One elevator was broken when I checked in, Had to switch rooms 3 times, AC horrible, 78 to 80 degrees. Front desk not transparent and acted like they knew nothing about the problem, finally on 3rd room engineer stated waiting on parts and they were aware of the problem. Power went out too during our stay. Resort fee ridiculous. It’s a glorified Holiday Inn. Stay away, Hampton inn better next door at 3450 Biscayne Blvd, with good AC and good shower water pressure. Also parking overpriced at $25 per day, Hampton inn $15.00 in the exact same garage.

I would like to say that the esthetics of the hotel was beautiful. Very nice, very clean. My problem was the room service and the fact that in order for me to warm op my food, I had to keep going to the service desk. I also didn't like that fact that the bedding was dirty when I initially arrived, there was a folded towel with snot on it , and that everytime room service would come in to clean, they would take the dirty towels but never replaced them so I would have to call the front desk to request more towels. One night, they had security bring me towels. I wasn't to fond of that. I will definitely not be returning there on my next trip to Miami

These guys really get it. The staff was the best of the best. Upon check in they welcomed us with a Gladis of champagne. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked · The room was spacious and the bathroom was large too. The beds were a decent queen size. Accessing the room was not complicated. Disliked · The air conditioning was very bad in the room. The room would be stuffy, the ac would cool down the room, but it was still sticky/humid in the room. The floor would be damp because of the poor air circulation and the windows were bolted so unable to get fresh air. Addiitonally, we paid a $100 security deposit, which we have since not been fully refunded as of the 4th August. We have chased the hotel both via their website contact details and on Booking.com, where we have received silence from them. They initially acknowleged our query on Booking.com but have since not given us an update or a refund since their message on the 22nd July. It is very unprofessional and disappointing for a company to ignore their customer when they know they were at fault. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the level of professionalism and the state of the room (air-conditioning) which caused discomfort especially when trying to sleep

Check in was easy. Staff are nice. Fitness room was a bummer, dont expect much more than free weights and working treadmill...Peleton bike x2 if you have a subscription. Cute pool area. Very good AC and very minimalist room concept, not a bad thing. Not much to look at outside the hotel though, walking isn't the best either, but doable

We came to miami for our sons 16 birthday. I cannot begin to tell you how Warm and welcoming the staff was. We were met by Gisele - she was so professional, kind, and extremely helpful. I casually mentioned it was our sons birthday and she had the staff send him up birthday cake to his room that evening! The property was impeccably clean. The Location is wonderful for almost anything you would like to do. They had bikes we could use for free, which we rode all over town. Check out was at noon and they were kind enough To hold our bags for us until that afternoon when we left town. We will definitely be back!

Google
Staff was sweet and kind but I hate to admit my room was disgusting, the sheets had dirt stains, the floor was not properly cleaned all surfaces had a layer of filth and crumbs... even when i went to use the bathroom the toilet paper was already used and had brown stuff all within the sheets. There was hair in my towels and hair in the mini fridge as well... the ceiling also started to leak...You can tell my room was not thoroughly cleaned or just wiped down with no real effort. Made my night very uncomfortable knowing it was dirty

I am writing to share a recent experience I had regarding my reservation. As an Ambassador Elite member, I called to speak with Veronica to inquire about changing my reservation from a King bed to two Queen beds. Unfortunately, during the call, Veronica did not make any effort to gather my reservation details to confirm the request. In my years of staying with Marriott, I have never been denied a request for two Queen beds. In fact, I’ve typically found that the staff is more than accommodating with such changes, especially when King bed inventory is sold out. Very disappointed

Yelp
I stayed here for 2 nights in November for work. The reception staff was super helpful and attentive, particularly Georgey. He explained all the amenities, the resort fees, and breakfast. And he delivered quickly when I asked about dental kit. The breakfast staff on the other hand was a little slow and not attentive. But the food was good. It was a buffet after all, so maybe service is not needed as much.

Yelp
My company booked this hotel for me. When I arrived at a hotel to check in the girl at front desk told me that the reservation was unpaid and I had to pay $520 for the reservation. When I told her that my company paid for reservation she was adamant that it's unpaid and I have to pay. I ended up leaving as it was already late. Next day HR contacted the hotel and it turns out that reservation was in fact paid and the front desk personnel was wrong. Never had this happen to me before at any other hotel. Hence a well deserved one star for customer service.

Yelp
The infrastructure is great at the hotel - the room, the gym, the rooftop bar and pool. We in particular enjoyed the staff at the bar. The only drawbacks are 1) the location is next to the highway and not very easy to walk around; 2) the front desk folks were a bit cold. But overall, a solid choice.

