Definitely recommend this hotel! Adorable rooms. The front desk ladies were so sweet and accommodating. Very clean and well kept. The sunrise and the view was to die for over looking the water and all the boats. Really nothing bad about this hotel and amazing prices. I would say the walls are a bit thin and we had a very disruptive couple above us but other than that. It was amazing!!

First off- I have never stayed at a more charming, lovely, stunning area in my life! It is definitely an older building, with older appliances and whatnot. If you’re expecting a high end experience just go to Beauport. This place in my opinion took the cake compared to the former. The area is so charming with the spectacular view of the harbors, all the walkable art galleries with a great history, and rooms with a beautiful view. I can’t stop swooning over the perfection of the whole experience and how comfortable of a stay we had. The rooms got a little cold at night but they have space heaters. The water pressure in the shower is not great, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The accommodations had its own kitchen which was useful. It’s a really quiet spot so just make sure you’re being respectful at all hours.

My husband and I spent the night at Rocky Neck Accommodations and we were very impressed! We felt comfortable and welcomed. The area was gorgeous and peaceful. The room was so cute and had everything we needed and we ate at their sweet little ice cream shop. This is the perfect little get away and the owner Mona was delightful! We will definitely be back!

Love this quaint little place! Feels like you are staying on a houseboat. Mike and Mona are fabulous. It's like staying with friends. We have been coming for a week every summer for the last 10+ years. Will be back next year!

Excellent place! I had plans for the Memorial Day weekend to stay over my friends place when they reached out last min to let me know they were at the hospital with their one-year old and needed to cancel on me. I didn't know where to go as I was already in the area and the hotels were booked. I found out about this place and spoke directly with the owner "Mona" she was great working with and immediately moved to accommodate my brother and I. I had a great time at Rocky Neck! The room was very clean with spectacular bay views. The place is quiet and ideal for a person looking solitude, stillness and some quiet time.

My wife and I recently shared several days here. While the rooms are okay, and the mattresses are only slightly comfortable, The view and the accommodations generally are great. Mona worked with us on our dates and our accommodations and made sure that we had a great view from our room. We sat on the small balcony and watch the ships come in and out in the mornings and at night and that was what we were there for. We didn't go there to sit in the room so we really didn't care. It was also centrally located in the arts district so depending upon the time of year, you may enjoy a whole lot of arts. We highly recommend this as a great place to use as a central staging location where you can have quiet mornings and evenings after a day of visiting and viewing.

This was a wonderful place to stay! I can’t say enough great things about it. My wife and I brought our pup and stayed this past weekend. We woke up to a beautiful view of the water and fresh coffee in the morning. Very comfortable and the hosts were amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved this place for the genial, on-site hospitality of the owner, Mona; for the location right on the water (our unit looked on the water from second floor); for the real charm of a local owner operated hotel; for the cleanliness of the rooms; for having a fridge, stove and kitchen table (we didn't use the stove); located amidst many galleries. The bed was comfortable. The bath small but serviceable. This isn't for those looking for the sterile, expensive, room service and valet we usually opt for, but we really enjoyed our stay here in what was, 140 years ago, a sail manufacturing business.
