Really good experience overall! The hike up is amazing and accessible albeit rough for beginners. The views are definitely worth it. The Hut is well equipped and has everything you need except toilet paper and cellular service!

Was super nice to be able to stay in this hut while we explored summits round about Wapta Icefield. This hut is super accessible from Bow Lake. It was kind of busy for me, booked up with 30 bodies every night. Made sleeping on the top bunk way too hot. The fact that the kitchen/dining hall and sleeping quarters are separate is amazing. Met a few great people. Hopefully be back again some day.

The hike to ACC Bow Hut was excellent. Amazing views the whole way and the trail was fairly easy to follow for a semi experienced hiker. I would not recommend bringing dogs on this hike unless they are wearing boots as well due to the sharp rocks and boulders the whole way. If you are experienced and good at climbing and navigating I would recommend going the extra hour past the hut to complete the Onion summit as there are great views of the lakes from the back side of it. However the Onion is fairly technical and can be very dangerous if you are not prepared for it. Please do not attempt unless you have the skill to safely complete it. All in all 10/10 amazing hike.

Spent 2 amazing nights in this hut. The scenery around here is incredible. Lots to explore around the hut. The hut is clean and we had a good group for our stay.

Great refuge from the elements. The only downside is that it can get quite busy. Be sure to book through the ACC first though or you won't have the combination to the lock.

One of my favorite places. Hard hike into the hut but well worth the sweat and effort.

Great place, has six large mats that will sleep 6 each if you get cozy. Wood stoves in the sleeping quarters and the kitchen area
