My experience at the AC Hotel Was Very Welcoming. Alexandra, Devene, Sue, Alicia, Elizabeth, Racaida, and Gavin has made my stay more than welcoming. They made me feel at home, especially giving the circumstances of the hurricane. I appreciate everything that you all have done to accommodate me during my stay. It has not gone unnoticed. I had a wonderful time in the A/C Kingston Hotel. My room was always clean, the staff was very nice and our bartender Captain Kidd did an amazing job with entertainment and drinks. I will definitely return again when I visit Jamaica again.

Exceptional Care and Professionalism During Hurricane Melissa My husband and I are currently staying at the AC Marriott Kingston, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire staff during Hurricane Melissa. From the start, the hotel manager Andre Harris and his team held a meeting to explain safety procedures, answer questions, and ensure every guest felt informed and secure. They even allowed guests to extend their stay at a special disaster rate, which was incredibly considerate. The front desk staff, especially Chris-Ann and Romario, have been calm, courteous, and reassuring—helping ease my anxiety with their professionalism and kindness. At breakfast, Alexandra greeted us each morning with warmth and a bright smile that lifted our spirits. This morning, we also met Rochelle, the restaurant manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made our dining experience even more enjoyable. This experience has shown us that the AC Marriott Kingston isn’t just a beautiful hotel—it’s a place that truly cares about its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kingston, whether for vacation, business, or unexpected circumstances.

This was my first return to Kingston in 20 years and stay at AC Marriott. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the receptionist Racaida was outstanding. She had a warm welcoming smile and was very engaging in conversation. I had an immediate sense of ease with her and every time I would walk through the lobby, she would greet me with a warm hello and smile. She is definitely an asset to your organization. The few times that I ate at the restaurant, Aiesha was of the same character and went above and beyond I assiting me in my meal preparations. There will never be a second choice for me on any trip I make to Kingston. AC Marriott will win hands down and for sure it will not be another 20 years.

I’ve been staying at the AC Hotel Marriott Kingston for a bit, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Elianna at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she’s been nothing short of exceptional, genuinely warm, professional, and effortlessly welcoming. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does! The way she greets guests, remembers details, and keeps that calm, confident energy no matter how busy it gets is impressive. She doesn’t just check you in; she sets the tone for your entire stay. There’s something about her presence, she carries herself with grace, class, and an energy that makes you feel like you’re being looked after by someone who actually cares. Every interaction feels sincere, and that’s rare in hospitality. I travel often for business, and I’ve stayed at plenty of Marriott properties, but Elianna genuinely stands out as one of the best front desk associates I’ve encountered anywhere.
