A great stay. Conveniently located next to a 5-story mall and the tallest building in South America. Having the mall attached was very helpful for getting snacks and other necessities. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Excellent breakfast spread with OJ pressed on site. We had planned to eat dinner at Luna Bar, but it is very posh and we did not bring the appropriate clothes for it, so make sure you do if you want to eat there. We ended up doing room service instead, which was surprisingly affordable. Only complaint is the beds were very firm, so I did not sleep very well.

This is a really nice property, and after agonizing over where to stay in Santiago I’m thrilled I chose the AC! Location: it’s in a great, central location, close to multiple subway stops & lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, salons, etc. - we were able to find everything we needed in a 5-10min walk. Rooms: The rooms are large, modern, and well-appointed, with views over the city. I actually stayed in two rooms throughout my stay (I had two different reservations and chose to change rooms to take advantage of an upgrade to a king suite) & was impressed with them both. The 1BR suite is absolutely huge (separate bath & shower, separated toilet, large living room), and clearly set up to allow for watching TV/movies in the large tub, which I did! Food/Facilities: I didn’t use the gym, but did visit both the AC Lounge & Luna Bar for food & drinks (fun cocktail menus, vibes, & views), plus breakfast in the restaurant. Breakfast was fabulous!! High-quality buffet with fresh-squeezed OJ, freshly-sliced Iberico ham, many savory & sweet offerings, and the ability to order a couple things a la carte (think egg or avocado toast or casserole) - all really good. Service: I don’t usually write reviews (especially long ones), but felt compelled to write this one because of the service. I was confused about a benefit prior to arriving and had reached out & didn’t receive an answer to my email, and was thus disappointed when I arrived & shared that feedback. The manager Josefa was prompt, helpful, and incredibly kind in addressing the situation, and she and the team went above & beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I was very impressed by the level of service & grateful for their help! Overall a great stay - I’ll be back!

This hotel is great. Smack in the middle of the action. Attached to a mall and connect to the tallest skyscraper in South America you can NOT beat the location. Fantastic views from the hotel. The lounge areas are cool and the food superb. I will stay here again

This hotel is super luxurious and all around a great value for money. The beds and pillows are amazing and the service is great. The area is busy with people shopping and the hotel, especially the rooftop bar (which was amazing) is within walking distance to the El Golf neighborhood which is super safe and has great restaurants and parks. The hotel itself also has plenty of security and I felt comfortable leaving my stuff at the lounge for brief periods of time. If you can, ask for a room on floor 26 as these rooms have floor to ceiling windows and the noise from the bar below is less prevalent. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santiago! Well done Marriott!

Great location and facility. Friendly staff and great service. Buffet Breakfast had plenty of options and the Luna Bar was amazing and defiantly is a lovely spot to spend the evening. Attached to large shopping center and within walking distant to some great restaurants. Defiantly recommend this hotel is in Santiago.

Excellent hotel experience for someone who enjoys the benefits of a 5 star hotel but doesn't want to be disturbed. Staff were friendly, fast and happy to help with requests without any question. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and views of the cityscape with the Andes in the backdrop. Shops are conveniently below and train station is 5 mins away. Would easily recommend staying here in the future.

This was a points stay and I was (presumably) upgraded to a corner room. Extremely luxurious and somewhat wasted on me, but I enjoyed the experience nonetheless.||Staff were super friendly and helpful in both English and Spanish. Breakfast buffet was excellent and great value for the money. Location next to the mall is ideal if you want to shop, otherwise it's a short walk to either Tobalaba or Los Leones subway stations depending on which direction you need to go.||The area is very busy in the evening and weekends which can be a pro or a con depending on your preference.||There's no pool and I didn't check out the gym because I was walking 18,000 steps a day.||Overall, based on this experience the hotel is very highly recommended.

10/10. I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. From the moment we made our booking until after checkout, every detail of the staff made us feel appreciated.||We are a group of friends that travel the world seeking great experiences, services, great ambience, great food and great customer service. We stayed at the hotel 3 days. After we made the reservation, Christopher Pizzaro contacted me with a welcome message. Christopher was awesome, he coordinated all of our transportation to and from the hotel; confirmed that everything was smooth in our check in process; room temperature, location and amenities. I cannot express how grateful we are for all the attention we received in this hotel.||What a view!!! Yes, this hotel offers incrediable views of Santiago. The rooftop restaurant/bar is awesome. The location of the hotel is awesome, within a few seconds you are in an elevator that takes you right to the Costanera Center Mall, which has tons of stores. ||I definitely recommend this hotel in your next visit to Santiago. ||Thank you all for letting us feel like at home!

Yelp
I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Costanera Center for two nights and had an absolutely amazing experience! I decided a pros and cons list was the best way to sum up my stay: PROs: - I visited in the fall and the USD seems to go a bit further in Chile than expected. That said, my room was a great deal! It was on the 19th floor and had amazing views of the city and the Andes in two separate directions. It also had a massive bathroom and in room tub. - I ordered room service one night when I decided it was too late to venture into the city and find a meal. Once again, very reasonably priced room service and a delicious selection. - The staff was very friendly. Almost everyone spoke English fluently but was more than willing to indulge my attempts at Spanish. CONs: - Unless you are big shopper (this hotel is literally in Costanera Center mall), you are pretty far from some of the main sights in Santiago. However, the metro is nearby and very easy to use. The surrounding area is also safe and easily navigable. - One thing that bugged me was how dirty the windows are. It was a small gripe and certainly cold whether for window cleaning but it would have been nice if they weren't so foggy. All in all, I would recommend a stay here. It was an American style hotel in the heart of a non-touristy part of Santiago. They also have plentiful amenities - rooftop bar, fitness center, parking, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Yelp
If you're looking for a large rooftop bar with loud music to accommodate a big group, you've come to the right place. The management is very friendly and always accommodating. On my first trip to AC, I was with a party of 6. We asked to be moved when our table was next to a booming speaker. The staff accommodated us, but no matter where you sit, the music is likely to be quite loud and somewhat intrusive. If you aren't a big drinker, don't let that stop you from visiting this rooftop bar. They make great mocktails, too. On my most recent visit with a large business group, we took up several tables and ordered lots of food and drinks. As always, the staff were great. As with most places in the city, service can be slow, but why not use that time to enjoy the views? Speaking of views, this one is great when it's a clearer day. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
We chose this hotel because of a wonderful experience at the AC Venezia hotel in Italy. We were scheduled to stay 1 night before our cruise out of San Antonio but the cruise was canceled so we extended our stay. The hotel is in upscale area area of Santiago with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Upon arrival were were escorting up to the 17th floor lobby. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am and were allowed early checkin. Thank goodness because we had traveled 23 hours. Our corner suit had spectacular views of the Andes - WOW! Our 2 room suit included a living area with couch and TV. The bedroom had ample storage, large free standing tub, separated shower, 2 sinks, king bed, and more. USB ports were available on both side of the bed. There was also a coffee machine in the room. The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was included in our reservation that we took advantage of everyday. We visited the outdoor bar every evening for both drinks and tapas enjoying the view of the Andes at sunset. There's also an inside bar and very large relaxation seating area with Wi-Fi access. We also booked an excursion and taxi service through the friendliest front desk. The location was excellent, the staff (shout out to Ricio) was exceptional, the room was perfect, and overall this is a solid 5*. If in Santiago I highly recommend staying at the AC Hotel Marriott.
