Granted, my team won so it made the experience that much more enjoyable, BUT, the atmosphere was incredible. By far the best sporting event I have ever been too. Pittsburghers, are awesome people. First time visiting and definitely not my last. Weather was great up until game time then it was an hr delay and chaos of everyone trying to take cover. Yeah there was light hearted trash talk but if you can take it and dish it, it was all love at the end. Much love From El Paso, TX.

Went on a stadium tour and it was awesome. The tour took 90 minutes and the tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. The tour includes both the Pitt and Steelers locker room, the field, the clubhouse and the great hall. It’s an opportunity to see a lot of memorabilia and get an insiders view of the stadium. I recommend the tour, whether you’re Steelers fan or not. You received 10% off of the pro shop and a tour pass and lanyard as a souvenir. You must have a clear bag there is nowhere to store your items if you do not.

So I did the stadium tour while in town visiting and it was awesome: tour was about 40 minutes long and we got to go on the field, walk through the home team tunnel, go in the locker room, go to the club lounge and walk through the stadium. The tour guide did a great job with the history and information that goes along with the stadium and the teams that play there. Got plenty of picture opportunities and it was awesome. I would recommend to check it out if in town.

Awesome venue. Take the stadium tour. Very reasonably priced and very informative. We had a great time. They take you on the field and in the locker rooms. Awesome!!!

We went to a preseason game here. The stadium was easily navigable and it was easy to find our seats. The staff were nice and even the fans were nice. The food tasted good even though it was VERY expensive. That is to be expected, though.

Google
6.99 for a 20 oz Gatorade??? 5.99 for a 20 oz water?? I know the object is to make money but since beers are 10-15 each, and a plain, boring hot dog is almost $8...you'd think a 35 cent bottle of water and a 99 cent bottle of Gatorade would be better priced. I always enjoy going to the Steelers games and it's a fun environment, but those prices are ridiculous.

It's always a pleasure watching a game in the stadium. The Steelers fans are the best crowd. It was a great atmosphere. Plenty of food and drink options available. 😋

Google
First time to see the Steelers play in Pittsburgh. Working on making my way to all the NFL stadiums, this marked number 10 for me. Enjoy the hard core Steelers fan base, and followed pretty well when Big Ben was playing. This was only a preseason game and they lost, but was an exciting night.

Yelp
Came to the stadium for a Kenny Chesney concert! I was throughly impressed with the Steelers museum upon entrance! What a treat that was! Entry was a breeze with paperless entry! The bathrooms were well stocked and CLEAN! The bathroom attendant was so helpful and kept the lines moving relatively quickly! The food courts were all well staffed, well stocked, clean, and ran very smoothly! Security was on point! Can't even begin to tell you how many people we saw attempt to go to the floor seating without their wristbands and were stopped from doing so. Even saw one person push a security guard and then the police got involved! All of the above made for an amazing concert experience! The show didn't disappoint either!!! Great seats! Great artists! 5 hour concert in great weather!!! I will be back for another show at Heinz Field!!!

Yelp
The Hall of Honor Museum is an amazing display of a great legacy. I learned things I never knew despite being a diehard fan. I highly recommend this Museum to locals and visitors. The museum is interesting, interactive, well put together and a get outing. As the team honors more legends I'll be sure to come back.

