One word = robber !!! I booked a cruise for 11 people and due to COVID it's has been cancelled. No refund allow, despite 15 emails asking for it!! They stole me more than 620€! Several companies offer same cruises or activities, I have one advice => choose another company!!!!!

Terrible! They took credit card details and put a booking on hold for a day and abruptly responded on mail letting that the activity is cancelled. Horrible interface, no information, and have to check if my money is debited
