Nice clean hotel, clean modern room and centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and all the main attractions. Not far from cruise ship pier. Breakfast was worth the money paid for, however breakfast area was a little crowded. No Marriott freebie perks! Will stay here again

Hotel is really close to center and very close near Plaza Espana in a pedestrian zone. Hotel NH is across the street. Hotel and room is very clean and rooms are cleaned every day. The staff on the reception is very friendly and they offered me help because of noisy room. The biggest complaint is the glass door of the bathroom which not provides you any privacy. Also key cards for room (which also was card for elevator) was broke every day and could not unlock the room or elevator. The rooms overlook a noisy building with a huge air conditioner across the street but luckily it was turned off overnight.

Loved staying in this hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location is amazing and the people working at the reception were very kind and helpful. You can park your car in the garage for €15 per night BUT the garage is very small so probably not a great idea if you're not a confident driver or have a big car.

The hotel itself looks nice, however the quality of the rooms’ furnitures is poor (the back part of the sink dropped water on the floor, the drain was blocked, parquet floor was kind of sticky, room telephone did not work). Hotel garage is only for “small cars”. Some staff is simply local and not trained to work at high standards, not ready to help the client, but rather standoffish (service to the client looks more as an exception than a duty). Long story short: this is not a 4 stars hotel.

On a business trip to Tenerife and got put up here. Location is fantastic, and the staff at the reception desk were great. However I can not recommend this hotel if you need to get sleep because you’ve got to get up early. There was a DJ on floor six at the roof terrace from early till very late and it’s all you could hear in my room on floor five. Went to reception to get moved which they did with no problems to a room on the ground floor. Lovely room again and very secluded…however the noise was just as bad. Didn’t report it again because I feel as though the entire hotel is going to be noisy. Didn’t try breakfast as was leaving too early. Can only recommend this hotel if there no music event on in the evening!

The hotel is in a very good location, especially for people who are starting a cruise trip. However, the rooms are separated by a wall with connecting doors, so you can hear the neighbours all the time, which is not very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel only for one night before or after the cruise. Breakfast was average. The staff were friendly and it is possible to leave your luggage at the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights prior to cruise Pros: Rooms: Modern design, clean, well laid out: 5/5 Employees: efficient, some are friendly others not so much: 4/5 Location: Close-to food, drink, cruise port: 5/5 Cons: Noisy: Location is good because it’s in a lively area. Pedestrians below are Noisy at night: 2/5 Parking: Hotel has the Tightest, steepest below ground parking lot that I have ever seen. Do NOT park a manual car there: 0/5 Overall: Nice comfortable property in a lively / noisy area with the worst parking I have ever seen. 4.5/5

Tried the rooftop bar and after 20 minutes we left without being served. Waiters did notice us, we waved agai and againr but fo our surprise they ignored us ans many otgers but were very interested in chatting with each other. Shame since the bar looks nice.
