Acacia Tree Lodge

Acacia Lodge feels like home. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Everyone is always welcoming. Facilities are clean and the food is fantastic! Water pressure is great, beds comfortable, and the hot water bottles in your bed at night are incredible. Biashara gift shop is a highlight! Steven is the best manager and very hands on! Stayed for 2 weeks and never had any issues!

It's an oasis in the city of Nairobi. The rooms are lovely, the staff is incredibly kind and very accommodating, and the food is excellent. It's located very close to several attractions (Giraffe Center) as well as shopping, and the staff will help you set up a driver to get around. The windows are screened, the water is hot, the wifi is reliable, and the grounds are beautiful. I look forward to my next stay!

This hotel supports a great cause, funding a school in Kibera. The staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room to a suite with no additional charge. They helped arrange transport for us to the train station, complete with packed breakfast. This place is very good value, especially for being located in Karen.

As a female solo traveler, I appreciated this quiet and safe space to land for a day in the Nairobi area during my long layover. I loved that all the proceeds go to a charity and the staff were lovely and made me feel at home even for a short stay. I was able to go for a run in the area without any issue. Would definitely stay again. Website and photos online don’t really do it justice. Very cute and comfortable

My overnight stay at Acacia Tree Lodge was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that truly stood out. The service was superb, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay incredibly comfortable.||The lodge itself is charming and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat in Nairobi. Beautiful rooms and outdoor patio and lawn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most friendly staff served us and were each so helpful in every way. We will be returning.

We stayed 3 separate times in Nov and Dec. Each time we were welcomed like family. From reception to Zeke's cafe. Everyone went above and beyond . I love this place. The only thing missing is that they do not have accommodations for our guide. This caused some distress as he had to find accommodation in the last moment.

10/10 - Love the atmosphere!!! The food is excellent!!! The staff is superb!!! Can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at Acacia Tree Lodge.
