A very nice experience in the heart of Modena.
You will have the possibility to discover a very ancient and important tradition related to the Aceto Balsamico di Modena DOP.
The price is ridiculously low, only 2€ but you need to book in advance.
At the end you will have the possibility to taste both the 12 and 25 years aged vinegar as well to complete this instructive and interesting tour.

You need to book tickets on the city's official page but it's very simple. The ticket is 5€ which is super good value. The gentleman leading the tour is incredibly sweet, his english is not the best but his granddaughter is there to help. Also he expresses himself so much you can understand even if you don't speak perfect italian. There's also a little tasting at the end.

It is a nice experience to know how they produce the vinegar ! Basically they take you to a room and explain you all the process. So no expectation of roaming around. But the only problem is that they explain everything in Italian. So not a good place for international.
