AC Hotel Kingston, Jamaica

Orlando’ service was impeccable. He took time to explain the menu, make good recommendations and bring food in a timely manner. It was a pleasure having him as a server. The AC Hotel overall was a great experience. The rooms and views are lovely and the service/staff are professional and kind. The location is central and easy to move about. I highly recommend this hotel

Date night was a hit! Thank you Orlando for making our night out easy and comfortable. AC has always been a great eating and hangout spot and they have stayed consistent. Keep it up!

Orlando was out server AC Lounge. He was so polite and s friendly, had a nice warm smile. And ensured that our food was to our standards. Which it was. I was there with a friend sharing some good news and it was the right environment. You should ask for Orlando when you go.

This was my first time visiting Kingston, and since it was for a very short stay I had to find a comfortable place and a brand that I could trust. AC was the best choice. Just to point a few highlights the staff at the front desk were very friendly since my arrival, happy to exchange some cash to pay for my taxi from the airport. Crisan helpt me with my registration, even though the room was not ready because I arrived around 10am. she offered to store my bags and mentioned that I could still make it for breakfast if I wanted to. I decided to go get a coffee at the Starbucks next to the lobby, perfect please to check some emails while waiting for the room. Crisan later looked after me to let me know that my room was ready, she also assisted with coordinating a taxi service for my early morning meeting the next day. Afte that she offered a higher floor "european style" room, which I found very convenient for my stay. I wished my stay was longer to enjoy the pool and bar facilities but all in all I think AC was an excellent choice in Kingston. The final morning they even accomodated a late check out for me. Definetely I am recomending this hotel for a stay in the city. Hope to be back one day!

I had a short stay in this hotel and I have to say that it was the nicest experience! The facilities are comfortable, and everyone is so warm and welcoming! Definitely coming back again. Shout out to Nicole who kindly invited me the breakfast! 🥰

Shane and the bartender are the best, all the hotel stay are literally like family and the atmosphere at this hotel is contagious. Always enjoy coming back, loyal, good food, and good vibes. Highly recommend to anyone coming either for a work trip or vacation.

Attended the bar here only. Cocktails were decent and ok priced. Excellent service. Kitchen was backed up and staff had the decency to come and tell us that there would be a very long wait soon after we sat down, so we were aware and could decide for ourselves. 5 stars for professionalism!

I stopped by for drinks and the experience was great. Special shout out to the bartender we had St Aublyn. The drinks where awesome and his service was top tier. The ambiance here was great also. I will definitely need to book a room here next time i visit Kingston
