One of the best museums dedicated to culinary delicacies. The displays are beautifully curated and feel truly world-class — you can sense the love and pride passed down through generations of the Giusti family. A remarkable piece of Italian heritage. You’re free to walk around at your own pace or join a guided tour, and everything is clearly explained in English. Don’t miss the balsamic tasting at the shop — it’s excellent.

We had an awesome time! Our guide, we can’t remember her name, but she is from Colombia, was so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. She took pride in the product she was representing and it shows. We loved every minute and would recommend this FREE tour to anyone looking for a great tour. The museum is very cool, the story of how this establishment came about was super interesting and the balsamic tasting was absolutely delicious!

Wonderful tour at Acetaia Giusti! They offer a free tour of the facility (must reserve in advance) that ends with balsamic vinegar tasting of around 10-15 different varieties. Everything was delicious so we wound up buying 3 bottles to bring home. Really enjoyed it. ❤️

My wife and I have been in Europe for several weeks and I have done multiple tours of many different wonderful places. We both have to say that visiting the Giusti. Museum and factory was absolutely amazing. We are from the United States and I use balsamic vinegar every day. But nothing like we tasted yesterday.. I purchased several bottles to use while we continue our travel and plan on buying from their American website when I return home once again balsamic vinegar the way they make it and the different grades is Unbelievable. My wife actually put some on gelato and was amazed. It is definitely worth the experience and visiting.

Really interesting tour and tasting. The guide was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. It’s amazing to see the tradition, taste, smell and learn so much about it The tasting was so nice (and delicious) but also very informative. We bought a few bottles because, well…how can you not 😁 Highly recommended tour and really close by to 4 Madonne for a beautiful cheese tour

This balsamic vinegar tour was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish it felt like stepping back in time. It was not only informative but also a true sensory journey. We saw the historic barrels, heard the fascinating story behind the tradition, smelled the rich aromas of the aging vinegar, and of course tasted the incredible flavors. It was hands on, immersive, and unforgettable. Our guide Riccardo with two C’s was absolutely amazing. He was articulate, knowledgeable, descriptive, and engaging in every way. He made the experience come alive and helped us appreciate the craft on a whole new level. This was one of the most memorable tours we have ever taken. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. It is stupendous, unique, and absolutely worth it.

We were traveling north and Modena was on the way. Knowing this town is renown for incredible balsamic vinegars, we Googled ‘balsamic vinegar near me’ and this was one of a few that popped up. Definitely worth a stop to take a tour of the grounds and museum, taste the wonderful vinegars they offer, and purchase some quality balsamic from the region known for it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the grounds are beautiful.