Yelp
This was truly exciting attending my first ever Pittsburgh Steelers game. Yes here at Acrisure Stadium or what will forever be known as Heinz Field and the "Big Ketchup Bottle", lol, a few months ago I went to see the Baltimore Ravens play the Steelers in one of the NFL's fiercest, most bitter rivalries. For a 1pm game, they allowed entrance 2 hours prior to kickoff which gave me ample time and opportunities to walk around and explore. I was able to get pictures in while the rest of the fans were still tailgating. Just outside Acrisure, there were tables set up for selling Steelers merchandise. Of course I had to buy an iconic Terrible Towel for $10. They also displayed a monument dedicated to the Immaculate Reception, one of the most memorable moments in NFL history. It's worthy of a photo. Also cool was standing beside the open end front entrance where there was a ferry coming and going floating along the Allegheny River dropping fans off at the stadium. What a fun way to travel to a game. And it's here at the front open end of Acrisure Stadium that's worthwhile for family pics. I went to the game with a friend of mine who's from Baltimore. He paid for our tickets so I'm not sure how much they actually cost. But we did sit in the lower part of the upper deck section on the closed end of the field. Views were good and I was surprised by how big Acrisure Stadium appeared. Yet it says capacity only held 68,000 fans. I would have expected more. Parking was $40 located in a lot about 1/3rd mile walk from the game. Though, I believe I saw lower prices for parking on TickPick and that's without fees. So maybe you could check online instead of randomly showing up the day of. Funny, my buddy proudly wore his Ravens jersey and Steelers fans were pretty friendly and welcoming towards him. This is something I would be scared to do as a visitor against loyal and passionate Pittsburgh fans. But, they didn't heckle him. I'm certain it would have been different had we attended a game in Philadelphia, lol, some of the roughest fans over there in Philly, lol. I believe the best aspect about Acrisure Stadium had to be those vibrant yellow seats. They are so emblematic to the Steelers organization. Walking the upper tiered level from high above, there's panoramic views looking down on the field. Off to the open end side of the stadium, you capture a wonderful vantage point of the downtown Pittsburgh skyline, one of the most dramatic in all the United States, imo. I asked ushers if they would take a photo of myself and the field which they happily said "yes" to. Looking around and realizing I was standing at a Steelers game was exhilarating in the moment. In total, it took no more than 1 hour to venture around Acrisure Stadium and get the photos I wanted. Btw, in one corner of the open end section of the stadium was a large ketchup bottle statue which fans waited in line to take a picture of. I didn't purchase anything from the concession stands. Some details about the actual football game... I expected a rocking atmosphere. I figured the crowd would be a factor. I wanted Steeler Country to show their support the way I envisioned watching games on television. But I must say, and although the stadium was mostly full and the action came down to the final 4th quarter moments, fans were relatively laid-back. The energy wasn't nearly as loud and effective as I had anticipated. I felt disappointed by this. And just saying...I went to school in Baltimore and have made it to a bunch of Ravens games at M&T Bank Stadium. It always lives up to its reputation as being one of the loudest NFL settings. So for me, this relaxed Sunday atmosphere in Pittsburgh was a little anticlimactic. Another aspect that fell short were no firework celebrations. Nothing during the national anthem, introductions, touchdowns or field goals. I was surprised because Acrisure Stadium sits against the Allegheny River and would be ideal to set fireworks blasting off from the open end section. It'd offer an improved atmosphere intensifying the crowd noise. Overall, when reflecting back on Acrisure Stadium... - It's located next to the scenic Allegheny River. - There are walking pedestrian pathways beside the shoreline. - You have bright yellow bridges connecting downtown. - PNC Park of the Pirates is around the corner. In the end, it's evident this downtown area of Pittsburgh can be a sports fans' dream come true, lol. Regardless of how passionate I felt the crowd was for my first Steelers game, thank you Pittsburgh for having me. Hope to return sometime in the future.

Yelp
I am a die hard Ravens fan and I try my best to travel to support them as much as possible. The Acrisure Stadium formally known as Heinz field is a very nice stadium. It's clean and it a great location that overlooks the water. This stadium is one of the older stadiums in the NFL but very well kept!

Yelp
I have been to the stadium before for events but I never had the opportunity to attend a game until today. The lines went smoothly and fast surprisingly so I really appreciated that. All the workers were very helpful with all the questions I had.

