AC Hotel Santiago Costanera Center

The staff here are absolutely amazing—so friendly and accommodating. I arrived super early in the morning, and they went above and beyond by letting me check in right away, which made a huge difference after a long redeye flight. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a great bed that guarantees a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection to start the day. The location is another highlight—right next to a shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient for anything you might need. Overall, a great experience, good price!

Excellent hotel in the business district. Unique location since it is located on the 17th floor & up from the street address. Excellent staff and the rooms have a great view of the city. The roof top bar area is really nice & open to see the city. You can take a very nice panoramic picture from there. We were upgraded on our room so our king bed room was spacious.

We used this hotel for our visit to Santiago. The hotel is well located close to the Red Metro Line and also has direct access to a very large and nice mall. The hotel also has a wonderful terrace bar where we went to every evening to chill, enjoy the great cocktail and food. The breakfast is plentiful, with many choices one could make. The rooms very clean with all necessary amenities! What is however probably the biggest asset is the hotel staff: amazingly helpful and friendly - all of them! The interaction with the staff was always a wonderful experience: cleaning staff, reception, the bar and the breakfast crews! Thank you very much! If we visit Santiago we will certainly stay with you again! Highly recommendable!

starting with check in all good, no issues and all three of us got great rooms mine was 2014 lovely view. Travelling on business a lot i get the feel for where the staff are with things and put simply do they care, they do here.|The hotel reception is on floor 17 so up you go on the elevator but security is on ground level. to level 17 no card is needed to activate the lift but you must use room key to get above this to room levels. Breakfast great, choice of hot and cold buffet and omelettes to order if needed.|Roof top luna bar a must, fantastic views over city and in the distance the andes-simply spectacular.It is a hang out evenings for chilling, blankets provided if a bit chilly and heaters.|now. We as three travellers got delayed by 12 hours we sat chatting and tried to get extensions on rooms or book another night.

Definitely a very good hotel. The price corresponds the quality. Nice room with the amazing view of the mountains and the city. Breakfast was also great and the service was very friendly. The Luna Bar is one of its highlights with the nice view of the city. It also has a direct access to the mall on the 5th floor located next to it. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud music of the bar. I had a room on the 25th floor and I still heard the loud music of it. Thats why the hotel provides ear plugs.. Luckily it was only a Saturday night during my stay.

Great hotel in a really good location. Breakfast is fantastic, room spacious and very comfortable.Wifi was a little slow, which is surprising for a business hotel and no pool / steam sauna. Otherwise superb!

Amazing view, really nice and comfortable rooms. Room service and staff ( including cleaning staff) extremely friendly. Don't miss the Luna bar which gives the best views of the city with great cocktails and food.

The room was lovely and the view was spectacular, however they do not have a pool. The Costenera shopping centre is below the hotel and have excellent shopping and things to do. A wonderful and eclectic food court and a Jumbo where you can get a lot of things. Daily housekeeping and lovely housekeeping staff. Some of the reception staff are lovelier than others but most are ok.

I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Costanera Center for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience! I decided a pros and cons list was the best way to sum up my stay: PROs: - I visited in the fall and the USD seems to go a bit further in Chile than expected. That said, my room was a great deal! It was on the 19th floor and had amazing views of the city and the Andes in two separate directions. It also had a massive bathroom and in room tub. - I ordered room service one night when I decided it was too late to venture into the city and find a meal. Once again, very reasonably priced room service and a delicious selection. - The staff was very friendly. Almost everyone spoke English fluently but was more than willing to indulge my attempts at Spanish. CONs: - Unless you are big shopper (this hotel is literally in Costanera Center mall), you are pretty far from some of the main sights in Santiago. However, the metro is nearby and very easy to use. The surrounding area is also safe and easily navigable. - One thing that bugged me was how dirty the windows are. It was a small gripe and certainly cold whether for window cleaning but it would have been nice if they weren't so foggy. All in all, I would recommend a stay here. It was an American style hotel in the heart of a non-touristy part of Santiago. They also have plentiful amenities - rooftop bar, fitness center, parking, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

If you're looking for a large rooftop bar with loud music to accommodate a big group, you've come to the right place. The management is very friendly and always accommodating. On my first trip to AC, I was with a party of 6. We asked to be moved when our table was next to a booming speaker. The staff accommodated us, but no matter where you sit, the music is likely to be quite loud and somewhat intrusive. If you aren't a big drinker, don't let that stop you from visiting this rooftop bar. They make great mocktails, too. On my most recent visit with a large business group, we took up several tables and ordered lots of food and drinks. As always, the staff were great. As with most places in the city, service can be slow, but why not use that time to enjoy the views? Speaking of views, this one is great when it's a clearer day. Highly recommend it!

We chose this hotel because of a wonderful experience at the AC Venezia hotel in Italy. We were scheduled to stay 1 night before our cruise out of San Antonio but the cruise was canceled so we extended our stay. The hotel is in upscale area area of Santiago with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Upon arrival were were escorting up to the 17th floor lobby. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am and were allowed early checkin. Thank goodness because we had traveled 23 hours. Our corner suit had spectacular views of the Andes - WOW! Our 2 room suit included a living area with couch and TV. The bedroom had ample storage, large free standing tub, separated shower, 2 sinks, king bed, and more. USB ports were available on both side of the bed. There was also a coffee machine in the room. The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was included in our reservation that we took advantage of everyday. We visited the outdoor bar every evening for both drinks and tapas enjoying the view of the Andes at sunset. There's also an inside bar and very large relaxation seating area with Wi-Fi access. We also booked an excursion and taxi service through the friendliest front desk. The location was excellent, the staff (shout out to Ricio) was exceptional, the room was perfect, and overall this is a solid 5*. If in Santiago I highly recommend staying at the AC Hotel Marriott.
