This is my second time staying here and it’s always great. Rooms are nice spacious and there isn’t a shortage on hot water! Hahah. The staff is so kind and helpful, Joseph Garvin left an everlasting impression with his hospitality. For sure will be staying here whenever I’m in Louisville!

It is so unfortunate that this beautiful AC hotel cannot control the homeless situation! Put a gate up in the patio area, stop giving them free items and water and bathroom access. I’m sorry that this is their situation but this is an expensive hotel. People all night ( not just homeless) using the bathroom and up and down through the amenities through the side door. Make the patio door card activated and put a gate with a sign that it is for guests only. From 10 am to 2 am homeless folks enjoy the area that we pay for, can’t enjoy breakfast or lunch on the patio. They ask guests for money and tell their prison stories at times and cat call at women. My husband gave them cash- bought them pizza and gave them water just to leave the patio for our leisure. MARRIOTT PUT PROTOCOLS IN PLACE PLEASE ! Your security staff did nothing ! They were afraid to tell them to vacate the area.. One security guard told us hey it’s Louisville what do you expect.?! I expect Marriott to step in make changes. Real police officers in the area as well they don’t care not their problem

Corridor Bar is down the street and ridiculously loud (to the point our windows shook on a Sunday night until 4am). Fortunately, the hotel does provide ear plugs free of charge. Outside of that noisy mess, the hotel is in a great location. Staff was all super friendly and helpful, especially the nighttime front desk girls. Would've left 5 stars if not for the noise and the random sock we found under the chair in the room. The rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Outside of the sock, it was clean. Get a room away from Corridor Bar, and you'll be good. All in all, we'd stay here again (as long as we're away from the corridor bar)

AY&ASH Reviews

Google
I never write reviews, whether negative or postive, but I had to make an exception. Sharon and Anthony (TK) at the lounge/bar made my work trip stay here so enjoyable. Their personalities, great service, super attentive and friendly. The rooms are large, spacious, clean and great views of the city and bridges that light up at night. Good vibes. I assume no one comes to Kentucky for the heck of it, and most come for work related travel. I’ve been coming for a decade, and this Hotel is my number 1 choice.

Google
Location is very busy with both crowds and homelessness. Trash (beer cans, drink glasses) outside hotel all three days we were there. Service was rude when confronted with room issues and didn’t resolve any of the problems. Room: -no hot water -no water pressure -stained sheets -ripped down comforter still being used -trash on floor in bathroom upon checkin -stained (blood or something similar) mattress pad -thermostat not cooling during hot summer days -ONE mirror in entire room, for more than one person getting ready that may be an issue Hotel: -limited number of luggage carts since you have to carry everything from garage to lobby to rooms. Most carts were left in the garage and not brought back by anyone. -Lobby was welcoming but had dirty glasses on tables. -no ac in hallways, leaving rooms very humid -hydration station was nice, ice and water on the floor for refilling cups. Overall the hotel seems very overpriced for what you get. Cleanliness was certainly an issue. Would not stay again.

Google
The room was very nice and wheelchair accessible. However, it was not as pictured. There was not a couch like described and bed height was too high for transfer so I slept in a chair. The hotel was gorgeous and mostly accessible. There are doors between the parking garage and hotel lobby that are not automatic and very heavy. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.

Great location in NULU area of Louisville. There is a nice coffee shop 2 minutes walk, few unique restaurants across the street and bars, juice bar.. Hotel was clean. Would come back

Yelp
While visiting Louisville, Kentucky for a music festival we stayed at AC Louisville Downtown, a Marriott hotel, and it was everything we wanted and more. The location of this hotel was everything - Right in the middle of Nulu, located by lots of food and shopping. Some really cute vintage stores and other boutiques right across the street! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants and late night pizza delivery. They had a nice, but overpriced restaurant downstairs near the lobby. They also had complimentary breakfast every morning. The hotel was very clean and felt extremely safe. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit in Kentucky and glad we stayed at AC Louisville Downtown!

Yelp
We booked the AC for a Saturday night stay. Check-in was easy, and we were able to access our room floor right from the parking garage. Room.... Our room was impeccably clean. I always disinfect the room first thing, and it seemed all surfaces were spotless. I appreciated the furnishings being up off the floor. It really made the room feel modern and spacious. Location..... the AC is great as far as being close to many restaurants, bars, shops. You can walk everywhere safely, lots of people, couples, families. BUT.... The location does come at a price. Our 2 nd floor room was right above the street, and you will hear every vehicle that drives by. Crazy traffic noise until about 1:00 a.m. I would definitely recommend the AC, I'll bring ear plugs next time!!!