Yelp
Stadium is the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the University of Pittsburgh Panthers. They also host other games, concerts, fundraisers, and festivals. It's a great view from anywhere in the stadium, and the games are always exciting. I'm missing the ketchup bottles that went into action when the Steelers reached the end zone. That was something truly unique about the stadium, and I'm sad that it's gone. There's a very nice Steelers museum/Hall of Fame as you enter on the ground floor. The staff do a great job of hosting fundraisers. The stadium is the center and heart of life in Pittsbirgh. I wish the tickets were more affordable, but that's everywhere you go. I watch most of the games from home.

Yelp
Acrisure Stadium opened in 2001, and it is where the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Panthers football teams play their home games. The stadium also hosts other events such as concerts, occasional outdoor hockey games, and Rib Fest. In addition to the football field, the stadium contains dozens of concession stands (e.g., Burgatory, Franco's Pizzeria, Potato Patch Fries, Primanti Brothers, and Quaker Steak and Lube) and several retail stores. For transportation, the stadium is located near the Allegheny and North Side T subway stations, and visitors may also park their vehicles at dozens of nearby parking lots and garages. At this stadium, I have attended Steelers games, the 2011 NHL Winter Classic, Rib Fest, and other events. During the Steelers and Penguins games, my seats gave me excellent views of the field/rink and players. I had the opportunity to tour the Steelers' locker room and to view their Super Bowl trophies, and I enjoyed that experience. Rib Fest was held on the exterior grounds rather than inside the stadium, and the vendors for food, drink, games, and music were set up well. My only problem with this stadium is that my body gets very cold in the windy winter weather. Furthermore, I have read that the stadium has a policy of not permitting large, unclear bags such as backpacks and totes.

Yelp
The best football stadium in the world!!! I've been to so many games here and it's always a wild night. Steelers fans don't play around baby. We ride or die! I could go for an I.C. Light and some nachos from here right about now. The pre-season is about to start and I am pumped. The environment here is electric! The fans can sometimes be a lot so be prepared for a lot of rowdiness. Bahaha! The food and beer here is banging! I love all things Three Rivers/Heinz/Acrisure! Here We Go!!!

Yelp
For a lifelong steeler fan, this place is the holy grail! Be sure to take the tour of the stadium...our guide was amazing. To be that close to a Lombardi trophy was mind blowing. We able to attend a game and purposely bought club seats not only for the availability of the reserved eateries and restrooms but for the cover in the event of rain (which did happen). Definitely recommend club seating (summer=shade). A Steelers win capped off the day!!

Yelp
Acrisure Stadium (formerly Heinz field) is a huge stadium filled with over 60,000 seats. Usually events hosted here are related to the Steelers, but I attended for an event with Miss Taylor Swift The stadium is very large, with several floors. We used the T System to get to the stadium, which was quite convenient to not have to pay for parking or the rush of traffic after the show. Food selection at the stadium, at least in the upper bowl, was pretty limited, and the bathrooms ran out of paper towels quickly. Even thought there was an employee monitoring the cleanliness of the bathroom, they were completely out of paper towels, so she put toilet paper by the dispensers instead. I would also hate to be sitting for a game in those seats because they're made of concrete, but I suppose tickets are cheaper in the upper bowl for a reason!

Casey B.

