Exceptional Care and Professionalism During Hurricane Melissa
My husband and I are currently staying at the AC Marriott Kingston, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire staff during Hurricane Melissa. From the start, the hotel manager Andre Harris and his team held a meeting to explain safety procedures, answer questions, and ensure every guest felt informed and secure. They even allowed guests to extend their stay at a special disaster rate, which was incredibly considerate.
The front desk staff, especially Chris-Ann and Romario, have been calm, courteous, and reassuring—helping ease my anxiety with their professionalism and kindness.
At breakfast, Alexandra greeted us each morning with warmth and a bright smile that lifted our spirits. This morning, we also met Rochelle, the restaurant manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
This experience has shown us that the AC Marriott Kingston isn’t just a beautiful hotel—it’s a place that truly cares about its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kingston, whether for vacation, business, or unexpected circumstances.
