AC Hotel Santiago Cenco Costanera

This AC hotel should definitely has a 5* rating. Everything has such high quality, including the service. I love the fact that you get direct access to the mall through 5 floor of the hotel. We had a small issue with our booking because of the Marriott app error and the manager Josefa fixed it with such kindness and understanding. Hospitality at its finest

First time staying at an AC Marriott. The location is great and conveniently connected to a mall. The view is nice. Unfortunately, when I went to use the bathroom for the first time, there was feces at the bottom of the toilet along with blonde hair. While staff responded immediately and cleaned it, it’s hard to shake something like that once you’ve seen it. A thoroughly cleaned bathroom should be standard before a room is released to a guest, and this definitely will be in my mind impacting my comfort for the rest of my holiday. Great location. Responsive service. Dirty/soiled bathroom.

If you are traveling solo, this hotel is safe, clean, and very conveniently located near everything you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt secure and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options and a nice setup that made mornings easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend staying here again.||One note of caution: do not use the ATM at the mall. I was charged by my bank, but no money was dispensed. Instead, there is a live teller location inside the mall that you should use to withdraw local currency safely.

Great hotel in a really good location. Breakfast is fantastic, room spacious and very comfortable.Wifi was a little slow, which is surprising for a business hotel and no pool / steam sauna. Otherwise superb!

This is my first time visiting Santiago, and overall everyone we encountered has been very nice and friendly, which we truly appreciate. However, on our last day, asking for two additional bottles of water became unexpectedly complicated. After the gym, we had already finished the two bottles provided in the room earlier. When I requested two more, I was told the hotel only offers two bottles per day, and in the end, only one was given. As a Titanium member, I didn’t expect such a small request to become an issue. If providing two extra bottles of water would somehow make the hotel unsurvivable, then my apologies. Otherwise, it just felt unnecessary to turn something so minor into a point of resistance, especially given the otherwise positive experience.

We had an amazing experience. We had an early morning flight into Santiago, and were very tired from traveling all day. Tania at the front desk was very kind and was able to get us a room earlier than the typical check in time, she even gave us a room on the top floor! The hotel is in a great location, with so much around (including the tallest hotel in South America), and is even attached to a mall. The rooftop bar was incredible, we went during sunset and the views were amazing. The drinks were tasty and the music/vibes was so fun. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santiago.

This hotel has one of the best locations since it is right next to a big mall. There is a lot of foot and car traffic in the area which we liked. It's 15-20 drive to the museums and the airport so it's fairly convenient. Cabs are fairly reasonable in the area. The rooms are very clean and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Their rooftop is also amazing. It is popular and as a hotel guest you're given a priority.

I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Costanera Center for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience! I decided a pros and cons list was the best way to sum up my stay: PROs: - I visited in the fall and the USD seems to go a bit further in Chile than expected. That said, my room was a great deal! It was on the 19th floor and had amazing views of the city and the Andes in two separate directions. It also had a massive bathroom and in room tub. - I ordered room service one night when I decided it was too late to venture into the city and find a meal. Once again, very reasonably priced room service and a delicious selection. - The staff was very friendly. Almost everyone spoke English fluently but was more than willing to indulge my attempts at Spanish. CONs: - Unless you are big shopper (this hotel is literally in Costanera Center mall), you are pretty far from some of the main sights in Santiago. However, the metro is nearby and very easy to use. The surrounding area is also safe and easily navigable. - One thing that bugged me was how dirty the windows are. It was a small gripe and certainly cold whether for window cleaning but it would have been nice if they weren't so foggy. All in all, I would recommend a stay here. It was an American style hotel in the heart of a non-touristy part of Santiago. They also have plentiful amenities - rooftop bar, fitness center, parking, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

If you're looking for a large rooftop bar with loud music to accommodate a big group, you've come to the right place. The management is very friendly and always accommodating. On my first trip to AC, I was with a party of 6. We asked to be moved when our table was next to a booming speaker. The staff accommodated us, but no matter where you sit, the music is likely to be quite loud and somewhat intrusive. If you aren't a big drinker, don't let that stop you from visiting this rooftop bar. They make great mocktails, too. On my most recent visit with a large business group, we took up several tables and ordered lots of food and drinks. As always, the staff were great. As with most places in the city, service can be slow, but why not use that time to enjoy the views? Speaking of views, this one is great when it's a clearer day. Highly recommend it!

We chose this hotel because of a wonderful experience at the AC Venezia hotel in Italy. We were scheduled to stay 1 night before our cruise out of San Antonio but the cruise was canceled so we extended our stay. The hotel is in upscale area area of Santiago with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Upon arrival were were escorting up to the 17th floor lobby. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am and were allowed early checkin. Thank goodness because we had traveled 23 hours. Our corner suit had spectacular views of the Andes - WOW! Our 2 room suit included a living area with couch and TV. The bedroom had ample storage, large free standing tub, separated shower, 2 sinks, king bed, and more. USB ports were available on both side of the bed. There was also a coffee machine in the room. The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was included in our reservation that we took advantage of everyday. We visited the outdoor bar every evening for both drinks and tapas enjoying the view of the Andes at sunset. There's also an inside bar and very large relaxation seating area with Wi-Fi access. We also booked an excursion and taxi service through the friendliest front desk. The location was excellent, the staff (shout out to Ricio) was exceptional, the room was perfect, and overall this is a solid 5*. If in Santiago I highly recommend staying at the AC Hotel Marriott.