Yelp
This review is solely based on the stadium's provision for handicapped patrons. First, purchasing tickets is risky--you purchase standard tickets and then are instructed to arrive "as early as possible" to stand in line and try to rush (clearly the person establishing these protocols has never been or supported a handicapped person) to Guest Services to exchange your ticket for a handicapped access ticket, including a plus one. As this is "first come first serve" you have no guarantee of your seat nor the ability to have a seat in a handicapped seating close to your purchased ticket. In addition, because there is a limit of a single "plus one" any other family members will not be able to enjoy the experience with them. We have had this experience before but love the Steelers so we still make the choice to go and try to make the most of it. My uncle is in the late stages of Parkinson's and limitations are heavy. During what we anticipate will be his last game, my brother and I hung around in the handicapped section with my dad and uncle as long as we could prior to the game beginning to make the memories. We were told by several security personnel, "you will need to find your seat when the game starts" to which we said that we understood. Closer to the game, a group of (3) young, attractive women, dressed in alluring attire, came and found a seat in the section next to my uncle. Like my brother and I, they did not have the permitting wristband so we anticipated we would all be leaving at the same time. However, as the game approached, we were told to find our seats and the were allowed to stay. I asked, "can you tell me why they get to stay? This is likely my family members final game and, if there are means, I would like to find those, too." There was a lot of confusion and conversation amongst the security but, eventually, we were told, "those are player family members." I have no way to verify this but do know that there are box seats and even better seats then where we were sitting. It sends a definitive message when supposed "players' family members" are routed or even permitted to take the available seats of people that struggle every step of the experience already. This occurred in section 135 at the Steelers/Dallas game. Do better Acrisure. Happy to provide pictures of the people if that helps. I'd love to know who's family's wants takes precedence over the needs of paying disabled.

Yelp
Most amazing place ever to experience a Steelers game. Worth traveling the distance. Nice to experience a little weather as well

Yelp
I attended the Taylor Swift show here and had an amazing time. In addition to being the concert of my life, I had a surprisingly pleasant experience here. The staff were friendly, the venue was tidy, and the security moved us through at lightening speeds. When there was a security incident in my section, the staff took it seriously, treated it with urgency and didn't miss a beat. I was impressed with their commitment to the crowd and enforcing the no smoking rules. This was my first time in Pittsburgh and I found the stadiums parking system to be super modern and deeply appreciated on a sold out night. I loved the efficiency of being able to grab real-time spots as people cancelled them. Overall, we had a great concert experience here. Nice views of the city from the upper deck!

Yelp
This review is for way back in 2019 when me and then girlfriend visited the stadium, got to do a tour and see and walk on the field. Very interesting and fun to see as a huge Steelers fan. GO STEELERS !

Yelp
For the life of me, I can't understand the number of 5-star reviews for this stadium other than a personal attachment to the Steelers. It is my least favorite NFL stadium I've ever been to, let alone any arena in general. I don't think it's an attractive stadium, especially compared to PNC Park right up the street/river. And the food? Poorly managed and just not good. Most of the branded food options taste nothing like they do outside the stadium, the food is regularly cold and I've seen the horror stories from how the kitchens are maintained. Let alone the fact it takes about 15 or more minutes to get through a line. The restrooms are typically gross, but nothing like peeing in a horse trough with some drunken yinzers spitting chew and throwing cigarette butts everywhere. During a big game, the atmosphere can be electric as long as you don't get any belligerent diehards near you... And if you do, good luck getting security to do anything about it.
google avatar

Yelp
Best stadium ever. Staff is great. Train drops off right outside gate C (can be awful to get on at the end of an event though if you don't leave early). Bathrooms were very clean. Food lines are a little long but go quick - obviously pretty overpriced. The condiment stations were clean and kept getting restocked. Lots of beer carts around. Ramps are nice but more escalators could be helpful. I've been to many concerts here and have never had a bad time - most recently Taylor Swift!
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
The Steeler Nation is no joke. The fans come out and can see why when their stadium is well done. I was lucky to attend a game. The ingress could use improvement as it took some time to get in the gates and to our seats. Left early as I could only imagine how tough the egress would be with that many fans.