Yelp
Com check in to check out this hotel is great. The staff is excellent and friendly. From talking with Carla at the lobby bar to asking maid staff for extras . They are happy to serve you. Rooms are clean, great bathroom, shower, and refrigerator. Plenty of AC / USB power outlets. The pool and bar is cool , check it out on the roof. I would stay here again when in town.

Yelp
This hotel is great with roof top views and amenities. The food was grilled on the roof! The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Yelp
Amazing service, the manager was the highlight for handling the chaos of a lobby full of people needing help when the system was down and handled everyone with kindness and respect. The overall experience was positive. The poolside bar was lovely with yummy food. The views are amazing and the aesthetics were lovely.

Yelp
Checked in for a quick night's stay, where I was pleasantly surprised by the food. The room isn't as clean as I want it, but aside from that is a typical AC property. Not a bad price either.

Yelp
I would give the food 3 stars, breakfast 1 star, customer service 1 star, the hotel itself 4 stars. Mathematically, this averages out to 2 stars but that seems too low so I would give it 3 stars. I stayed here for several nights in Jan 2024 but it was not very different from other AC hotels (modern design, clean). The rooftop bar is relaxing and the drinks are strong! Now, for a review of breakfast. In summary, breakfast is not worth the hassle of the unpleasant customer service. The food is not spectacular and the service is consistently poor. I didn't have any issues with ordering room service in the evenings - the staff was nice and accommodating during those times - but breakfast was always a headache. - if you buy the $25 European buffet spread, you get one of the dishes listed in the menu included in this review and access to the buffet, which has very basic ingredients (see other pictures) - their customer service during breakfast is not great. I saw at least two guests grab just a little bit of the food (think, a banana), thinking it was free (makes sense, it's right in the lobby and there are no signs anywhere), and then being pressured to pay the full amount. I also saw the aftermath of a guest misunderstanding the servers because of a language barrier and then being shocked about the price. She only ate a muffin so she really didn't want to pay $25 for it, but they forced her to pay - I also was stopped multiple times each morning (sometimes, in the same morning) and asked if I had paid for breakfast. I had an issue on the first day of my stay with their system showing incorrect information and had challenges getting it resolved. Finally, the concierge was able to help me convince the breakfast servers that yes, I did pay for breakfast even though my hotel app and my digital receipt clearly showed I had paid for it.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and I loved how their resort fee was out towards tabs in the restaurant. So you can use your daily resort fee towards the restaurants and bars on the grounds. They also have a rooftop pool and bar. It's also ina great location where you can walk to a target and restaurants.

Yelp
The salmon was amazing and the key lime pie was good. The service was a little bit slow considering the number of customers. It took about 5 minutes before the bartender took my drink order. The food did come out fast but no extra kudos for friendliness.

Yelp
Enjoyed staying at this hotel for my anniversary. It was quiet, spacious, modern and very clean. I mentioned to the front desk while checking in that it was our anniversary and they quickly put a slice of cake and a hand written congratulations card with it. Was very nice that they went above and beyond. Also we didn't mind paying the $30 a day resort fee since we got $30 in free food credit each day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Yelp
Nice hotel with roof top dining and seating area. Rooms are spacious and clean; and service great. Stay offered great benefits for dining. Lobby cafe good for complimentary breakfast; and nice menu selection for lunch and dinner; had the burger which was very good.

Yelp
Checking in was a great experience at this location. Marriott's AC Hotel, really nice upbeat lobby, cool bar vibe. Checked in at the front desk, and Freddy took xtreamly good care of us. We used a suite upgrade and received a nice size king corner room suite. Loved the updated bathroom and nice cool room. Upstairs was the rooftop bar and pool. We happened to book a Candlelight evening of Music on the rooftop, which gave us a wonderful evening. Wine, Music and Fun! Great spot when in the when in the downtown Winwood area!

Yelp
A very nice modern hotel. We stayed at this same hotel at LAX and it was very pleasant. I figured with that experience we would give the Miami location a try plus it was very convenient being almost across the street from where our daughter lives in her high-rise. The only real complaint that I have was with the HVAC which we had to call maintenance multiple times to get worked on and ultimately it never really quite got worked out 100%. Other than that it's a very modern and clean hotel with very nice hospitality I would possibly consider a stay here again.

Yelp
Lovely hotel, great location and very nice staff. We forgot one of our bags in the room after we checked out and frantically called them. No problem! They had it! Only thing we were too tired to do when we arrived was to venture up to the rooftop bar. We regret not doing that as the next hotel in Miami didn't have a great view of the skyline. Piece of advice, don't take room 733 if want to get any sleep. It must be directly below the air conditioner unit which runs often. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel!

