Active Pilates Studio North York

I had the great pleasure of attending 1 on 2 Pilates classes with instructor Nicole this summer with my friend. Nicole was professional and patient at every stage of our journey, making it easy for us as beginners to adapt to using equipments and breathing techniques as well as make progress throughout our time there. She always catered lessons to our needs at the time, and adjusted the intensity of movements to how well we could perform them each session. Even though we began at the North York location, Nicole was also able to accommodate for some classes at the Richmond Hill location depending on our preferences. I would highly recommend Active Pilates and instructor Nicole to anyone who wishes to begin learning Pilates as well as those looking for an engaging and motivating environment!