Yelp
Out in Pittsburgh initially for a pirates game, I looked up prices for a Steelers game while there, and it was almost sold out, $500 tickets left only. So I saw I can book a tour for $10 each and so glad I did! My husband was very pleased. We saw the fireworks and could honestly hear and see the game from the deck of our Airbnb the night before, (they won) which made it more fun rolling in the next morning. There's parking garages near the stadium I believe $8. You can walk around the grounds until your tour time, they give you a lanyard and check you off. ITS A STRICT CLEAR BAG POLICY. just fyi. The tour guides are amazing and nice. Bathrooms to use, you get to see the locker rooms of both the panthers and Steelers and the field, and a tour. And you get to touch the men of steel sign all the players touch. Pretty cool. Only $10 pp. it was great! Maybe one day we'll come back for a game! And they gave us 10% off in the shop. Highly recommend!! The stadium itself looked beautiful, again it was 11am after a 815pm winning game so we saw them in full swing in cleaning mode and doing an amazing job!!

Yelp
Went to my first game yesterday. Absolutely loved the atmosphere even though I am not a Steelers fan. We were seated in 525 so a bit up there, we had a great view and we were surrounded by some hilarious people. Security was pretty painless to get through and from there it was super straightforward when finding our seats. We didn't get anything to eat but sure did get some drinks. I thought it was weird though that you could only get 2 beers at a time.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful stadium I recently attended a Pitt Panthers game and had great seats. Lots of tailgating options nearby. Only negative was the Security gave my wife issues about bringing a small clutch purse in which her cellphone barely fit. Other than that a great experience.

Yelp
I will still call this Hinesfield because it will always be Hinesville to me. Unfortunately some company bought out Heinz Field and change the name to this. This is where my beloved Steelers play I have been here probably eight 910 times to see football games. I am here this morning right now in Pittsburgh to see the Steelers hopefully beat the Jets today. But it looks strange now that the ketchup bottles are gone and this is just not the same field to the stadium as it once was. But it is what it is go Steelers

Yelp
Diet Pepsi was flat, but they have the best two-handed cups. I love two-handed cups!!

Yelp
This 68,000 capacity stadium opened as Heinz Field in 2001. I've been here twice. December 19, 2010 for the J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS victory over the Steelers: 22-17 And October 2, 2022 for the J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS victory over the Steelers : 24-20 If only I had attended that AFC Championship game on January 23, 2011, maybe the Jets wouldn't still be looking for their first Super Bowl appearance since 1969. Oh well.

Yelp
If you're looking for a great place to watch a game, Acrisure Stadium is the place for you. The views are incredible, and there's not a bad seat in the house. The food is also great, and there's a good selection of beer and wine. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the experience.

Yelp
REVIEW OF PRIVATE EVENT (PRESS BOX DINING ROOM): My friend got married at Heinz field. She and her husband (football and Steeler fans) rented out the Press Box for their wedding. Attendees got a private tour of the stadium (we got to be on the field, in locker rooms, coach offices, etc.) and had lots of photo ops. The view from the press box dining room was gorgeous, looking across the river and you can see Duquesne Incline and Point State Park. Because we were staying at a local hotel, we took their shuttle to and from the stadium. I've heard there's gridlock traffic whenever its a home game. Private events are scheduled on away game dates when in season. I can't speak directly about coordinating with the stadium rental division for events, but I can say from observation that the catered food was great, the bar setup was great (bartender was friendly), and the decoration in the dining room was very personalized (my friend had all her personal touches so it didn't look like they were forced to use a certain set-up when booking). I thought the venue was really cool, and I'm not a football fan. Great views of the city, tour of the stadium, and unique experience!

Yelp
It's that time of year again baby!! Football season The Steelers definitely have one of the BEST stadiums in the NFL. I love live sporting events and the fans here are DIE HARD. I've enjoyed every game that I've attended.

Yelp
To whom it may concern, I wanted to share my thoughts and concerns on what was a terrible experience at Acrisure Stadium this weekend. My wife and I traveled from out of state with our two young children to tour our favorite team's stadium. Our whole family was so excited to see the locker room and be field level as the website states. Our family and entire tour group (30 people) were incredibly disappointed when we were told after the tour started that we wouldn't be doing half of what was promised because Pitt was having a practice. Everyone on the tour demanded a refund and the staff was of zero help and showed no compassion whatsoever. They told us that "all areas of the tour are subject to change due to stadium policy" which I understand but they shouldn't have scheduled a tour if that was the case. Additionally, I was told by staff via email that there would be a $10 charge for my 6 month old baby. This is pitiful and the stadium should be ashamed of themselves. I would NEVER recommend this tour. I'll also add that the survey link they provide doesn't event work....
google avatar

Leanh E.

