We visited Madrid in December and we would definitely return and stay here. The location is across the street from shopping, the Metro and a train station making it easy to access other parts of the city. We walked to most attractions in the city center from here. The Royal Palace is very close. The balcony room faced the river and gave a beautiful view. Clean and comfortable for my husband and me. Tiny elevator. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations During my recent stay at Acta Madfor Madrid, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the reception desk team. In particular, Marc and his colleagues demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and genuine care. After leaving the hotel to Barcelona, I realized I had left my phone in the room safe. I immediately reached out to the hotel, and the reception team responded swiftly and reassuringly. Marc and the staff went above and beyond by not only locating my phone quickly, but also taking the extra initiative to arrange for its safe return to me after my departure. Their efficiency, communication, and willingness to help truly impress me. I am sincerely grateful for their support, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values outstanding guest service. Thank you again to Marc and the entire team for making my experience memorable and stress-free.

I will not stay at this hotel again because the rooms have horrible sound insulation. The main issue with this hotel is that the walls are extremely thin. I could hear all of my neighbors, even though they were speaking in regular conversational voices. I could also hear the lift through my door all night even though I was located at the end of the hall, quite far from the lift itself. Additionally, the door handles are very loose, resulting in me feeling like my belongings were not that safe inside my room.

This hotel offers twin and double rooms, and then ignores your request and gives you whichever room they have available. I've never had such a bad experience anywhere else. They are not interested in accommodating customers, but only in taking your money, and if you are not happy, they don't care, as it's not refundable. So only after you have paid they tell you that your request is subject to availability. Poor excuse, we booked well in advance and didn't get what we requested. Avoid, for this price you can stay elsewhere in a room of your choice.

After visiting Spain,Portugal and Morocco this hotel Acta Madfor is one of the cleanest and best location ever. Room Smells good and toilet is big and not smelly. Most people in the reception were very helpful and very friendly. Nice place to stay

A very cozy and clean hotel. The room was comfortable with a nice view. Great customer service, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, special recognition to Roberto and Enrique who were extremely kind, always with a smile and willing to answer any of our questions.

Small cozy hotel situated near principe pio subway and bus station. Has a supermarket beside it and several restaurant. This hotel has the tiniest elevator i have ever been! 1 person 1 luggage (big) lol wifi is a bit on and off here. The washroom looks very modern. The room furniture though its ikea pulled off a good modern pad. Worth a try.

Beautiful rooms! Everything was clean and crisp, with a nice size balcony. The location of the hotel was near the airport and a ten minute ride to the city center. I would totally stay again if visiting Madrid!