Yelp
Stopped here for a night on a weekend-long trip. I've been in Louisville a lot for work, so I knew I wanted to spend a Friday night in NuLu and see what it was like. Our room was a "city view" room which was really cool, but good luck sleeping with the noise from La Bodeguita next door. That was a bit of a struggle. Otherwise the room was nice, extra points for the waterfall shower head and excellent water pressure. Location is great, right in the heart of NuLu with a parking garage attached to the hotel for easy in and out. The restaurant that shares a wall with this hotel, Bar Vetti, is also one of my absolute favorites -- so that's a huge perk. And this boasts a huge gym for a hotel! Overall a very solid--but expensive--choice.

Yelp
We had an unfortunate circumstance where we ended up having 2 hotels booked in Louisville for my birthday weekend because we decided to move to Bardstown Rd where it is poppin. We paid an extra $50 to keep the option of cancellation open. However we were told that expires 24 hours after booking when we tried to talk to management about it the weekend before our reservation at AC. The level of "customer service" we received was more akin to what I'd expect at a sleazy motel rather than a luxury hotel. We were repeatedly told that the situation was our fault and that we were to blame. There was no sympathetic "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do" let alone offer of some small upgrade, rewards points, or compensation. We're talking about over a grand for the stay after all. I'm a real estate investor who travels constantly, and I've been turned off of all AC hotels after seeing the quality of their training. The ironic thing is that this hotel stays sold out, which is why my partner booked it so far in advance before we found out NuLu is dead due to ongoing construction on the main road. And we came to them with our dilemma a week in advance, so they actually would've made more money giving us a 50% refund and letting someone else book the room last minute for Labor Day weekend. Long story short if you want to be treated with respect & understanding either stay on Bardstown Rd or at Hotel Genevieve.

Yelp
The hotel was very nice, clean and close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. I somehow managed to misbook and my reservation ended a day early. The GM and Renee at the front desk somehow managed to move things around and let me stay the extra night even though they were fully booked. Great customer service

Yelp
Very convenient location. Coffee shop across street. Restaurants and shops are walking distance as on the same street. Room was comfortable. Some people mentioned noise and we did hear a little during day and right before bed, then nothing. So we had an enjoyable stay. Would recommend! Parking garage elevator is attached to hotel.

Yelp
Great new hotel in the East Market District / Nulu (I was told the hotel is about three years old). The AC hotel offers excellent beds, quiet rooms, and really nice, modern showers (ceiling mounted shower head and traditional), and for that I'll give any hotel 4 stars. Other pros are a large, inviting lobby space, nice self-serve continental breakfast (European style), and a modern, clean esthetic throughout. There's also a very popular Italian restaurant within the building (managed seperately from the hotel). The minuses are a building that doesn't feel like it has great build quality - the upper floors have some 'spring' to them and don't feel very solid. This isn't a fault of the hotel, but it makes you wonder how the building will age. I'd also say that the rooms are nice enough, but feel spartan and not well lit. Even for a space with a 'modern aesthetic'. In particular the chairs and couches feel like they're the same you'd find in an airport or other high traffic location and they need more lamps or ceiling mounted lights. Finally, the front desk employees were not very friendly, both at check-in and check-out - not rude, but also seemed not excited to be there. Overall, alot to like, plus the hotel is in a fun neighborhood. I'd stay here again, but it does make you appreciate traditional Marriott / Bonvoy hotels.

Yelp
Got a deal through Expedia and check in was easy. Done in 5 minutes. Parking is under the hotel and several levels and is secured by an arm gate (see photo). The area is cute and hip so feel it was safe. There is also metered parking on the street in front of the hotel. Entrance is near the entrance of hotel check in area and accessible from the other side of the street Everyone wears a mask and they provide hand sanitizer and a wipe.

Yelp
Incredible location which is honestly the reason to stay here. Is in walking distance to so many cute shops, bars and restaurants. We were able to get checked in earlier than our time, and we got settled. The room itself was really spacious with the bed and living area separate (both with TVs). What I liked most is the bedroom side had no windows, which made the room really dark when we slept. The bed was comfortable but my husband and I both agree the pillows were terrible! It was hard to get comfortable between the pillows and the poorly air conditioned room. We checked in the morning that there really was only one small vent in the bedroom side, while the the living side had multiple and was freezing. It mad for a very warm sleep. Honestly not sure I'd stay here again, given how poorly we slept.

