Accra Marriott Hotel

The experience at Accra Marriott Hotel is always so good. This is my 5th time and I can’t wait to come back again. Everyone is so professional, patriotic, passionate about the guest’s satisfaction and helpful. Breakfast was particularly great, with Grace the Manager and the exceptional Doreenda always making it worthwhile. Food is diverse and well made and the environment is so clean and inviting. Truly a home away from home.

The staff here are lovely. The bathroom is shower over bath, so not my favourite configuration, but overall nice and clean and great service.|The breakfast buffet is a winner. Detox juice, fresh coconut, omelettes made to order. Great selection of European or local foods.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I travel for a living! The level of customer service was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and remembered your name and what you liked at the restaurant! Both the breakfast buffet and dinner were fantastic and not very expensive. Rooms were immaculate as was the rest of the property.

Their restaurant staff was excellent. Juseka greeted us every morning with a smile and after the first morning remembered our name. Grace, Anita and Doreenda was courteous and friendly. The reception Staff, was outstanding and very accommodating…Roslyn and her coworker were exceptional. They answered questions and provided alternation recommendations. Their service alone would make me return. Our cleaning staff Seking/Selcing (sp) ensured our room was cleaned…much neater that I will practice some of her techniques for organization at home. Eli, Jennifer and Jessica…bar Staff was like speaking with family. Eli our mixologist knew what I liked and asked if I wanted to substitute the called spirit for my favorite in my cocktails…attention to details.||Marriott is my go to hotel and Accra Marriott did not disappoint. The location was convenient to the airport and central to Getting around via Uber. I will certainly recommend.

Another great stay at the Marriott in Accra. |The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was good as was the comfortable bed. |The staff cannot do enough for you. Their friendly smiles are a good way to start the day when you’re away from home.

This hotel is worth usd 200 and not 450. The gym being renovated, some lifts not working, old hotel so all above was an inconvenience. Besides, they ran out of avocado for 2 consecutive days, how is that possible. I saw other hotels in Accra at lower rate but much newer and better facilities.

Super happy with my two day stay at the Marriot Accra! Food was absolutely delicious with wide variety of choices! They even served fresh coconut water every morning for breakfast! Travel to different continents of the world but I have to praise for the staff's highest hospitality demonstrated! Specially dedicated to Jessica, Gloria, Benjamin, Marvellous, Celine Dion and not to forget my favourite chef, Felix who makes the best spicy omelette in the world!! Their dedication to work really put a smile on my face everyday! Keep it up!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the front desk team was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a coffee/tea station. The view from my window was lovely, making my mornings even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. I also had the chance to use the gym and pool, both of which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and value. I will definitely be returning!
