I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel, adam hotel suites, which markets itself as a five-star establishment. Regrettably, my experience fell far below the expected standards of luxury and hospitality, leaving me thoroughly disappointed.||Key Issues Encountered:|- Misleading Representation||The actual condition of the room and amenities did not match the photos or descriptions advertised. This lack of transparency is unacceptable for any reputable hotel, let alone one with a five-star rating.||-Unprofessional Staff Behavior|I was deeply disturbed to experience not one, but two separate incidents during my stay where hotel staff entered my room without knocking or obtaining permission. This constitutes a gross violation of basic guest privacy and demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism.|When I questioned this inappropriate behavior, the staff offered only a flippant justification: "Sorry, I was checking the minibar." This response is completely inadequate for several reasons:Basic Hospitality Standards: Any reputable hotel, especially one with five-star aspirations, must train staff to always knock and wait for acknowledgment before entering a guest room - without exception.|| The fact that this occurred twice indicates either willful disregard complete lack of proper staff training.|||- Poor Room Condition & Maintenance||The room was poorly maintained, with dirty walls and a non-functional safety deposit box.||Basic amenities were missing in the kitchen , and the provided electric kettle was broken—an inconvenience that should never occur in a luxury hotel.||Subpar Breakfast Quality||The breakfast service was rated a 4/10 far below the standard expected of a five-star establishment.

This will be my new home away from home. Had a great stay, the facility is clean and well managed. Food was delicious, the SPA was great! And above anything the staff is the best. Very professional, polite, accommodating to all your needs. Great experience, will definitely book again !

I had an incredible stay at adam Suites! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the on-site amenities were fantastic. I especial thanks to Mr Marwen always helpful and supporting with everything, highly recommend!

It's not the season and there are few people at breakfast - but the staff still can't cope with the workload. Breakfast until 10:00, but at 9:30 most of the hot dishes are gone (although the initial selection is already small). It's impossible to wait for an omelette, and there's a lot of confusion - although orders are literally handful. The room is old and not very clean - stains on all the textiles (sofas, pillows, curtains, etc.). A separate nightmare is the pillows (just shapeless lumps of padding polyester) and bed linen - old and washed out, with an unpleasant texture (attached). On the first night we asked to change it - it was partially replaced, but after the next cleaning we got the old one again. On the third day, hot water disappeared in our room - and despite fine weather and our plans we have to wait until it is fixed. It's a special pleasure to solve these problems when the staff barely speaks English :) And there is no gym in fact - it's exactly 3 exercise machines in a very small room.

We are unable to recommend this hotel. We reserved a suite with a kitchen and balcony. One problem is the kitchen which is completely lacking anything to actually cook. It had no pots, pans, utensils, dishwater, etc. In other words the kitchen was useless. There was not even a microwave! Then bathroom was also lacking. The shower was a cheap one with no room. Even for a thin person there is not enough room to shower! We kept asking to change for a better suite and every day the hotel staff kept lying to us that the hotel was fully booked! We would have left but it was completely nonrefundable. Learn from our mistake - avoid.

I can't speak to what it's like to stay here, but I feel compelled to leave a review regardless. My wife sings here several times a week and of every hotel in Tunis this place has consistently the most genuinely friendly staff. Certainly they are well-trained professionally, but the warmth is palpable and not just for show. Very much appreciate them.

it’s too bad experience: 1. The attitude of reception is a disaster, some of them can’t speak English. And the one speaking English with a very bad attitude. 2. The kitchen hot any utensil, cooking or eating. 3. The bed clothes is really uncomfortable, the cotton in the quilt is even messed up and the waiter said it’s normal? 4. There is even no hairdryer in the room? cost one hour to get one dryer? 5. After checking out, no one carry luggage for you to the taxi Can’t believe it’s a 5 stars hotel.
