Right from the start, we felt welcomed. All the staff, including the security at the gate, greeted us with genuine smiles. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had great views. For the best experience, I’d recommend choosing a room on a higher floor, as the transit trains nearby can be quite noisy every couple of minutes. The hotel provides only breakfast and brunch, but that’s not an issue since there are plenty of restaurants close by. Everything in Kuala Lumpur is just a 15–20 minute Grab ride away. The location is excellent, right next to Pekeliling Bus Station with buses to Genting, other parts of the city, and easy MRT access. The signature AC Hotels fragrance was refreshing, and the staff were extremely courteous and always willing to help. Overall, we felt very happy with our stay.

A fresh and clean lobby atmosphere and the friendliness of the hotel staff, from housekeeping to front desk, the staff are generally polite and attentive. The room cleanliness was excellent, especially the floors, which I always pay attention to. However, the shower heater temperature was unstable, and I wasn’t a fan of the shower cream provided, though this may be a personal preference. Another point to note is the noise from the nearby train at Titiwangsa station, which could be a consideration for light sleepers. Overall, this hotel is affordable and conveniently located near my function venue, making it a practical choice for business travellers.

Good hotel. It is located outside the 3 km radius of KLCC. If you are booking a tour with hotel pick-up, this hotel is likely not included in their zone. It is about a 7-minute walk to Titiwangsa monorail station. The pool is fine. The water is deep and cold; good for laps, but less so for floating around. The gym is also fine. It has a treadmill, exercise bike and free weights. But, no yoga mats. The main downside was the WiFi. It was terrible. The connection in my room did not work at all. I had to sit in the lobby to do some work, and even then pages loaded very slowly. Conference calls were impossible.

Came here for 6 nights, hotel is VERY clean and well maintained. I was very satisfied with it. It felt new. I was truly comfortable my entire stay, I would stay here again. The breakfast was mid but it was good enough. The surrounding area is not ideal for walking around it’s whatever tbh BUT it’s probably a 15 min ride to the pavilion which isn’t a big deal at all because the grand are great pricing. There’s also a closer mall which is 7 min away that probably has everything you want!

I stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights during my holiday in Kuala Lumpur. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff spoke English without any issues. The lobby was clean with fresh air, giving a good first impression. My room was also clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly — a big plus for visitors not used to Malaysia’s hot weather. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping kept everything tidy every day. However, there were a couple of small inconveniences. The shampoo bottle in my room was slightly broken, making it hard to use, and the soap/body wash provided wasn’t very comfortable. For female travelers especially, I’d recommend bringing your own conditioner. The biggest downside is noise. The nearby monorail makes loud sounds that can disturb light sleepers, and the soundproofing between rooms is poor — I could clearly hear what the guests next door were doing. If you’re sensitive to noise, this may be a deal-breaker. That said, if noise doesn’t bother you, AC Hotel offers affordable prices, a clean and comfortable environment, and friendly service. It’s a practical choice for travelers who value cleanliness and convenience, but not for those seeking a quiet stay.

AC Hotel KL is a Marriott brand at the Select level. AC Hotel doesn't have suites, so I upgraded to a high floor. The hotel is actually quite old, but the rooms have been renovated to a modern minimalist style, making them quite nice. Got a free breakfast for 2 pax for my elite welcome benefit|Check-in was at 9:30 PM KL time. No deposit was required, just a RM10 tourism tax. The elevator is old and cramped. The corridors were basic, just a little cold. It was still warm when I entered the room, but ac worked well and cooled down quickly. The interior was quite nice for a Select brand with a minimalist, modern, and functional concept. The king-size bed was nice; I asked for a crib and they deliver fastly. There was a long sofa bed, a desk, and a work chair. Everything was comfortable, no complaints. The open closet was easy to open and unpack.|The bathroom felt a bit dated because of the cream-colored ceramic tiles. The shower area was a bit cramped and limited, but the toilet and washbasin were spacious and long. The towels were complete: two body towels, two hand towels, and two face towels. The soap and shampoo were from the Mangosteen brand, which had a cucumber and pomelo scent; the pomelo scent was pleasant.|The facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. It was very quiet when I took photos, perhaps because the hotel was for a business meeting. The location is a bit far from the city center, but conveniently across the street, there's a 24-hour KKmart and plenty of seafood restaurants at night. The breakfast selection is quite good for its class, and the taste is also enjoyable. The menu is:|1. Nasi lemak, tea, coffee, prata, curry, chicken curry, spicy fried chicken, pao|2. Noodle station: tomato, mixed vegetables, rice noodles, sausage, potatoes, chicken ham|3. Cold cuts, cheese, cereal, fruit, yogurt, French toast, pastry

More like 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel As a Bonvoy member, this does not truly reflect Marriott's premium service and hospitality due to these following reasons: Rooms -sunken bed as seen from attached photo -weak soundproofing. Can hear noisy neighbor guests sounds, sounds from LRT running -terrible ventilation. Can smell someone who smoked in the room or adjacent rooms that diffused into our room Breakfast buffet -not enough options Service -we paid 100% cash before check in with breakfast buffet for 2 for one day only. This did not get registered in their system until they have to personally clarify with us and then check from their system again Location was good though but the rest fell short of what Marriott strives to differentiate itself on premium lixury service.
