Accent Subiaco

Such a sweet spot for an afternoon out! I came here for a birthday lunch. The waitresses Noémie, Karen and Angie made things even more special when they came out singing happy birthday with a dessert. It was a lovely gesture. I’d highly recommend this place for its ambience and aesthetic; most of the cafe is tucked away from the main road which gives it some peace & quiet. There’s a small carpark at the back but we found many parking spots on the roads nearby, like Roberts Road. We enjoyed the tostados, eggs with toast and pasteis de nata (Portuguese tart). The coffee was lovely too.

I was not convinced when my mate recommend me this place. I don’t normally go to places which is hard to park, Subiaco is one of those. This cafe is awesome and well deserve all the accolade it receives. The staff is super helpful; making my 5 years old feel comfortable, we wanted the back garden but it was full, but the staff did reassure my little one that sitting inside also have its benefit. The little one ordered an orange juice but asked if he could have a marshmallow with it. The kind lady gave to him. Wow. Absolutely amazing. The burger was very good considering this cafe is not a burger joint and chips perfectly cooked; I like mine crispy on the outside and not too dried on the inside. For me AAA rating: Absolutely Amazing Accent.

After many years dining at this cafe, I have never had a bad experience! Friendly staff, quality food and exceptional vibes. The courtyard out the back is plant filled and relaxing. Love the chill world music and the rustic interior is charming. Always feel like I’ve just visited Europe each time 😊

Absolutely loved this space for my son’s birthday party! Such a cozy feeling to it and the courtyard was the best place to set up our indoor picnic! Liliana was so responsive and organized everything promptly. Highly recommend space if you’re looking for a memorable and picturesque event. Will definitely use this space again ❤️

I love this charming European style cafe! Offers a relaxing and cosy atmosphere! I especially love the rear courtyard area! Surrounded by potted plants and everlasting greenery - it's a little piece of paradise! This cafe is the perfect place for a get-together to have breakfast, brunch, or lunch! The coffee is excellent, food delicious and the staff friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

Truly a gem! Food was amazing, the staff - super friendly and the atmosphere even better. Great study spot if you’re a uni student looking for a change in scenery. Highly recommend the Eggs Benedict, caramel donuts and any coffee! 😊😊

A secret retreat away from the bustling streets of Subiaco. It may not look like much on the outside but this small cafe in the heart of Subiaco is full of beauty. When we visited, we were immediately delighted to the warm atmosphere and welcoming smiles of the staff. We visited during lunch and ordered a matcha, cappuccino and the avocado on toast. The food was superb, every bite a flavourful display. Their menu, though a little limited, had every brunch girlies favourite meals. Their drinks were on a whole other level, with beautiful latte art, we received a cat on our matcha and we were absolutely blown away. Overall, I truly enjoyed the cafe’s welcoming and study-worthy atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. I would mostly certainly return again one day!! Thank you Accent!

Nice little cafe, sweet decor, love the backyard and plants. Food presentation is average, but the taste is definitely better than its look. Loved all our food. Side note, female toilet was not lockable unless u have a key.
