If you are traveling solo, this hotel is safe, clean, and very conveniently located near everything you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt secure and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options and a nice setup that made mornings easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend staying here again.||One note of caution: do not use the ATM at the mall. I was charged by my bank, but no money was dispensed. Instead, there is a live teller location inside the mall that you should use to withdraw local currency safely.

This hotel has one of the best locations since it is right next to a big mall. There is a lot of foot and car traffic in the area which we liked. It's 15-20 drive to the museums and the airport so it's fairly convenient. Cabs are fairly reasonable in the area. The rooms are very clean and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Their rooftop is also amazing. It is popular and as a hotel guest you're given a priority.

Here’s a polished review you can use: ⸻ We had an excellent two week stay at the AC Hotel Santiago. The team went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and memorable. They helped us arrange car rentals, book expeditions, and secure dinner reservations—truly exceptional service from start to finish. The Luna Bar rooftop was a highlight, offering spectacular views of the city at night and a great atmosphere to unwind. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Outstanding service all around. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the corner room 2002 for 2 nights and enjoyed the hotel’s central location. Room 2002 has a great space and view towards the mountains. Uber ride from airport took about 20 min and cost about 35,000 CLP one way. The hotel‘s lobby is on the 17th floor of the highrise. Floor 5 has a direct access to the mall next door (you exit on the food & restaurant floor). Skytower entrance is on the ground floor of the Mall. The only thing against room 2002 is the small shower and it took a few minutes to get the hot water, otherwise it’s a great large room with a beautiful view!

This is a great hotel located as part of the Costanera Mall complex so there are lots of shopping and dining options right outside your door. The neighborhood is upscale and there are a lot of top level office buildings in the neighborhood. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very nicely furnished and in very good condition. And it has the greatest shower! The rooms all have high floors with wonderful views. We had drinks on their rooftop bar called Luna and it is really recommended for great drinks and views of Santiago. We would recommend the hotel highly.

Our trip to AC Hotel Santiago was short but it made an impact. This is some of the best service I have received at a Marriott Hotel and I will absolutely be returning again. Breakfast was beautiful and the rooms were clean. The staff was so accommodating and specifically Sophia Foster at the front desk was immensely helpful. She had recommendations for things to do with my two young kids and was overall a joy to speak with.

I knew almost nothing about Santiago before this unexpected work trip other than its views of the mountains and that it showcased Chilean wines. I didn't know the AC hotel chain at all, only that it is affiliated with Marriott and Bonvoy.|It was a pleasant stay.||I judge hotels largely by the people and the people here rate high in my book. It started with Sophy at check-in, who was both helpful.and agreeable to conversation. I later interacted with front desk staff and all were helpful and accommodating.||The real standout on this trip was Miguel ("that's Mike in Spanish!"), a waiter at breakfast. Beyond being a good waiter, Miguel is one of the most interesting people I've met in a long time, with thoughtful perspectives on many things.||Another earnest waiter at breakfast was Kathy (although I think that is the English version of her name). In the evening, Melanie escorted me as I took photos of the hills against an orange sky.||Speaking of the views, my room overlooked the cities and the mountains. Two times staff at at the restaurnt recommended that i go to the roof to see that view -- but the sun sets on the other side. (Personal trivia:like a hotel in another city that I stayed in earlier in September, this hotel has views on all sides).||Some minor things:||Reception is on the 17th floor, which is fine, but I don't remember the button being marked and it meant some navigating to get there. It wasn't clear how to best get from the hotel to the shopping center next door and vice versa. I couldn't figure out how to find the cut-through when coming back from shopping. Even when departing, although I saw the elevator button for the connection on level 5, when my colleagues were expecting me on level -2, I didn't know about the separate garage elevators. It didn't help that I speak almost no Spanish and the doorman spoke no English.||Taxis and Ubers for some reason did not want to make drop offs at the hotel entrance, but instead around the block. This was not a problem at pickup, but I had to do a lot of walking on my return.||My room wasn't extremely large, but the very high ceiling added to a sense of spaciousness.||Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short. I hope I can get back someday.

