point. The atmosphere is inviting and the music is good. Front desk employees are always smiling and well dressed. The chef is pleasant too. My only issue was my AC shutting off about 3am on more than one occasions which I reported once.

I love this hotel so much! Anytime I enter the building I look forward to seeing Elizabeth & Paula! They’re so warm, friendly, accommodating, & welcoming! They make the AC feel like home away from home. I am very appreciative for them and their extraordinary service. I can’t wait to stay at the AC hotel Kingston again!
