I have visited and tasted their balsamic vinegar today , with my clients from USA , and I have to admit that these 5 stars here are well deserved! Everything, I mean everything was Perfect : Hospitality, the products , the location, their history.. the two grape 🍇 plants old around 300 years 👀! And the cats 🐈! I love cats so to me was even better! I will come back definitely!

This place is exceptional. Family business at its best with an exquisite product. Even my teen boys loved it. Owned and run by a small family, the small group tour was fantastic and felt genuine and intimate. The owner was so knowledgeable. You really get a feel for how important this product is to their community and their family. Tasting was great. Prices were very fair. I highly recommend you check out this place. Beautiful

I never truly had an appreciation for traditional balsamic vinegar until I came here. The passion and love for this production is truly seen in this experience. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Modena and the surrounding areas.

We stopped for just some tasting and to purchase but the owner knocked it out of the park. The history and love is palpable as they talk about their traditional balsamic. Absolutely stunning!!

Tour began with a thorough explanation of the entire process of creating traditional balsamic vinegar, followed by a tasting of all the different products and then a tour of the loft where the product is aged. Vinegars were extraordinary. Take as many home as you can!

What a gem of a family. Cannot say more than an incredible visit with tremendous hospitality and beautiful vinegar. Lucky to have made this part of our visit.

This tour was fab! So interesting to learn about traditional balsamic and the history of the family. I had no clue about anything beforehand and now I judge ever bottle of balsamic I come across. I would 100% recommend. Giovanna was so great!

This was a truly wonderful experience! Giovanna was kind enough to give us a private tour and tasting although we arrived without a reservation and it was a Sunday afternoon. She made us feel like friends and shared so much knowledge and interesting stories about her life and her family. The product is of course outstanding and only made more enjoyable by the excellent experience we shared. Not to be missed, but please please call ahead!
