AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Located at the end of the Monorail with good restaurants nearby. Approximately 15-20 minutes outside of the main center. Hotel is GREAT breakfast, comfy rooms, however beds are small (single beds) if you book a double room. Clean, nice bathroom and overall room. Service and staff are excellent - from check-in, to restaurant, to bellman, security - they are ALL very good. Congrats to the management for well-trained professional hotel staff. We will stay here again for business.

Hotel stay was great as room was clean and view from the window is excellent. The hotel is near to city centre and train station is reachable within walking distance. The hotel is recently refurbished and has a modern interior, the spacious and bright room makes the stay enjoyable. The stay was above expectations with the fragrantful shower gel and hand soap being the cherry on top of the cake. With that, the buffet breakfast may be quite ordinary and can see improvements.

My wife and I arrived early in the morning due to a flight issue, feeling exhausted and sleepy. we approached one of the receptionists to ask if we could check in early. We mentioned that we are here to celebrate our honeymoon. However, the receptionist informed us that it was too early for check-in and mentioned that there would be an extra charge for early check-in.|Feeling disappointed, we decided to wait in the lobby. Then, we noticed a staff member named Ali, who had a warm smile and helping every guest with great kindness. We decided to approach him and explained our situation. He congratulated us on our honeymoon and asked if we had breakfast yet. When we told him we hadn't, Ali kindly ask us to get our breakfast and he will get our room ready in the meantime. After we had our breakfast, we continued to wait in the lobby. Then Ali returned with our room key, allowing us to check in early. Also incredibly touched when we entered the room and found it beautifully decorated with a cake and a lovely card. While we only asked for early check-in, Ali went above and beyond, making our honeymoon truly memorable.||We are so grateful for Ali’s kindness and hospitality. He truly made our stay special, and his customer service is something the hotel can be proud of.

Fast check-in & check-out process. Friendly staff. Food is a bit salty to my taste. Room a very clean. Pool mid-size. Basic amenities are ok. Location near MRT & LRT Titiwangsa with bus station However the area a bit scary to walking around alone. Women travellor should be careful around this area. There are KK Mart nearby & lots of local food stalls. Overall I'm very happy with the food and service from this Hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes—definitely a highlight of our stay. The hotel’s location was excellent, being very close to the metro station, which made getting around the city effortless. For added convenience, taking a Grab to the city center was quick and affordable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the welcoming service to the thoughtful amenities, everything was spot on. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

Located right next to public transport (Titiwangsa LRT) and has a seafood restaurant nearby. Rooms are comfortable, buffet food was satisfactory. Forgot my charger here once and the staff helped keep it secure and returned it to me once I was free to come to the hotel again. Amazing service as well since my friends and I wanted to head to the seafood restaurant opposite of the hotel but it was raining, so the staff lent us umbrellas.

Hotel was newly renovated. Very modern design, bed was very comfortable, very delicious breakfast. However, the shower water was not consistent, can go from hot to cold and small to large water pressure in few seconds. Toothbrush provided was only 1 pair instead of 2 pairs. Also the glass at the bar table was not cleaned well as there was coffee stain on the glass. Overall still ok.

Nice experience stayed there. Their service really excellent, pickup my luggage and bring it to my room. Satisfied with their breakfast menu. Room also has spacious space and nice interior. Suggestion please provide mineral water instead drinking water and also some snack.
