We stayed at this hotel on three occasions over a three week period while we were touring Peru (rooms 1109, 807 and 509). All were city facing, very clean and spacious and really well appointed. The rooms are equipped with an excellent iron and ironing board, Nespresso style coffee maker, a decent hairdryer and good quality toiletries.||The breakfast buffet was excellent. On two occasions we had to leave the hotel before breakfast was served and we ordered breakfast boxes to take away the night before (3 choices including vegetarian). The quality of these was excellent too. One evening we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the menu choice and food quality was very good.||Finally, I'd just like to mention the pleasant reception staff and the perfect location of the hotel right on the seafront in Miraflores, and a stone's throw from the Larcomar shopping centre.

Wonderful hotel, perfect location in Milaflores and excellent staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and the property was immaculate.|The rooms are lovely and the ocean views are incredible.||At the rooftop restaurant Gianfranco was so good to us - kind, attentive and warm service. He went out of his way to make us feel special and celebrate our honeymoon. He was so knowledgeable and so much fun. Thank you Gianfranco!

This hotel is fabulous! Location is amazing, near the ocean, near shopping in Miraflores and the Barranco district. Staff was helpful and sent us to a wonderful lunch place. The restaurant Insumo had amazing views and the food was delicious. They accommodated allergies in a creative and delicious way. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We stayed in room 1003 - king sized bedroom facing the Ocean - for one night. The hotel offered self serve coffee, fruits & croissant during the morning hours which is a great touch!
Fruit plate was provided in the room as well since we are Marriott members. Lovely!
Hotel is centrally located - about an hour from the airport during the morning rush hour though. We took Uber from the airport and paid about 55 PEN for one way.
During Check out we’ve received a bill for food and drinks that we didn’t order since we ate out during our stay. Luckily the Hotel staff was understanding and didn’t charge it to our room since we didn’t order the food. Not sure how it even got charged to our room in the first place. Friendly employees!

I am writing to share our wonderful experience dining at your restaurant this past Sunday evening. Our family of four enjoyed a variety of dishes, including soup, starters, seafood, and beef.||The meal was delicious, and the service provided by Kevin was excellent. Thank you for a great evening.

There is a strong sewage odor in the lobby and rooms - they are trying to mask this with extremely strong deodorizer. The management was informed and they implied it was ambient scenting as part of the AC brand standard. We’ve stayed in many AC hotels around the world and this was the first to be pumping in a nauseating volume of deodorizer to mask the stench of property. It’s a great location but I would strongly recommend you spend a few extra bucks and stay at the nearby JW which is well managed by a different hotel group within the Marriott family. The management apologized for the property not meeting my “personal standards” and chose not to acknowledge my issue. It’s worth noting that I am an Ambassador guest with hundreds of nights a year in Marriott properties worldwide so I think I have some experience with the brand.

Worst hotel anyone can ever stay in, poor service, poor communications.
