Read a lot about the good upkeep of the hotel and rooms and yes its all good. We had the 2 queen beds room for family of 4 and room size is still good for us to put our luggages and have room to move about. Front desk managers were helpful and explained things clearly. Location maybe a bit out of the tourist areas but all within reach by train and less than 30mins.

This is my 2nd time staying at this wonderful hotel. The hotel cleanliness is top notch. Especially their toilet and bathtub. It is very clean and there is no unpleasant toilet smell unlike other hotels. Your room will be clean up everyday with new towels replaced. The hotel is just walking distance to the train station which will link you directly to all the tourist hotspots. The hotel staff at the counter was also very friendly and they can speak good english without having to do google translate. I just hope the next time i come, the TV channel can be up and working as mine did not work previously. Other than that, it is worth every cents to stay at this hotel. Keep it up. 👍👍

Hotel ReviewOverall, the hotel was quite good and we had a pleasant stay. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel allowed us to store our luggage for the whole day, with free luggage storage available for up to 12 hours, which was very convenient for travelers.We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Family Triple Room, which was very nice and comfortable. This thoughtful gesture made our stay more enjoyable.Overall, the experience was positive. However, the cleanliness could be improved slightly to make the stay even better.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby has a microwave to heat up food if you require it. Hotel room lightings is a bit dim for my liking. Hotel toilet also came with a electrical operated bidet with heating seat and warm water, useful for winter period, which other hotel might not provide. For hotel customers who come in early but not able to check in yet, there are free lockers at the entrance of the hotel where they can temporary deposit their luggage and go shopping without wasting time. WhatsApp message will be sent to customers once the room are ready. Overall, recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay at ACUBE Hotel in Seoul. The hotel is well-located, just a 5–10 minute walk to several subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are a good size for Seoul standards — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price. I’d happily stay here again.

There is a spacious space. It is especially good for family guests. Clean room condition and reasonable price are also great advantages. It is near Jongno, so it is very good for tourists because there are many things to play on. I will use it again next time.

I was really upset about this trip because I choose this hotel. I never stayed in any hotel of the world when I was showering the water almost weak than t Raining... And I was trying to asked if I can change another room. But the staff told me the whole hotel is the same situation while you shower...
