We recently booked unit 221 at the Sebel Hotel Noosa through Accom Noosa. The recent renovations are impressive, and the unit showcases beautiful decor. However, upon our arrival, we discovered that the toilet door was under repair, which made accessing the bathroom uncomfortable, especially given its proximity to the kitchen.
Additionally, the floors were quite sandy when we checked in. The staff addressed this promptly, and we appreciated the fresh sheets that were provided.
Unfortunately, we encountered further issues with the shower drain, which did not function properly and led to water flooding the bathroom floor and further spilling into the bedroom flooring.
While the advertisement stated that the unit included air conditioning, we found it wasn’t working at all, we couldn't get the temperature below 26 degrees, making our stay uncomfortable due to the humidity.
On our last night, we experienced a persistent beeping from the fire alarm and were advised to wrap it in a towel to silence it, which was quite disruptive.
In summary, the location is excellent, but there are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed to enhance the overall experience. Accom Noosa have mentioned compensation however have not further engaged.
