I love staying at the AC Hotel because the rooms themselves are very nice, but the housekeeping is consistently disappointing. The floors are never swept, the trash isn’t taken out, and the linens are not changed between stays. This happens every time I visit this location, which is frustrating for a hotel of this caliber.
On a previous stay, I was compensated with 1,500 points, and on September 28, I was given 500 points. Unfortunately, these small point rewards don’t add up to anything useful—certainly not a free night. Today I called the front desk and was told my concerns would be passed along to management, but that response feels inadequate given the ongoing issue.
This hotel is far too nice not to provide proper housekeeping services. Management really needs to address this, because guests should not have to repeatedly deal with such poor room maintenance.
