Negatives - Location is 5 minutes from airport in a dreary area, concrete bldgs abound. Most disappointing, a nice pool but with only 10 lounge chairs and could easily accommodate 30 or more chairs. Restaurant is overpriced but I expected that. Queen Room hotel TV is small, unmounted, sitting on a desk. Positives - Room and bathroom dated but very clean. Nice bathroom products. Beds and linens are very comfy. Towel service was very prompt. Nice hotel reception area. Everyone working here is friendly. Fast and efficient check-in. Overall, I would stay at a nicer hotel closer to beach area with more things to do next time. The hotel seems more suited for business travelers who need to be in this area for work, verses a place to relax, especially with only 10 lounge chairs. That was the biggest turnoff for me.

I had a very good experience at Marriott. My requests were handled with utmost professionalism and speed. Particularly, Pricilla, who was the phone operator I engaged during my stay. She was absolutely professional and helpful. I was very impressive with how she handled my asks. There was also a Joseph who handled my laundry, quite a helpful man too. I will definitely use Marriott again.

Where do I even begin with my review of this hotel? One of the things I appreciate most when traveling is staying somewhere that treats all guests equally, without regard to status—and this hotel truly delivered on that. My best friend and I spent 10 wonderful days here, and from start to finish, every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and invited to relax at the bar while our room was prepared. Although the hotel itself is a bit dated, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, which is what matters most. The Marriott staff as a whole was outstanding, but a few individuals truly went above and beyond and deserve special recognition: Jacqueline – Hands down the best receptionist. Warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Celine Dion – Breakfast hostess extraordinaire who always made sure my favorite table (Table 17!) was ready for me. Princess Sam – Answered all of my questions and ensured I was fully prepared for my arrival in this beautiful country. Johana & Olivia – Dining room hosts who consistently reserved my favorite table and made sure my meal requests were prepared exactly how I like them. Felix – An amazing breakfast chef. David – An excellent bartender who knew my drink before I even asked. Peniel – Exceptional customer service; truly went above and beyond and saved the day. While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of minor areas for improvement. Housekeeping was inconsistent at first, particularly with providing sufficient towels for two adults, despite multiple requests through the app, front desk, and in person. However, once Peniel stepped in, she promptly resolved the issue by moving us to another room where everything was perfect for the remainder of our stay—an example of excellent service recovery. Additionally, guests who prefer walk-in showers should note that these are typically available in king rooms or handicap-accessible rooms, so it’s best to request this in advance. A small tip as well: if your robe comes with a belt loops, hang on to it—we noticed they’re not always available. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only would I absolutely stay here again, but I would confidently recommend it to fellow Marriott members and travelers alike. Exceptional staff, genuine hospitality, and a memorable stay all around. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently visited the Accra Marriott Hotel for a business meeting and a drink, and I was genuinely impressed. The hotel has a welcoming and polished atmosphere that immediately sets the right tone for professional engagements.||The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout my visit. Service at the bar was excellent my drink was well-made, and the team were confident, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of their work.||The lobby and bar area are stylish, clean, and comfortable, making it an ideal place for meetings or a relaxed catch-up. Seating is well-spaced, the environment feels calm, and everything is maintained to a high standard.||Although my stop was a short one, it left a strong impression. The Accra Marriott is a great choice for business travellers and anyone looking for reliable service in a refined setting. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

We had a wonderful time Roselyn welcomed us with open arms! Any concern we had she was ready to meet the need. We lost a makeup bag and she went above and beyond to meet the need of handling the search through her coworkers. She and the rest of your wonderful staff mad our vacation one of the best ever.||Also Grace in the dining room, as well as all the dining room staff was quite attentive to our every need including being helpful with packing up pastries to go since every morning we showed up with 15 minutes left to eat. The food also was quite tasty.||In general every staff member we e countered from the front door to the room staff and dining room staff showed a level of excellence not always found in the service industry.

I have been to hotels but, this is the hotel to lodge at least once in a lifetime. You have to have an experience there although I have not slept there I was there for Odoo training and the reception was amazing, I imagine the rooms and other facilities. I will recommend it to everyone looking to be there. They have great security measures in place, there is disability friendly doors and very big reception and very well equipped conference rooms for meetings and the likes. If you have to make a choice it is really Marriott Hotel. No one best them in the hospitality so far among the places I have been.

Loved it here. Excellent customer service. The staff are so responsive and respectful. Really gonna be back here again. The place is cozy and everything is just in order. Premium hotel. Their food is good. Chicken so sweet and tender❤️ but wait, had an issue with the malt I was served with though. Seemed watery. I don’t know if it was the ice placed in it. But regardless, great great great.

Today I had the unfortunate incident of having my wallet stolen from my room containing my ID cards and all my bank cards leaving me completely vulnerable and stranded. This was a genuine error as there was an issue with my reservation delaying me for the office and when it was finally sorted I rushed out, forgetting my wallet. An investigation started with no updates and the rooms locked were "attempted" to be read only after I started getting impatient more then 2 hours later. The team were not able to use the software.. what a joke! I asked for the police to be called and the Marriot team looked at me in disbelief that I would want to take such an action. 4 hours later now. No update and knowing that I have no access to cash, the establishment has not even offered me a drink or a sandwich - makes one wonder how process erodes humanity. And so we wait.. even thought hope is minimal Update: 20h50... almost 5 hours later I received a call from the Duty Manager. Very polite I must admit. Apologized but could not provide and update. I managed to squeeze out of him that more than one person entered my room . .o explanation more than that the person is being interrogated. I just want my wallet back pls!!!