First time Santiago stayed one night. Rooms are ok - quite corporate and a bit cramped, couple of light fittings were wonky and the shower leaked everywhere. But overall room was ok we were quite high up around fl 23, on the quiet side so had a nice view albeit only to the closest mountain. The other side view is more expensive but we’d read its noisy and glad we did as the bar area is on fl 17 so everything that side could be noisy. We were family travelling so the corporate vibe didn’t fit although the bar area seemed much cooler and had a decent vibe (although was packed and cold). The views were epic however. The breakfast was a shambles. The space is way too small for the number of guests and we could barely find a seat. The selection was good but service poor. And it was charged extra including children. Similarly reception was completely understaffed for the number of guests. Always a queue and sometimes long wait. No concierge. I believe the hotel was very full but the staff should have been adjusted accordingly. The location above the mall could be handy. Overall was ok for the price. Would suggest it’s only good value when the rates are very low. Stayed elsewhere on our next visit but wouldn’t rule it out if the price was right in the future.

Yelp
I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Costanera Center for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience! I decided a pros and cons list was the best way to sum up my stay: PROs: - I visited in the fall and the USD seems to go a bit further in Chile than expected. That said, my room was a great deal! It was on the 19th floor and had amazing views of the city and the Andes in two separate directions. It also had a massive bathroom and in room tub. - I ordered room service one night when I decided it was too late to venture into the city and find a meal. Once again, very reasonably priced room service and a delicious selection. - The staff was very friendly. Almost everyone spoke English fluently but was more than willing to indulge my attempts at Spanish. CONs: - Unless you are big shopper (this hotel is literally in Costanera Center mall), you are pretty far from some of the main sights in Santiago. However, the metro is nearby and very easy to use. The surrounding area is also safe and easily navigable. - One thing that bugged me was how dirty the windows are. It was a small gripe and certainly cold whether for window cleaning but it would have been nice if they weren't so foggy. All in all, I would recommend a stay here. It was an American style hotel in the heart of a non-touristy part of Santiago. They also have plentiful amenities - rooftop bar, fitness center, parking, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Yelp
If you're looking for a large rooftop bar with loud music to accommodate a big group, you've come to the right place. The management is very friendly and always accommodating. On my first trip to AC, I was with a party of 6. We asked to be moved when our table was next to a booming speaker. The staff accommodated us, but no matter where you sit, the music is likely to be quite loud and somewhat intrusive. If you aren't a big drinker, don't let that stop you from visiting this rooftop bar. They make great mocktails, too. On my most recent visit with a large business group, we took up several tables and ordered lots of food and drinks. As always, the staff were great. As with most places in the city, service can be slow, but why not use that time to enjoy the views? Speaking of views, this one is great when it's a clearer day. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
We chose this hotel because of a wonderful experience at the AC Venezia hotel in Italy. We were scheduled to stay 1 night before our cruise out of San Antonio but the cruise was canceled so we extended our stay. The hotel is in upscale area area of Santiago with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Upon arrival were were escorting up to the 17th floor lobby. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am and were allowed early checkin. Thank goodness because we had traveled 23 hours. Our corner suit had spectacular views of the Andes - WOW! Our 2 room suit included a living area with couch and TV. The bedroom had ample storage, large free standing tub, separated shower, 2 sinks, king bed, and more. USB ports were available on both side of the bed. There was also a coffee machine in the room. The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was included in our reservation that we took advantage of everyday. We visited the outdoor bar every evening for both drinks and tapas enjoying the view of the Andes at sunset. There's also an inside bar and very large relaxation seating area with Wi-Fi access. We also booked an excursion and taxi service through the friendliest front desk. The location was excellent, the staff (shout out to Ricio) was exceptional, the room was perfect, and overall this is a solid 5*. If in Santiago I highly recommend staying at the AC Hotel Marriott.