Yelp
Located in Nulu area get it new Louisville. Decent modern room with basic furniture and a fridge. No pool. I believe they have a gym. Sunday morning buffet option for 17 dollars - European style but will bring premade eggs bacon and potatoes. Bar in the lobby. Parking garage behind hotel. Small commissary for drinks and food. This is part of the Marriott chain.

Yelp
I was in town for just the weekend. Chose to stay in this venue b/c of it's location (NuLu). Centrally located to all the happenings going on within only a block from the hotel. Upbeat amenities and a nicely designed modern facility. Nice accommodations. Nothing here looks dated. Big plus: The bed was SUBURB. The best night's sleep in a loooong while. Lighting in the room was very modern and well designed. Wonderful bath and shower layout too. Hotel was fairly quiet too (and huge plus!). Parking is $22/night. Not great, but not too bad by comparison. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in town. BTW: Royal's Chicken is just across the street*****

Yelp
I usually love AC and have gotten used to stellar properties with best in class service. This place was a let down. The room was clean, hence the 3 stars. However, the customer service at the front desk was the worst! I arrived and had to wait for the lady to finish her text message before checking me in. She didn't smile and wasn't friendly. Still a clean hotel and in the center of everything so worth a stay but just have the right expectations.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of the AC Hotel brand. I've stayed at this property weekly for over two months and just love every visit. This is a Marriott brand, so it's a great way to get Bonvoy points. I first stayed at an AC property in Spain and love the modern vibe of the place. This property has been open for less than a year. It's located on Market Street, smack dab in the middle of NuLu. There are at least a dozen amazing restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel does a great job serving tapas cuisine for breakfast and dinner. The signature Gin and Tonic comes out in a glass big enough for two. I especially like the staff. The front desk crew greets me by name. The restaurant team will bend over backwards for personal requests. It's a great location for checking out restaurants on Bardstown Road or Frankfort Avenue. It's a $6 Uber ride to downtown. My favorite Louisville restaurant, the Butchertown Grocery, is a quick ride away. You'll love it!

Yelp
I stayed here for two nights and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The lobby is modern, big, bright, and has nice bar and seating area. The hotel has a very clean look. As for the rooms, they are spacious, minimalist, and not carpeted. My room had a king size bed with a sofa and coffee table, and a desk area. There's plenty of space to spread around. The bathroom has a nice rain shower head and a cool barn-door style slider. My only two suggestions are to add a piece of artwork in the room (I sneezed and heard a loud echo!) and to give guests a sheet detailing the hotel's amenities and their locations. There was no hotel book/guide in my room, so I had to call the front desk to ask about the gym and breakfast. This hotel is located in NuLu, and has many restaurants and boutique stores within walking distance. It's a great value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Yelp
Loved, loved loved this brand new hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make us welcome. The woman at the front desk gave us discounted coupons and even tickets to a distillary. Nice. Rooms are somewhat small but so well layed out you don't notice. Chilled glasses are a nice touch. Every amenity you possibly need in bathroom and the square toilet is amusing. Located in an up and coming area full of shops and restaurants. It's just fun here. And all I wanna do is have some fun...

Yelp
Worst hotel experience I've ever had, abd i travel a fair amount. Rude staff, tiny room with tiny furniture, spoiled creamer in the minimal coffee service, no valet, tiny cups, tiny glasses.... And BIG SURPRISE, if you park in their garage, but are "dumb" enough to return your room key at checkout, you CAN'T GET YOUR CAR OUT OF THE GARAGE. And THEN the front desk acts like you are the a$$hole for not being psychic enough to know you'd need to keep the key to get out. And hangs up on you when you call for help.

Yelp
We had a nice three-night stay at AC Louisville. Pros: - Very modern, new hotel with bar and restaurant - No carpeting in rooms, spaces are very clean, comfortable beds - Friendly staff and bartenders - Must tap room card to use elevator - Great location in the heart of NULU Cons: - Noisy glass door to bathroom in room that lets light into room and had no noise privacy - App did not work with this hotel, so we checked in at 11 PM although I had already checked in online. Staffer had no badge, was wearing a sports jersey and hat, and was talking to a friend, so it was hard to tell if she really worked there. - Staff could not help to get a taxi or car at 4 AM for our trip to the airport. We were able to secure an UBER, but were warned there were few.

