Acacia Tree Garden Hotel

This place is fantastic! Location-wise, it’s really great. It’s very near the city’s commercial establishments and great restaurants - 5-minute drive on average. It’s also near the airport. The neighborhood in which it is in is very quiet and peaceful. So if you want a place that’s very accessible but still in a quiet location, this hotel is for you.I also would like to commend the staff - they’re all very warm and friendly. They were very accommodating and gladly answered all our questions about our travel.This hotel has a resort vibe so you really get to relax. It has great amenities, a lovely pool, and a relaxing main reception hall with a billiard table and comfy couches. It also has an in-house restaurant which is great for those who don’t want to go out to dine. Our room was very clean, cozy and surprisingly large for its price.We would definitely book this place again when we visit Puerto Princesa in the future. Definitely worth the price! 🫶

The stay was a great escape from the city noise. The place is pretty remote, so it’s super peaceful and quiet.When we checked in, most of the other guests had just checked out, so we were the only guests for the day. This made it even more relaxing. The reception was awesome, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away.The pool was a bit of a letdown. We wanted to take a dip after checking in, but there were a lot of fallen leaves from the trees, which made it look like it hadn’t been cleaned for the day. Since the previous guests had just left, I assumed they were just about to clean the pool. It’s too bad because the pool area could have been a great spot to chill.Our room was spacious but didn’t have a fridge. The receptionist mentioned that none of their rooms have fridges, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, since the room is spacious, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down, which may not be ideal on hotter days.There was a table and chair for two just outside our room. We brought cooked crabs with us and ordered rice from their restaurant. The staff allowed us to use the table outside and even assisted by bringing the rice, as well as plates, utensils, and other items, to the table. They were very helpful, allowing us to enjoy the food we brought.Overall, it was a nice stay because of the quiet location away from the city. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway and don’t mind a few minor issues, Acacia Tree Garden Resort is a good choice.

Exceptional stay! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything was perfect. A true home away from home! loved the pool and the quiet vibe. The house music that they are playing throughout the day made our stay more relaxing. :)

Very friendly staff, quiet, with a nice pool and facilitates. The restaurant is slow to serve food and a little pricey, but tasted nice. This was a great escape from the chaos of backpacking for a few nights!

Spent a night here and we were grateful to have a pool to use after our long journey. The room was spacious and the food in the restaurant was excellent

It’s a great experience! We had a wonderful room and great service. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the villa type Field. The sunshine and the staff are wonderful! I’ll give this Hotel five 🌟 !!! we can’t wait to go back here

Been here before and this tome its showing age. Service remains excellent and cleanliness is also noted to be maintained. Rooms are a but old ans need to be updated. Sheets are clean and comfortable beds.

The toilet seat was broken—no hot shower. The staff are friendly. I hope they improve the facilities. overall we enjoyed our stay.