Yelp
So incredible! Very efficient getting from the parking lot on the tram directly to the stadium form First Place Street. When I walked into the stadium it was like opening up the gates to Football Heaven! Most gorgeous view of three rivers and super clean. The fans and the egg was absolutely amazing. This was definitely the highlight of my trip and seeing the Steelers play at Heinz was on my bucket list. had to buy the souvenir mason jar Heinz Field drink. I got a cranberry and vodka and it was nicely poured. If you like the Steelers or if you have a team playing here, it is a must go.
google avatar

Dani J.

Yelp
I've never seen a game here but I did see Elton John and it was amazing. I love that they set up the outside as the yellow brick road. The drinks were crazily priced but that's to be expected I guess.
google avatar

Debra V.

Yelp
Nice stadium with lots of parking all around. Escalators and ramps allow lots of walking. Stadium food and large bathrooms are there. The announcers are spot on. The fans are crazy and respectful. The view of Pittsburgh is stunning in the day and night. Fun place.
google avatar

Lynnann W.

Yelp
Unlike the Steelers performance lately (which is breaking my heart)... the stadium itself was great. The security check, ticket scan went really quickly and thousands were coming through those gates. I'm out of my current home state and had never been here. Guest Services is dead center when you enter and was a wealth of information. His directions to find the UPMC Club were dead on and I really appreciated that. Once inside the UPMC area, you're greeted with a small gift/souvenir shop thereafter it opens up to a spacious, somewhat fancy lounge the width of one side of the stadium. Concession stands, with many different selections, line it; so there are plenty which makes lines shorter and they move quickly. Beer is available but for any other alcohol there is a large bar on the opposite wall. While waiting for the game to start feel free to play pool, lounge in large comfy leather chairs or watch the many TVs surrounded by lots of tables/seating. Another awesome feature are the floor to ceiling windows that provide epic views of Pittsburgh's unique skyline. The staff, regardless of where they were in the stadium were very knowledgeable, eager to help, and always accurate. That's impressive considering how many people they serve at a single event. The actual outdoor seating is comfortable, with convenient correctly sized cup holders and have a wider space which makes getting up mid game easier to navigate. Many people chose to watch the game in the lounge area which I didn't understand. Tickets aren't cheap and they could do that at home? Heinz Field is an iconic landmark in Pittsburgh and really represents the people who live in and love Pittsburgh.
google avatar

Michael P.

Yelp
What an amazing experience for food and drinks and of course to see the game in this iconic city. It was first class from start to finish. Such an amazing city to see a football game. See the pictures that show how amazing it was.

Yelp
What can I say about Heinz Field. It's an amazing field since it first opened up in 2001. The only downside pre-covid it doesn't have the best options on food and beer, but it's a good stadium and always nice. Cold with the cool air coming off of the river, in addition to it is an opening area. However it's a good stadium that has many memories. It's a Pittsburgh thing, you must go.
google avatar

A S.

Yelp
The best just like our organization. Top notch service and environment. Love the whole experience there from walking to and from, tailgate and post.
google avatar

Jeremy S.

Yelp
I was content to hold at two stars until a douchey Steelers fan sent me a "compliment" insulting me for not liking his stadium. So, in addition to the poor access, staff who don't enforce the house rules, and outrageously overpriced drinks, I'll add that the place attracts assholes too stupid to distinguish between the features of a building and the honor of their beloved sportsball team. One star it is.
google avatar

William S.