Yelp
We picked this hotel because of the rooftop bar/pool and the midtown Miami location. It's a very modern location with nice decor & comfortable rooms/beds. Walking distance to many restaurants in Midtown and only 15 minutes from South Beach. The pool bar does have a daily happy hour.

Yelp
My wife and I enjoyed our 3 nights here while on a short trip to Miami. Our room was very nice and stylish with with a super comfortable bed. The food and drinks at the rooftop hotel bar and restaurant were also very good and since we are Bonvoy Gold members we were given 2 free cocktails every day of our stay and the daily $30 resort fee was redeemable at the bar/restaurant My only gripe is was with one of the front desk staff who was insistent that we were already given and signed for a package that was delivered to the hotel when we did not receive it. She refused to go look for it and finally another employee intervened and found my package within a minute

Yelp
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AC HOTEL Miami at Wynwood. We had to start our day off EVERY day with the lovely Erlys on the rooftop. She took good care of us and made sure our days started RIGHT! Will be back to stay here.

Yelp
Comfortable rooms, elite members get a great benefit of 2 drinks per person! Decent food menu and nice casual bar area.

Yelp
Great stay at a surprisingly nice Marriott group hotel. They were accommodating when we rolled in at 8am, for a requested early checkin of 10am. They just moved a few things around and we were in our room a few minutes later. Nice modern room with big bright bathroom. A view of the water in the distance and high enough from the street to not be disturbed. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the design district, or 10 minute Uber to the cruise terminal and beyond. Good spot, and I would return.

Yelp
Great service at this location! I've stayed at many hotels in the Miami area and this one has the best service so far. The checkin and check out process was seamless. I tried to upgrade my room prior to arrival (I'm a Titanium member) but was told they were unable to accommodate the upgrade. Upon arriving, my room was upgraded to a corner suite. The room was very spacious and had great lighting. The hotel doesn't have valet but had an attached garage for self parking. The rooftop pool had a bar where you can order drinks and food. The location of the hotel is very convenient as well, you'll be close to South Beach and the Brickell area.

Yelp
While visiting Miami, we stayed at the AC Hotel Wynwood because of the rooftop views of the city. The room was spacious and comfy. I liked how the bathroom had a rainforest shower. Since we had food & beverage credit, we decided have breakfast at the hotel every morning. The breakfast buffet was $18/person. Lesquel and his staff were warm, friendly, and helpful in getting us prosciutto, made to order eggs, and coffee. The breakfast spread consisted of fresh fruit juices (e.g., orange, apple, passionfruit guava orange), hot coffee/tea, meat (e.g., ham, turkey, salami, prosciutto), cheese (e.g., cheddar, brie, swiss), croissants, quiches, danishes, fresh fruit (e.g., berries, honeydew, pineapple), and yogurt parfaits. For eggs, you can get scrambled with chives on toast or sunny side up with prosciutto and manchego.

Yelp
You can always tend to run into problems on the road and had a few curveballs, but Ashley was really helpful in getting me sorted out and checked in after a long day on the road. The hote was nice, awesome rooms, BEAUTIFUL bathrooms with TONS of counter space that make life so much easier, and a lot of cool features with the hotel. As a flight crew we're all over the place, so finding a good home base to rest and relax is so very much appreciated. Nice property, definitely worth checking out and will be a stay you enjoy.

Yelp
I enjoyed the AC Miami, it had a very nice pool, kind & happy staff presence! The continental breakfast offers gluten free toast!! I was able to toast it and add some peanut butter, sliced banana, jelly and some almonds for a nice gluten-free loaded toast. Perfect for those that can't have the waffle but still want to have a sweet build-your-own treat for breakfast

Yelp
Good location, nice pool, room was good too. The view from the lobby at night was incredible! The only complaint would be around breakfast. We weren't told that it wasn't complimentary so my croissant and sliver of quiche cost me ($22). On top of that, we were charged a service fee for sitting at a table? I think? Hardly any work for them though since it was buffet style. I wish they were more up front about the cost because we definitely would have gone somewhere else for breakfast.

Yelp
Had a wonderful time it is hotel .everyone very attentive. I had a problem with my room, but the manager, Melissa was very attentive and helped solve the problem quickly. By far the very best of this hotel is the waitress her name is FABIOLA!!! What a genuine person smile on her face all the time and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is what you want it to be. I really think she should be the first person you see when you walk in.!!!

Yelp
Wow! Surprised there aren't more reviews. Staying here currently and it's in a great location, around the block from the Wynwood art district. It's not too far from downtown Miami or South Beach---about 15 minute ride, but a lot less traffic and noise. There's a lot to check out in the neighborhood from restaurants, to shops, to bars. Also, the hotel itself is sleek, modern, and clean. There's a rooftop bar and pool area to lounge, so nice place to unwind and relax. Hotel and bar staff were very nice and helpful too. I would recommend and return if back in Miami.

