AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is newly renovated and comes with a sofa bed, making it comfortable and just the right size for a small family of three. I accidentally left my favorite T-shirt behind, and the hotel promptly found it and contacted me. Nita Zaidi was especially helpful, and I truly appreciate her assistance. Prices are reasonable, the rooms are new, and the staff are consistently helpful and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

A fresh and affordable stay in KL||The hotel room has been refurbished, and the room feels more spacious and modern now. The shower amenities are complete, and the water pressure is good. ||The bed, however, is in the hard, comfy category. It is comfy to sleep on, but you will notice it is more on the firm and hard mattress. || The breakfast has improved a lot from the post-Covid era. Thank God. The selection is wide and halal. ||The hotel also provides EV charging ports. Two of them. However, during my stay, I noticed the ports are not available and being hogged/idling with two big white mini-vans like EVs there. Such a letdown. You will notice the inability to use them and such a nuisance. ||Other than that, Mr. Fazrul of the front desk has been helpful and nice to talk with.||The hotel is next to MRT, monorail and LRT stations. Great.

The room is nice. The breakfast is good. I love the hot shower. Only there’s no klcc view hence the star minus a little bit. Other than that it’s superb. They also have an EV charger!😍

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room and bathroom were clean, and the water pressure was strong, which I really liked. I booked through Agoda about 10 minutes before check-in, so the reservation hadn’t appeared in the hotel system yet. However, the receptionist, Mr. Kabir, was extremely helpful. He assisted us with the booking and even gave us complimentary breakfast for the next morning. Although the wait wasn’t very long, we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. He provided excellent service—please give him a raise! 😊

Hotel was very nice. Comfortable well furnished rooms. Excellent Breakfast Buffet. Great Service by all the staff. Only negative was that no cooked dinner. Restaurant was closed, Lounge only had very limited packaged items. No room service. Had to go out for dinner each night.

This is my third stay here. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was top notch. I would like to thank the front desk office, Mr. Kabir, for the excellent service provided. He communicated really well and professionally. He also assisted wherever possible. I was happy that they were able to cater to my special request. Highly recommended, especially if you’ve work in that area. Two drawbacks, the first is there’s no room service, the second is that the parking is very narrow and not suitable for long vehicles.

Great hospitality with thoughtful touches that made us feel true Malaysian hospitality. A huge shoutout to the incredible team, Farhan, Hamza, Nan, Morshad, and Minhazur for going above and beyond every single day. They're absolute caring and made all the difference during our stay. And a special thank-you to Nita, the General Manager, for leading such a wonderful team and ensuring every detail was taken care of, her presence and attentiveness truly set the tone for an exceptional experience. Our first room was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the highway and train line, but the staff quickly arranged a move to the quietest room in the building, and it was exactly what we needed for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Special thanks also to the buffet team, who spoiled us with delicious treats and exceptional service throughout. During breakfast, we had the chance to try some local classics, including comfy roti (a soft, unleavened flatbread similar to a pancake in Southeast Asian cuisine) and the famous Nasi Lemak ((fragrant coconut rice served with peanuts, crispy Ikan Bilis (small dried anchovies), and egg)). A Malasyan all time classic. Overall, it was a nice experience from start to finish, truly one of those stays that reminds you why great hospitality matters.
