I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The pool area and the garden around it were very nice and relaxing. The room had a well-working air conditioning and a comfortable bed, so I slept well. What I didn’t like was the overall quality and cleanliness of the room. There was no fridge, the shower area was poorly cleaned, and there was no mat in front of the shower. The room definitely needs better maintenance. The restaurant service was also slow — breakfast took a long time to prepare, and several times I had to look for the staff myself.

Overall a great hotel. Would definitely recommend. Rooms are huge. Plenty of space to move around, store your baggage, etc. Bathroom has hot shower, bidet, and lavatory. Small amenities are also included. Needs upgrade on the patio area: there's a hanging rusty metal, plenty of cobwebs, and it just looks untouched for months with all the dust and dried leaves on it. The room also smells like old wood (?). Service here is excellent. Staff are very helpful, approachable, and professional. I personally like how cozy the whole place is. A lot of greens in the common area. The swimming pool was conveniently placed in the middle so it was very accessible. Restaurant is an open type dining. You'll be accompanied by a very friendly and affectionate cat 🥹 Breakfast served here was good. Ala carte menu tho needs improvement: pricing and taste.

The hotel looked good from the outside, but the rooms were not up to the mark. The floor was sticky throughout our stay, which made it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The washroom was in poor condition there was no hot water, and the taps were wobbly. There were also no proper lights in the room, making it feel very dark and dull. Thankfully, we stayed there for only one night. I would not suggest this for sure

The rooms are spacious, but the amenities are quite limited. There’s no blow dryer, clothing iron, or Netflix, and the Wi-Fi connection is very weak. The bathroom also needs improvement—there’s no tissue holder, the shower heater barely works, and the water pressure is low. The staff were not very accommodating and often gave conflicting information. For example, we were told that morning coffee was free, but the next day we were charged ₱80. There’s also no room cleaning service and no telephone to contact housekeeping or the front desk. The air conditioning barely works, and the bed linens are not of good quality. Overall, it’s acceptable if you’re on a very limited budget, but I would not recommend it.

Good hotel to stay in when you are in Puerto Princessa. Always tricycle drivers in front of the hotel, so you can easily explore the city. We had an island tour with our tourguide Alex, perfect guy! We had some miscommunication about cleaning the room and the private transportation to El Nido.

First of all,the price is very reasonable. The hotel itself is a bit old and outdated, but all the staff were nice and accommodating. We stayed for 4 days, and all of those days we got great service. The pool was not like how it looks in the photos, but people were still able to swim. Their food was also good. Especially the salad and all the breakfast meals.

Booked this hotel after coming back from El Nido before flying out. All our rooms were clean and also pre-cooled which was definetely a plus. The whole area was well maintained, just some leafes on the floor and the pool, but hey, that is nature. Once more guests arrived in the afternoon, also these were cleaned. We had dinner in their restaurant, very rasty caldereta and chop suey, portions are quite big Staff is very friendly. They booked us an airport transfer in the morning (5am) which came perfectly on time. Transfer is P500 per route. You can definitely go cheaper with a tricycle, but nothing beats peace of mind before taking a plane :-) Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay

Good hotel to stay when you are visiting Puerto Princessa. Hotel is a bit aged, but rooms are still ok. Communication seems a bit of a learning point.
