The location is great. Major tourist attractions are walkable. The corridors do look a bit old and dated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff spoke English and was helpful. One strange thing - I had to pay a refundable deposit for an electric kettle in my room! This hotel is a good choice for a clean functional place, when one’s aim is to be out sightseeing.

Great location! Super close to the metro station, supermarket, and within walking distance to the Royal Palace. The service was friendly and helpful. But the elevator is extremely small (barely fits two people with luggage) and the room lacked basic amenities like a coffee machine or kettle. We were also concerned to see that the shower water was quite brownish which was off-putting :/

A good hotel with an excellent location! Near a shoppingmall and a metrostation (across the road). The royal Palace is in walking distance. We stayed in a triple room. The room is big with enough room for 3 adults. The airconditioning is outstanding, which is perfect in hot weather! The breakfast is good with different choices (cereals, bread, buns, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled egg, cheese, sausage, jam, honey, fresh fruits, croissants, sweets etc.) With a nice and helpfull staff! We enjoyed our stay!

The Hotel is in a very well connected location. There is a metro station across the street, bus stop and plenty of taxis in the corner. There is a convenience store next door and a shopping mall across the street. |We walked everywhere in downtown, the Palace and Cathedral are super close, lots of shops and attractions are within 15 min. Walk. One of our favorite restaurants in town is within a city block, Check out Casa Mingo. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, if you need to iron anything there was no iron in the room. The hotel has a nice terrace. We did not try the breakfast but it is available.

Very clean and one of the more affordable options in Madrid. Calmer, less noisy area right across the street from Principe Pio metro station. Super convenient with nice bakeries and a supermarket nearby. Nice staff. TV was difficult to change channels and it would have been so nice to have the option of purchasing coffee without having to get the whole breakfast for $14 euros. However bakeries nearby served the need. We had a standard room our first stay and a superior room (just an added balcony) the second stay. The balcony really changed the feel of the room and added light. However, I booked standard refundable and then waited for price to drop on superior and then cancelled and booked better room (for less $ than standard). I highly recommend this hotel for a clean, calmer, still convenient, budget friendly stay in Madrid.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean, took some time to cool down but then maintained the temperature. Bathroom and shower were pleasant, appreciated the “beauty” mirror embedded in the larger mirror. The breakfast was just fair.

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean rooms with a mini fridge. Close to everything. We came driving. Used the parking for the mall, which i just across the street. 50€! should've used the hotels parking. Had room on 2. Floor, with a view towards the road and mall. Road was not noisy at all. Great stay. Walked everywhere.

great experience. I arrived before check-in time. The guys at reception gave me great and cheaper options to get into the room earlier. As for breakfast, very good. As for the room: very clean and comfortable.
