AC Hotel KL is a Marriott brand at the Select level. AC Hotel doesn't have suites, so I upgraded to a high floor. The hotel is actually quite old, but the rooms have been renovated to a modern minimalist style, making them quite nice. Got a free breakfast for 2 pax for my elite welcome benefit|Check-in was at 9:30 PM KL time. No deposit was required, just a RM10 tourism tax. The elevator is old and cramped. The corridors were basic, just a little cold. It was still warm when I entered the room, but ac worked well and cooled down quickly. The interior was quite nice for a Select brand with a minimalist, modern, and functional concept. The king-size bed was nice; I asked for a crib and they deliver fastly. There was a long sofa bed, a desk, and a work chair. Everything was comfortable, no complaints. The open closet was easy to open and unpack.|The bathroom felt a bit dated because of the cream-colored ceramic tiles. The shower area was a bit cramped and limited, but the toilet and washbasin were spacious and long. The towels were complete: two body towels, two hand towels, and two face towels. The soap and shampoo were from the Mangosteen brand, which had a cucumber and pomelo scent; the pomelo scent was pleasant.|The facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. It was very quiet when I took photos, perhaps because the hotel was for a business meeting. The location is a bit far from the city center, but conveniently across the street, there's a 24-hour KKmart and plenty of seafood restaurants at night. The breakfast selection is quite good for its class, and the taste is also enjoyable. The menu is:|1. Nasi lemak, tea, coffee, prata, curry, chicken curry, spicy fried chicken, pao|2. Noodle station: tomato, mixed vegetables, rice noodles, sausage, potatoes, chicken ham|3. Cold cuts, cheese, cereal, fruit, yogurt, French toast, pastry