Yelp
If only the Steelers could win them all it'd be better. I mean fire Matt Canada and maybe our offense will perform well.
google avatar

Allen W.

Yelp
I am rating specifically my tour of the Heinz Field stadium solely. This was a really great experience for only ten bucks. The tour was approximately 90 mins with a reasonable amount of walking. I'd say in total we probably walked a mile or less which judging off of the size of this place that seems fair. You get to learn about the history of the stadium and when it was built. You learn about the history, you your the locker rooms of the player, check out memorabilia. No complainants my tour guide was great. It was a hit disappointing however that I feel like the tour left out a great deal of info about Pitt's football team.

Jay H.

Yelp
Started on time, the weather was great. The problem was we were not able to see the locker room or the VIP area (that's ok) The tour guide did not have a microphone or speaker, so the only people that could hear were the front 5 or 6 people. We did get to walk on the sidelines, but not on the field. We seemed to be rushed thru. The only part I liked was the 12 minute history of the Steelers video. Of course, they ended the tour with a gift shop. I feel it was not worth the money. Most of the tour were things we are going to see when we go to a game.

Yelp
Steelers! Steelers!! STEELERS!!! It's a beautiful stadium that opens to the rivers (can you name all three?) and the skyline that is uniquely Pittsburgh :) The people are amazing, the drinks flow through the whole game, the history is pure NFL. The Rooney's are a institution, the Heinz' a main stay. These family's have done this city proud. We loved it :D You can trust me, I'm black and yellow, black and yellow, black and yellow, BLACKANDYELLOW ;Di

Yelp
This is based on my Rolling Stones concert experience at Heinz Field October 4, 2021. This was my second Stones show at Heinz Field (2015) & everything on club level and in the VIP party area was very well organized. They had great signage outside the press entrance leading us to the VIP lounge elevator. Staff was VERY friendly. This was my 84th Stones show, so believe me this is NOT typical of stadium shows. The VIP was large & spacious allowing for social distancing due to Covid. Restrooms on club level did not have a wait & were very clean. The bartenders were also sweet & friendly. We were given great directions on how to access the pit on the floor and again security on the floor was kind & excellent throughout the show. They had to remove a guy who passed out in the pit in front of the stage and also jump the fence mid-show to tackle an obnoxious pushy guy trying to pick fights to get to the front rail. Overall this ranked as a top stadium show experience after disasters in other cities like DC & Philly last tour. Staff working merch stands prior to show were also efficient and friendly. Go Steelers!

Yelp
I haven't been to a Steeler game in years, but we came here this evening for an exhibition soccer match. The facility is very impressive, with a lot of food and other concessions. Plenty of restrooms. Our seats were midfield in the q00 level, with terrific field visibility. It seems all the seats offer good vantage. Great time at a great stadium!

Yelp
One of the workers their at a concession stand was violently rude and made threats at us for no reason. We were confused why but it turns out a group in front of us got into an altercation with her so she took it out on the rest of us in line. This is the concession stand that has the coors on tap next to section 508. We are filing complaints on this young brunette gal and got it all on video This was the Raiders - Steelers game

Yelp
TOUR: We booked one of the Saturday 10am tours on the website. Heinz Field Tours provide guests with a behind-the-scenes look into the FedEx Great Hall, Clubs, Luxury Suites, Press Box, Field. So glad we did this since it was less chaotic than the following game day (Steelers vs. Jaguars). We were able to take pictures on the field (we couldn't walk on the turf of course), sit inside the press room, club areas, UPitt locker room. Bummer that we didn't see inside the Steelers locker room (since they had a game the next day) but the tour was still very worth the $8 adults / $7 fee. There's SO much to see at the Great Hall so it was nice to walk through it leisurely without the gameday crowd. TIPS: Make sure you check the A-Z guide on the website for everything you need to know about getting to the field and what to bring/not bring. If you're a Steelers Nation Unite member you can submit a message to display on the scoreboard. Its not guaranteed but I was THRILLED to see my birthday message to my husband on the scoreboard!!! Get there early though - my message was displayed around 11am for a 1pm game so luckily we were already walking inside the field and by chance turned around just in time to catch the message on the scoreboard (although I wasn't quite fast enough to snap a pic!). Talk about timing!

