Adam's Bar & Bistro

The bistro exceeded my expectations. We got the recommendation and made a little trip to Třebíč — and we definitely weren't disappointed. On the contrary! All the food seemed to be made from high-quality ingredients, super tasty, with a variety of original options. I especially loved the fried fish nuggets I had — it's not easy to find this kind of dish in Czech restaurants (and I love fish and chips). The staff was super nice and friendly. I definitely plan to come again!

A Culinary Masterpiece! Our dining experience at Adam‘s was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by Adam and his staff with warmth and impeccable service that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The burgers were an absolute delight—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a symphony of tastes that left us craving more. The steak was equally impressive, tender and seasoned to perfection, melting in our mouths with every bite. But the true showstopper was the ribs…fall-off-the-bone tender and slathered in a rich, smoky sauce that had us licking our fingers clean. Accompanying these stellar mains was a salad that was far from an afterthought. Fresh, crisp, and dressed with a zesty vinaigrette, it was the perfect complement to the heartier dishes. And let's not forget the **ice cream**—a house creation inspired by Dubai chocolate, it was creamy, velvety, and bursting with a unique flavor that transported us to the exotic lands of the Middle East. It was the perfect sweet finale to our meal. To top it all off, Adam surprised us with a selection of expertly mixed cocktails that were as visually stunning as they were delicious. Each sip was a harmonious blend of flavors that perfectly complemented our meal. Every dish was a testament to the chef's skill and the restaurant's commitment to quality. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable night out. We can't wait to return and indulge in this culinary heaven once again. Service two stars only for the bartender behaviour. The girls were great. Disgusting hygiene behind the bar – shocking! The food at Adam’s Grill in Třebíč was tasty, though on the heavy side – no complaints there. But what ruined the entire experience was the bartender tasting every drink by licking or putting the mixing spoon in his mouth before preparing the next one. Absolutely revolting, irresponsible, and shockingly unhygienic. I’ve never seen anything like it. Disgraceful behavior that overshadows the food entirely.

Great burger, but the prices are really high for this part of Czech Republic 65kc for a skoop of icecream, just to compare in Milano it costs about 50. Burger 360 kc is also a really high price vut it was something else, so the burger was worth it. Reguarding the atmosphere... I would not call it anything special but it was still nice 3ven though it was full

Great Food and interior! Really tasty svickova, nice carrot-ginger soup and refreshing ginger lemonade!

It stank so badly like dirty toilet I have no idea how people can stand to stay there, never mind eat something. Reply to the owners reply: Unless another restaurant at the same place is also called Adams Bar & Bistro I highly doubt that I reviewed the wrong place.

Delicious food, friendly staff. It is quite a small place and very popular, so I’d recommend to book a table in advance. Not the largest selection of vegetarian meals but then the menu is not that large either. I had a mini sandwich with goat’s cheese and sweet potato fries. My husband had a delicious and unusually presented vegetarian Ratatouille. My son had a chicken burger with fries. We were all very impressed and will come again.

Absolutely fantastic food, the tartar was an unusual experience, heaven in the mouth, beef steak smoky with our desired medium prep was delicious, the structure of the meat super soft and tasty. Home made alcoholic sorbet is fun and yummy. Home made lemonades very tasty, I recommend lichi and chia. Staff very professional, patient, friendly. Very high standard that is hard to find in much bigger cities like Brno or even Prague (definitely not for comparable price tag). 100% recommend.
