Excellent hotel based in the heart of old Santa Cruz, just by Plaza de España, shops and restaurants. I was there for 3 nights for the local Carnival and being close to all the celebrations was realy great. |The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, large and comfortable bed, amazing walkin shower and great amenities. |and rooftop bar is a great addition, where you can find a small swimming pool and a trendy bar.|Breakfast is amazing and worth paying for it while booking the room. Staff is very friendly, professional yet a bit cold and distant. A more personal approach would be great. |All in all is was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it and come back here again.

Hotel is located in a great location. Plenty of restaurants around. However, it's a poor hotel. Swimming was closed for don't know how long for maintenance. Gym is so small. I never see a hotel gym so small. Free weight is only 2 sets and max 8kg. I guess they only cater for ladies not men. Gym is really a joke. Breakfast was OK. Front desk service all does not look friendly.

Nice new hotel in the center of Santa Cruz, walking distance to all the interesting places in the city. Rooms are OK, mine had a very nice terrace with a view. Service leaves a lot to be desired, the staff when I left were totally unaware of the terms of the Marriott Bonvoy program. They have a very good breakfast and a small swimming pool on the roof with a view.

Our first time in Tenerife was unforgettable because of the hospitality of the staff at the AC Marriott. From our check-in with Alejandro, who explained every event that would take place (we were here for Carnaval), to the whole 4 days of fun we had. Ottavio at the rooftop bar was simply amazing, he truly knows how to welcome visitors and make us feel like part of the family. Joanna as well at Azotea, she was fabulous, everyone made us feel very welcome and it was a weekend we’ll never forget. The food at Azotea was delicious, the rooms were of course very nice as per Marriott’s standards, and the location is perfect for walking everywhere - but the staff really puts the experience on a higher level. We will return again soon, as we don’t live very far away.

We stayed here for the duration of our stay in Tenerife (nine nights). The hotel was centrally located and everything was within walking distance. The parking deck we used was that under Plaza de España as we were unsure if a sedan could fit in the hotel's parking deck.||As for check-in/check-out - one can pull up the vehicle in front of the hotel for a quick unloading/loading. Just be extremely cognizant it is a pedestrian zone.||The hotel staff were excellent, the room was clean and quiet (we requested no status upgrade as the upgraded rooms face the main plaza where all the noise emanates from on Friday/Saturday nights). I.e. no way one could sleep in such a room with a baby, or in general perhaps.||Breakfast was great - buffet style from 07:00 - 10:30 daily. They have various fruits, fresh juices, coffee/espressos/etc..., still water of course and then the usual variety of foods from unhealthy to healthy. Made to order egg options as well.||Pool is on the rooftop though we did not use it given it was too cold in general. The pool is not heated.||Rooftop restaurant is fine, though it only begins serving dinner at 20:00 - wayyyy too late for tourists who want to have dinner from 17:00 - 20:00 (i.e. be done by 20:00 the latest). Unclear why a tourist hotel doesn't deviate from the typical Spain dinner hours but oh well.

We stayed for 7 nights at the end of January. This hotel is located right in the main pedestrian area. You can also walk to the ferry terminal. Busses and the light rail train just steps away. Super friendly front desk staff! Our room was spacious, a king-sized bed, a window that opened to the street, and a couple of English channels on the TV. There is a nice little pool on the roof with a delightful bar serving a limited menu. A DJ played up there in the weekend. (Check your bill carefully upon checkout to ensure no one charges their drinks to your room. The front desk will quickly correct them.) There was some street noise from pedestrians in the early morning but only on Friday and Saturday. So consider asking for a higher floor. We chose to add the breakfast upon arrival for a discounted price of 12.50 euros per person per day. We feel there was good value to this with both hot and cold items, fruit, cereals and made to order breakfasts, and unlimited coffee choices. You can walk to most of the tourist sites (Market, Opera House, etc) and are steps from unlimited restaurants, cafes, and shopping. For those who wanted access to all that the urban location offers, this place is perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is a modern one . It is located quite in the center of the town. Distance on foot to the seaside is very little. The same for what concerns the main street full of shops and services. At the reception 24/24 there always are competent and nice people who will be delighted to point you a fancy restaurant in town or a nice patisserie shop.

Ideal location for being near the riverfront and easy walking distance to restaurants, cultural centers and shopping.||The breakfast buffet is worth the pre-payment. They have a nice selection of fruits and cereals, breads and hot dishes. You can also order eggs and pancakes.||The rooms are clean and tidy. The walk in shower is spacious. Walking in the door you have a shower on one side with toilet and sink on the other.||The lobby duals as the breakfast area. The 6th floor has a pool and bar which hops at night. A small gym is in the basement.
