AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur

We booked at AC Hotel for one night and found it to be a delighful experience. It is conveniently located near public transportation, but we just used grab the whole time though I had my car parked here. The breakfast buffet was really good. The best thing about this place was how pleasant and courteous the staff were. My wife had a minor accident, causing us to extend our stay here, but the staff at this hotel made us feel quite at home with their excellent service. They made a wheelchair always available to us, and made my wife feel well taken of.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel. The biggest problem for me was how loud it was. Noises from upstairs included metal chair legs scraping against bare floors, with no skidders to mask the sound. All. Day. Long. The vacuuming and cleaning could be heard as well. All. Day. Long. Outside of the hotel is the monorail train which had a run every minute. All. Day (and night...). Long. So, if you are a light sleeper, this is definitely not a good choice. The area surrounding the hotel gets extremely sketchy after dark (and I'm from NY!) be careful if you don't want your kids to see streetwalkers. The staff were very sweet, kind and helpful and the beds...heaven

(+) Nice comfy room. Great facilities. There are many food stalls and convenience stores surround the hotel. The reception gave me early check-in which I really appreciated. Close to titiwangsa station (entrance/ exit A) but there were some stairs. Nice view from room. Staffs were friendly (-) should have offer earlier breakfast for customer who check out early. I needed to request for that and only then they allowed me. One of the waiter wasn't too happy to see me in the breakfast room even though the reception had allowed me to. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved

Husband was working and I was accompanying, hotel has excellent facilities, breakfast is very nice either both Asian and eastern food. Great selection of fruits, yogurt, breads and also delicious Maley dishes. Asked for omelette and good coffee machine. Hotel can get busy but still lots of tables. Nice cotton linen and good quality pillows. Close to public transportation. I used monorail to go to KL for less than 50p!! Grab is cheap as well and very good. Make sure you download the app. No uber. It’s a bit far to the busy area in KL and restaurants nearby are very limited and not good

Love the warm vibes of AC hotel Kuala Lumpur esp the service provided by Mr Ali at the Lobby Cafe. He was very attentive, always smiling and will attend to us the moment we walked into the cafe area. As we spent some time in the cafe for some work discussion, Mr Ali would periodically come and check on our needs for more drinks etc. He is definitely a value-add to the team. |The F&B service staff named Hamza is very courteous too, and his customer service is very excellent and he knows his customer well as well.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly, the service and breakfast up to 4-star standard. BUT there are downsides: the rooms are noisy - you can hear what's happening on the floor. It is difficult to fall asleep and easy to weak up as the hotel located just next to the train tracks - you'll hear the train all night long. Unfortunately, the beds are as hard as it can get...