Yelp
I chose this property as a reasonably priced midtown location not far from the Miami Beach Convention Center. The location was quite convenient -- within walking distance of several fast food restaurants, a Walgreens, and some excellent local spots (I greatly enjoyed Kraken Crudo on NE 2nd Ave). The hotel is exactly as described. My corner room was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed, and surprisingly little street noise despite large windows looking down onto a busy street. The gym was relatively small but not crowded. It is on the roof and requires going outside briefly. The roof deck/pool area would have been a fun place to hang out in the evenings, but it was too windy during my stay. I applied the $25 daily "resort fee" (yes, really...) toward breakfast, which was fine, but underwhelming. Lots of fruit, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, etc., but no waffle maker or the like. I ordered eggs one morning, but after 20 minutes they weren't ready and I had to leave. The service, unfortunately, was somewhat underwhelming. I asked for an extra sugar/creamer package for the in-room coffee maker, and this was a major production. I was trying to get the evening valet's attention to help track down my pizza delivery, and he was less than helpful. Much of the staff is made up of 20-somethings that are pleasant but just don't try that hard. Overall it is a fine property and I would stay again. One caveat, the conference I was attending was very crowded and strained the taxi/Uber/Lyft drivers -- one morning it took more than an hour to get transportation. If you're attending a conference of more than 20,000 people, I would recommend staying on the island so that the convention center is within walking distance.

Megan G.

Yelp
The actual stay was fine but the customer service was not. I left my $200 Bose headphones in my room. I called a few hours after checkout (in the Dallas airport) and they said they had them however I was told they don't mail items. I called again the next day and was told I need to speak to the day manager who wasn't in and I was given their email. I emailed and asked how to get my headphones back, no response. I emailed again, a week later with no response. I called again a week later and the staff who answered would not let me talk to the manager but checked and said they had the headphones and he would call me back in 20 min to coordinate how to get them back. No callback. I called back a few weeks later and the manager who answered said she couldn't find them and wanted to know who I had talked to that HADN'T told me I just needed to provide a pre-paid shipping label. Frankly, I gave up and have eaten the $200. A nice stay is the bare minimum but I had expected MUCH better customer service from a Marriott. So beware, your stay might be fine but if you have issues don't count on them to be resolved.

LOreal A.

Yelp
Amazing service from the staff at the hotel. Everyone was super accommodating and they allowed me to check in early.

Yelp
After staying at the ac Wynwood hotel in Miami I decided to look at my credit card statement. There was three charges, AC Hotels Lodging $17.91 $70.00 $100.00 I called Monday 8/8/2022 and spoke to Iana Reyes, to begin she was very Rude and not sympathetic to my situation. She was condescending and was patronizing me. Iana has no customer service skills, she needs more training or get out of this roll. She said I ate at the hotel which I did not and was charging me my card. I asked to speak to a manger and she stated she was one of the hotel managers. Which come to find out she is not! So let me go back to me checking in at the hotel, when I arrived Front desk was rude an not helpful. Asked the front desk where the Wynwood walls was located and the response was "google it"!... I was also told that the parking was $35.00 and it turned out it should be $25.00. I was charged$70.00 for parking for two nights. One person tells me one price and another says different, I'm confused. I was also told that the $100.00 was for incidental fee and was going to be refunded once I checked out. Front desk did not explain to me what all of these charges were for. The woman that checked me in on Friday was not helpful at all. She do not explain to me at all what the hotel had to offer. She did not tell me what amenities the hotel was offering. The hotel was clean. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED! Check your statements they might be charging for things you didn't even know they had to offer. NEVER AGAIN! By the way I did not use any of there amenities No pool No bicycle No Wi-Fi No breakfast buffet. I wasn't told this was available to me. Worst customer service ever. AGAIN IANA REYES IS CONDESCENDING AND PATRONIZES CUSTOMER! She has no sympathy for customers!

Yelp
The staff was very accommodating and readily available to assist with your every need. My particular room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. I found strands of hair that were not mine on the floor, in the couch snd throughout the room over the duration of my stay. The staff however was really nice and accommodating. I probably will stay closer to restaurants and entertainment options my next visit.

Yelp
The staff, facilities, and location were PHENOMENAL. Dunia, Jay and Katherine, thank you! We lodged at a Category 6 days before staying here and had a much better experience at this hotel. We will return. The Wynwood Arts district is a 3 minute Uber ride away. Meals and transportation were extremely accessible. The rooftop pool wasn't crowded, lacking towels and chairs, or dirty (this can't be said for other hotels). I look forward to booking with you again.
