AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur

We stayed at AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur and had a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was surprisingly affordable. We paid OMR 75 for 3 nights (about USD $195), which felt like excellent value. The staff were polite and welcoming, and I appreciated that free espresso is available in the lobby. There’s also a nice seafood restaurant just outside the hotel. Another big plus is the convenient location near the train station, making it easy to get around. Overall, a comfortable stay with great value for money.

A fresh and affordable stay in KL||The hotel room has been refurbished, and the room feels more spacious and modern now. The shower amenities are complete, and the water pressure is good. ||The bed, however, is in the hard, comfy category. It is comfy to sleep on, but you will notice it is more on the firm and hard mattress. || The breakfast has improved a lot from the post-Covid era. Thank God. The selection is wide and halal. ||The hotel also provides EV charging ports. Two of them. However, during my stay, I noticed the ports are not available and being hogged/idling with two big white mini-vans like EVs there. Such a letdown. You will notice the inability to use them and such a nuisance. ||Other than that, Mr. Fazrul of the front desk has been helpful and nice to talk with.||The hotel is next to MRT, monorail and LRT stations. Great.

Nice, clean hotel, facilities well maintained. Probably one of the better ones I’ve stayed in this price range. Reception on duty 21 Jan 5pm-ish was friendly - Faysal? Pls give my commendation to him. Slightly away from city center, but manageable👍🏻 highly recommend. Some rooms could be noisy with trains passing by.

Every time we crossed paths in the hallway, he greeted me with a warm smile and a polite attitude. Not only did he keep the room impeccably clean, but he also showed great attention to detail by anticipating our needs and replenishing supplies promptly. For a 2adults and 1 kid family, this room type is good enough, I feel quite cozy and comfortable. The sofa bed is quite big for an adult to lay down. The room service is very good. The breakfast is standard. The parking is ok. Location also consider convenient. Just not much choice for food at nearby if looking for Chinese food.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room and bathroom were clean, and the water pressure was strong, which I really liked. I booked through Agoda about 10 minutes before check-in, so the reservation hadn’t appeared in the hotel system yet. However, the receptionist, Mr. Kabir, was extremely helpful. He assisted us with the booking and even gave us complimentary breakfast for the next morning. Although the wait wasn’t very long, we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. He provided excellent service—please give him a raise! 😊

This was my second stay. The room remains comfortable and well-designed. However, I noticed the pillow cover was unchanged and smelly which I can’t compromise, and I hope housekeeping can pay more attention to such details. On a positive note, the food quality was satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay, with room for improvement in housekeeping.

This is my third stay here. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was top notch. I would like to thank the front desk office, Mr. Kabir, for the excellent service provided. He communicated really well and professionally. He also assisted wherever possible. I was happy that they were able to cater to my special request. Highly recommended, especially if you’ve work in that area. Two drawbacks, the first is there’s no room service, the second is that the parking is very narrow and not suitable for long vehicles.