Yelp
My hubby and I stayed here on night on a weekend getaway from Indianapolis. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel from parking to checkout. The parking is reasonably priced and located on the first floor of the hotel (see tip below). Our room was spacious, modern, and clean. The location is perfectly located to all the Nulu restaurants and hotspots. We never had to leave the neighborhood and were able to walk everywhere. When booking, you can use the "flexible rates" tab to see a monthly view of rates. We knew we wanted to visit Nulu sometime in August, but had a couple open weekend. If you also have some flexibility, I would recommend using this feature, as we were able to book the room for $108/nigh

Jon C.

Yelp
Floors in the room were filthy. Toddler's barefeet were soiled after walking around for just a few minutes. Asked to be moved to another room, front desk assured us there was no way to be moved and that this was just "the film left behind by the spray they use when mopping." Therefore all rooms would have this problem. The thermostat in room also vibrating so badly we had to turn it off. Front desk could not send anyone to clean floor nor check thermostat, so I cleaned the floor on my hands and knees, and turned off the heat. See photos. Front desk called ten minutes later with offer to como our breakfast. Obviously we would rather be in a clean room without a malfunctioning thermostat.

Yelp
On our drive to Florida during the corona pandemic we stopped to stay here because it's part of the Marriott brand and clean and new. The Checkin process was easy and they had health safety measures in place. The checkin staff wore masks and there were tables placed to Not get 6 feet from the front desk. Our room was clean however come time to sleep, it was the noisiest hotel ever. We were assuming the hotel was going to be at low occupancy due to the pandemic but our floor was apparently party floor. Doors opening and slamming all night and people talking loudly in the hallway. If the hotel had low occupancy why were we even in the same floor or that close to another group?

Yelp
Had a repair issue at my apartment so I needed a place to stay for a few nights. The AC Hotel in Nulu was perfect. Had a very positive experience. Staff was nice and wore masks. Provided hand sanitizer and wipes in the room. Room was very spacious and had a seating area. They are also now dog friendly, which was perfect for my situation! I've recommended this hotel to friends and family before based on the location, and now I can also recommend based on my experience. Having Bar Vetti be able to deliver to my room is also a great amenity!

Yelp
The A C Marriott NuLu Downtown Hotel has officially opened!!! The space is absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled to have the A C Marriott in our neighborhood. The bar is gorgeous! I will probably take way too many pictures! Off to explore!! Will add more details later!

Vicki D.

Yelp
The one good thing about this hotel is the actual room & shower. However this is the only positive thing about my experience. We checked in & went to our room to fix a cup of coffee. The coffee pot was filthy so we reported this issue four times & it was only resolved when the maid came to make up our room. Everyone kept saying that they would leave a note but obviously nobody got the memo. The breakfast room was ridiculous! They follow you around like you intend to steal something. It was so unsettling & offensive. The kitchen manager needs to go for a customer service refresher course. The other workers seemed to just be following her orders but it was over the top. The front desk personnel were not much better. We always stay at Marriott hotels - both here & in Europe - and this place was not up to the usual standards. The water bottles need to be replenished when used. This is a small courtesy but they told us to purchase ones if we needed more. The room was not cheap & parking & breakfast should be included so saying this is a European style hotel is false advertising. I hope this place is an exception & not indicative of other AC hotels

Yelp
Lovely hotel. And it's downtown Nulu. Friendly and helpful staff. Very modern, clean and price friendly. Accompanied with a restaurant And bar! Plenty of places to walk to from hotel. 10/10

Yelp
I recently got the chance to stay at the new AC hotel in Lulu Louisville's trendy new district by the river. The location of Central to get it around to downtown Louisville as well as bardstown Road and all the restaurants and clubs downtown. The bar itself inside the AC hotel was quite relaxing. The bed was great the towels and sheets were higher quality and the decor was modern my only negative complaint was the size of the room it was quite small.
google avatar

B B.

Yelp
Delicious food and drinks! The appetizers are big enough for everyone to share. Plenty of room at the bar and full service menu. Meiomi Pinot on TAP!
google avatar

Justin N.

