While many hotels may offer a routine smile or greeting at the front desk, the AC Hotel in Lima sets itself apart in more meaningful ways. Although the front desk's interaction wasn’t always the most personal, the overall experience at this property more than made up for it offering a level of service and care that evokes the warmth and attention to detail that can be found at some of the finest hotels, such as the Ritz-Carlton.||||From the breakfast service to evenings at the bar, every single interaction with the food and beverage, and house-keeping staff felt thoughtful and genuine. The staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction shines through in the little moments like remembering your name, your preferred tea or coffee order (even those triple espressos!), or exactly how you like your eggs.
