Our booking was made 10months in advance via Accom Noosa to stay at the Sebel. On arrival we discovered the complex was being renovated and the lift to the block we were in was decommissioned. The room was located up three flights of stairs. As we had a person with a disability in our group we asked to be relocated to a room located in an area that was serviceable by a lift. We were told there were no other rooms available and there was nothing they could do. There was no prior warning that the lift was inoperable even though there was a notice on the lift saying it will be out of action from October. The complex is like a construction site and we had to go down to the basement carpark to access the stairs to block 4. There was no accountability taken by Accom Noosa to fix this. We will never ever book through them again. They ruined our stay in Noosa. If you have a booking for the Sebel and you are in block 4 and you are not able to climb stairs or you’re not able to carry luggage up three flights please check before setting off. If you are in a wheelchair you will not get access to your room. The construction areas are not properly fenced off and there were tripping hazards on the stairs.

We were extremely disappointed with our four week stay at a Pisces Apartment property and do not recommend it to others. Communications with Accom Noosa (property manager) and the Owner through the property manager were frustrating, with communications often not returned or followed up. We were given incorrect gate codes and there was no physical key to open the pedestrian gate in the event the gate system failed, which it did on our fourth day, locking us out of the property. The owner refused to provide a key for the pedestrian gate. The coffee maker was broken, and the owner refused to repair or replace it, so we had no coffee maker for 4 weeks. The drains in the kitchen sink and ensuite bathroom stunk. It took multiple treatments with a drain cleaner which we purchased, over the course of the first week to get them odour free. The glassware etc. had a greasy feel to them so multiple dishwasher loads were required before use of the kitchen dishes. The TV is old, and the speaker was broken so it constantly vibrated and distorted the audio while watching TV. The “Insinkerator” was broken, and barley scratched the skin of a lemon slice, let alone pass it. The common use BBQ grills required significant maintenance, so we never used it. We spent a significant sum of money for a one month stay where we were extremely frustrated by the complete dismissal of our requests by the Owner and with Accom Noosa’s passive efforts to address our concerns. As a property manager they failed to advocate for our needs as renters. If we had done our homework and read previous reviews, we would never have booked this property or any Accom Noosa listing.

Incredibly kind customer service, really human and personable communication. I was a guest at Accom Noosa for only a week, and after I left, there was a complete mishap because a parcel arrived for me at the property. Accom Noosa kindly looked for my parcel so carefully, and called me the same day. Their efforts were way above what many would have done. Thank you so much.

E booked into Fairshore at Noosa through Accommodation Noosa We requested a ground floor unit as my wife has had recent foot surgery and has trouble walking unassisted and extreme difficulty ascending stairs We asked for the second bedroom to be made up as a queen bed instead of the advertised singles And what did we get???? A unit on the second floor….but the lift goes to the first floor only and then there are some 17 steps to navigate and of course two single beds in the second bedroom The unit is difficult for us and quite dangerous with steep stairs I phoned twice to confirm our needs and each time it was confirmed This poor service happens far too often these days and left us very disappointed with the unit and the staff when I complained It will be a long time before I book with these people again…if ever….and for the prices they charge they can’t even have clean mats on the floors

Have been using Accom Noosa for a number of years and the customer service has gradually been getting worse however this year it’s absolutely terrible. We were notified 4 days before we were arriving that there would be scaffolding and construction work going on. Strong paint fumes, loud construction noises and a lift out due to said works. Accom Noosa has made no attempt to make the stay any more enjoyable and are charging normal high season rates for a sun standard experience. Very disappointed and don’t believe we will ever use them again.

Try to avoid Accom Noosa if you can, they have an extremely arrogant regard to their guests and what they seem to consider service> I am currently staying in one of their serviced apartment unit 40 of Fairshore , on the Beach , Hasting St. For $1,300 a night you get to carry your bags up 28 steps. OK that was in the brochure. Pool has no facilities so its a hike back up to the rooms if you need to go. Gym forget it . Minimal equipment that I doubt anyone uses .Its there so they can say they have a gym. What I am really upset about though is that on arrival just as the reception desk was closing , we hiked up stairs and found that the carpet in the master bedroom was wet. Cleaners must have known about this. We thought it was because the previous guest had stained the carpet and threw a towel over the damp spot. Next day after we returned from being out and about the carpet was really really wet so we informed Accom Noosa. They brought in . 1) Representative from the body corporate . 2) Cleaners to dry out the carpet 3) Plumbers to fix the leaking air conditioner from the second room that wasn't even on. Not sure how that works. So people in and out of the room most of the day. Not what you want is it. Then they they didn't bother to remove the air blower ostensibly drying the carpet that is still wet and stinks . Probably moldy. They didn't even bother to service our room. What are we paying all this money for ? One star service . Probably less. Oh and by the way if you want more than the allocated 2 towels per person per head thats an extra $2 a towel. That policy might be Ok for a $50 a night dive but at $1,000 + a night . You must be kidding. I am waiting to see if they charge for the towels I used to soak up the sodding mess. Oh they have offered a $30 discount which is what they pay their cleaners to service their wet, stinky moldy rooms. Generous to say the least. $1300 a night. Save your money . Go anywhere but with these guys . They also do La Mer on Hastings.

Have been a regular at Fairshore for a number of years enjoying the location and facilities. Sadly our recent stay this month (November) did not meet expectations relevant to the costs incurred. Unit 16 was our allocated accommodation. Mould in numerous spots, disgusting dirt under the beds, window screens covered in webs and dust, bathrooms really smelly, generally very poor all round. House keeping needs serious attention. I hope this can be rectified asap.

Not sure why Accom Noosa think it’s normal to have a 50L hot water cylinder for a place that sleeps 5 people..? The shower was hot for 4-5min before it went cold, then you had to wait 20mins for it to heat up before the next person. Their response was just that a lot of their properties have this size cylinder? For the price I’d expect to be able to have a hot shower. I wouldn’t stay in their property again but if you do want to ask what size the hot water cylinder is!!
