Acacia Tree Lodge

We stayed at Acacia Lodge for a night during our honeymoon in Kenya in August 2025 and we had a lovely experience there. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was delicious too. The lodge is perfectly located for travelling to nearby tourist attractions too. Definitely recommend!

Reception is very friendly and helpful. I had a spacious and confortable room. The most fantastic thing about this lodge is its location in a serene neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to all.I stayed for two nights. The 1st day breakfast is self service but the 2nd day is order to make. Self service is so much better because I could take just the portion I needed and I finished all I had got. On the 2nd day, it was hard on the waitress as she needed to serve serve 6 guests at the same time. Snce she gave regular portion of everything to me, food wastage was caused. I felt guilty that I could not finish all the food and drink offered. No fruit was served as compared with the 1st day.

I stayed at Acacia Tree Lodge for the 5th time this July! I've been visiting Acacia Tree in Nairobi since their first year opening back in 2017 and it truly never, ever disappoints. It's not just the best accommodations in Kenya, it's genuinely my favourite place in the entire world. I'l never be able to fully express my appreciation for the full scope of hospitality and warmth that exists at Acacia Tree. Expect a comfortable, clean stay, but look forward to the best staff on the planet, too.

The food is phenomenal. The staff are the epitome of hospitality, both kind and very able to meet your needs. We had a medical emergency while on this trip and they stayed with us every step of the way. Don’t forget to get a milkshake while you are there!!

Stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived past midnight and the receptionist was very considerate and asked us to go to our rooms to rest ( after our long flight from Malaysia )and to come back in the morning to do the registration. So thoughtful! We had arranged the hotel to pick us up from the airport. The price was very reasonable This hotel feels like a friend’s house. Clean, quiet and secure and tastefully furnished. I expected a pet dog sleeping somewhere ( it would be lovely if theres one or 2! ) The staff are polite, friendly and its a joy talking to them. Cant remember all their names, but can recall Emanuel, John, Grace, Mary…. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Wifi is great. The rooms are better soundproof now and no noisy corridor disturbances Enjoyed the African art and books and the well maintained garden with exotic plants. The food at the restaurant is better than I anticipated.Do try. Dont bother to waste your time looking for food outside! Its here! Will definitely come back. It is NOT swimming pools, spa or fancy chandeliers or expensive furnishings that make a good hotel. Acacia Tree Lodge has simple understated elegance, security and warm hospitality that make it memorable and make you wish you could stay longer

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Once you get to know them, they become your family. The chef is amazing, cooking the most amazing food daily. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with Kenyan items. Knowing the lodge partners with a nearby school makes staying there even more meaningful.|And they have the best milkshakes!

Friendliness of the staff and helping to get every wish fulfilled is outstanding (later dinner, hot tea-water & breakfast packages at 5:20, re-opening of the gift-shop in the evening).|Checkout was professional and top.|The lodge is very nicely decorated and gives you a true spirit of Kenya with „western“|standards in terms of bathroom, breakfast and dinner.

Amazing lodge! Has the best milkshakes as far as the eye can see, amazing room service, great meals, and very comfortable beds! Super hospitable staff and lots of room to hang out and also several areas for meetings if you need a place to conference for a group of 10-30 maybe 40 people.