Yelp
This is my first yes first visit to Heinz field since it opened way back when and my first opportunity to see a Steeler game. I will limit this review to the stadium itself. Heinz field is multilevel and has concessions, merchandise, and great things to look at all around. The best part of the visit is seeing "the Great Hall" where you can see the greatest players and coaches of the team along with all the Super Bowl trophies on display according to their respective years. Unless your are a season ticket holder it is best to park in one of the downtown garages for a fraction of the price and ride the T over to either Northshore or Allegheny station to get to the stadium. It is free. Be forewarned like in most stadiums expect to shove out much money for food, souvenirs, and other stuff. They have a clear bag policy where you can pack a few necessities when you come and one unopened water bottle. You also are allowed a small wrist bag or clutch. I would advise for safety's sake to hold on to it. It is advisable to get there early since there are a lot of tailgaters and the line to get in gets very long. There are outdoor restaurants and entertainment should you decide you have time to kill. I was able to get help finding my seat and since it was preseason the stadium was only half full and I found myself sitting between the 30-40 yard line. There are cupholders in front but these are for large cups or cans. The water bottle I purchased kept falling out so I finally had to keep it on the ground. Up by the scoreboard is the Ford fan zone which is located under the main scoreboard by some famous eateries including Franco's Italian food and BRGR. While there I got the opportunity to meet and greet former Steeler Mike Logan and actually see his Superbowl ring on his finger. I was thrilled to pieces to have my picture taken with him. The stadium has only 3 main entrances but there are escalators to take you up and ramps to take you down. After half time they reverse the direction of the escalators. I was having difficulty finding my way around but I met a nice security lady who escorted me upstairs and pointed out the direction I should go. Heinz field is host to other events and can be rented out for special occasions. They plan on holding a ribfest there in a couple of weeks. It has a great view of the Point and makes one proud to be from Pittsburgh.

Yelp
Heinz field is magical, especially for Steeler games. There are many good seats here but, some seats are better than others... The club level offers a welcome relief from the elements, gorgeous bars, charging stations, gourmet and simplistic food options, leather loungers and bathrooms with minimal-if any-wait time. A brief note on the food....there was a mac n cheese bar --woot woot-- and I'm gonna leave it at that. The UPMC Club offered beautiful views of the city and the field. The jumbotron is AMAZING here and takes watching a Steelers game to a whole 'nother level. Parking can be somewhat of a nightmare so plan in advance for game day. Tip: Checkout the Gateway Clipper shuttle which provides roundtrip transportation from Station square and conveniently drops off right in front of Heinz field.

Yelp
An energetic place to see a game, with outstanding audio/visual equipment, good sponsor tie-ins, and great views of the city. Decent concessions and prices, considering. Great seating and views everywhere. Really cool permanent exhibit area taking up the east concourse area with Steelers and Pitt history. Aging well given that it's now 20 years old.

Yelp
Arguably the greatest experience of my life. My favorite city, my favorite team, my favorite combination of colors, on the perfect nearly Fall day for the first time ever. The only issue was the Steelers lost the game and we saw 4 starters get hurt in the process. My first NFL game, my mother's first, my sister's first and my Aunt's first, on the day my mom turned 50 years old we surprised her with tickets to see the Steelers and Seahawks play! This was a phenomenal experience shared with the best people God could possibly put me with. The stadium is beautiful! The field is so cool! The city was lively and the fans were awesome! I think I was just grateful to get to see at least one game in my lifetime. I hope to return for another Steelers game soon! And I know we will get the W next time. Let's go Steelers!!! #SteelerNation
