This is a really nice property, and after agonizing over where to stay in Santiago I’m thrilled I chose the AC!
Location: it’s in a great, central location, close to multiple subway stops & lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, salons, etc. - we were able to find everything we needed in a 5-10min walk.
Rooms: The rooms are large, modern, and well-appointed, with views over the city. I actually stayed in two rooms throughout my stay (I had two different reservations and chose to change rooms to take advantage of an upgrade to a king suite) & was impressed with them both. The 1BR suite is absolutely huge (separate bath & shower, separated toilet, large living room), and clearly set up to allow for watching TV/movies in the large tub, which I did!
Food/Facilities: I didn’t use the gym, but did visit both the AC Lounge & Luna Bar for food & drinks (fun cocktail menus, vibes, & views), plus breakfast in the restaurant. Breakfast was fabulous!! High-quality buffet with fresh-squeezed OJ, freshly-sliced Iberico ham, many savory & sweet offerings, and the ability to order a couple things a la carte (think egg or avocado toast or casserole) - all really good.
Service: I don’t usually write reviews (especially long ones), but felt compelled to write this one because of the service. I was confused about a benefit prior to arriving and had reached out & didn’t receive an answer to my email, and was thus disappointed when I arrived & shared that feedback. The manager Josefa was prompt, helpful, and incredibly kind in addressing the situation, and she and the team went above & beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I was very impressed by the level of service & grateful for their help!
Overall a great stay - I’ll be back!