Yelp
Stopped in for pre-drinks to celebrate a friend finishing grad school, and had a good time. The lady bartender made great drinks and very engaging, the guy not so much. To present themselves as a modern chic place, his shirt was half tucked in, and not very professional looking.
google avatar

Yelp
I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. Have had nothing but good experiences until this evening. Unfortunately, I feel obligated to post a negative review after tonight's issues (Though they are not directly the fault of the hotel)... There is an establishment across the street who is playing music so loudly that it woke me up out of a sound sleep. I slept poorly last night and was hoping to get some sleep tonight, but my room is literally bumping. Its 10:30 on a Thursday night. AC management needs to come to an agreement with the a__hats who own/manage the establishment across the way. This is no way to try and sleep and I'm not about to pack up all my stuff and move rooms. Point is, It's not fair to the patrons of the AC... and I believe that the AC needs to manage the situation with their neighbor, otherwise there will be more patrons like myself who will end up finding other accommodations moving forward. Front desk did offer to move my room and call the 5.0... but this does not serve my point. I hope this review is taken seriously by the GM of the AC NULU.
google avatar

Yelp
Cool groovy hotel! This is my first time staying at the AC property by Marriott and certainly not the last. First talk about location, location, location. Steps away from many great restaurants, fantastic art galleries and small local shops this property is a great option either you are here on business or pleasure. Comfortable bed and luxurious shower took all my aches and troubles away. And to top it, Joseph at the front desk was so professional and welcoming! 5 stars! I don't give that to everybody!
google avatar

Kamron A.

Yelp
Wow! Excellent property! Located in a part of Louisville that is being revitalized and this property shines! Very clean and extremely great service from the moment you walk in! The rooms are spacious and also very modern along with a great bar area with a huge TV! Good bourbon choices never hurt either!
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
I am SO close to giving this hotel 5 stars... let's just call it at 4.5. So much about this hotel is amazing! Everything is so nice & new. The staff was super friendly, and the host at the desk took time out of her night to point out all of the neat local shops/cafes etc. so we knew exactly where to go. The floor we were on had a little "hydration station" where you could grab a bottle to bring water/ice back to your room, that was a great touch! Our room was huge, had a king bed & a couch, with a giant TV that allowed you to hook up your Netflix/Pandora etc. The parking was also a breeze ($18/night self-park), and we never had trouble getting a spot right on the first level, must have been a slow weekend! This location is near a ton of fun restaurants and shops, I definitely recommend it if you're considering NuLu! The only things holding me back from a solid 5-star review are these few things... --That sliding glass bathroom door. Definitely a good example of form over function. I like, ahem, privacy, in the morning. --The noise from the bar across the street (if you are facing Market Street, you'll know what I'm talkin' about.)... I'd love it if the AC would leave a pair of earplugs in the room to combat that. --These fancy modern hotels NEVER have a shelf for women to prop their legs up on to shave. This has become my pet-peeve. Hotel designers... if you're reading this... take note!
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a little disappointed in their amenities. 1. Kitchen only serves European Breakfast (no hot food). Very limited variety of cheese and bread. The different types fruit tastes like it's from yesterday. I spit it out. They're supposed to open at 6:30AM BUT they're still setting up at 6:30AM. With people waiting, they're chatting away with each other and don't care about patrons waiting. 2. The gym is too warm and the machines tv isn't connected yet. 3. The bathroom sink is flat, therefore does not drain well.
google avatar

Jamie S.

Yelp
GREAT ambiance and a well-balanced bar menu. The small plates were a good price for the size, and I really like their selection of spirits. My friends and I were bar-hopping, and their signature gin and tonic is awesome. My only question. Do you drug test your employees? The person who brought us the food smelled pretty strongly of pot, and I overheard a manager (larger woman, bleach-blonde hair and glasses) talking about going home and smoking a bowl. I know louisville is progressive, but this may put your business in a bad light with some clients. (I mean, talk like this is common in germantown, but this is supposed to be a high-end scene with high-end clientele... not potheads)

Yelp
Great hotel, with such a nice aroma all throughout the hotel. Good location right in the middle of NuLou, with restaurants, boutiques within walking district. Staff was courteous and helpful and rooms were nice and spacious. Bartender was helpful in giving information about the surrounding area The Waterfront park is also only about a 15 minute walk away.
google avatar

Yasmin A.

Yelp
Great hotel! Very modern. I only stayed one night. My room was clean, my bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the shower was great -everything was as one would expect from a new hotel. Checking in and out was easy. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Great location in Nulu!
google avatar

Nathan T.

Yelp
Brian and Debra are the most amazing bartenders in Louisville. Great conversation and service. Their drinks were phenomenal and we have to come back. You have to come visit. The manhattans here are fire. Extremely clean, good prices, and the ambiance is superb.
google avatar

Eric S.

Yelp
What an incredible experience we had here at the AC Hotel. Check-in was a breeze. There are a few restaurants within walking distance; a great chicken spot across the street. The beds were comfortable and the staff was attentive. We were traveling through Louisville to our final destination and we will definitely be return patrons. They deserve every star I gave them.
google avatar

Josh B.

Yelp
I'm not sure why there aren't reviews here on YELP, but I ABSOLUTELY loved this place. So modern and chic and the hotel is scented with their own branded scent so it's very posh. So close to a bunch of bars and clubs that you can just walk there. 5 stars for sure. I love the AC brand!

Yelp
The establishment was great, I enjoyed the glass view and the bar. The employees were friendly and very helpful. The art displays around the establishment was breathtaking

Yelp
AC Hotel Nulu is the best value in Louisville. The hotel is a few months old, extremely modern and very reasonably priced. The rooms feature all of the amenities like blow dryers and ironing boards. They also feature nice coffee makers and mini-fridges with complimentary water. Each floor has key-card security which gives the hotel added safety. The valet service was prompt and quick with just a five-second call to the front desk. The hotel has "hydration stations" on each level with a water dispenser however there were no cups or bottles available. Bring a bottle or ask for a cup downstairs. The bar has green drinks. I mean really great drinks. The bartenders can make anything and the drink prices are NOT inflated hotel prices you may find elsewhere. The internet is complimentary. All of the TVs are smart so they features all of the usual streaming applications as well. I didn't eat here so I cannot comment on the food, but AC is literally less then .2 miles from several eatery and bars. The neighborhood is very safe and I only encountered one person asking me for spare change. Spend the extra money on the valet ($22 per day), its worth not having to walk to the garage and try and find your car. Since I now live in Louisville I doubt I'll be staying here, but I'll definitely recommend it. I'll probably still stop in and have a drink at the bar when I'm in NULU.

Yelp
This hotel was well done, updated features, but the happy hr is lame, and the 12$ breakfast is garbage! The bathrrom had rainfall showerhead, and the toilets are square....haha now the smell was next level awesome! The lobby, the room, the comp soap in the rooms all smelled really good! The gym was nice, no pool or hot tub though. It was also located close to a few good local bar spots!

Yelp
Brand new hotel in the heart of the NuLu district with some great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Everything is brand new. The rooms are great and have amazing views of the city. The staff was so nice and the bartenders were amazing. I'm a big bourbon snob and was not let down by the selection at the bar. Will be back soon!

Yelp
Was only there for one night but it was an enjoyable experience all around, from our check in to the valet to running into one of my favorite comedians, to having a GREAT conversation wit Ty at breakfast! The staff here was great!!!!

Yelp
When we showed up there was nobody working the front desk. After we stood there like idiots for 5-6 minutes, we had to search all over just to find someone and ask them to check us in. It looked like nobody worked here. The bed was lumpy and hard. ZERO sound proofing. You hear EVERYTHING outside so being woken up every 15 minutes is the norm. The cherry on top is that in this "non-smoking" hotel our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Like, your chain-smoking grandma's living room type smell. With every breath you taste cigarette smoke. We won't be back to this place.

Yelp
I would be careful staying here. We booked a business trip here and had to cancel because COVID canceled our meetings. Even though we cancelled a week in advance they decided to not refund our money because it was beyond 48 hours after booking. Our team frequents Louisville and we will make sure we tell others to not stay.

Yelp
This hotel is one of the nicest I've stayed at for work-outside of resort hotels. I received a lovely text from Robert before my arrival asking if I needed anything. It appears to be completely remodeled and the hard wood floors in the room are amazing. Keyless entry via the phone so I came right to my room. Fridge with small waters. Sleek and modern design. Seems very clean and right next to all the hot restaurants. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Yelp
I stayed here recently and like the design of the hotel a lot. Staff were friendly, especially the valet workers! This place is brand new and I liked how easy it would be for people with special needs to be mobile here. Room layouts are wide and floor to ceiling windows let in lots of natural light. Two critiques are that the floors in my room and the lounge and lobby areas definitely needed to be vacuumed and the hallways where the rooms are were musty. The AC must not have been working or something?
