Very much recommend this leather store in Florence!!! We walked in with my mom having her heart set on a blue leather jacket she had seen at a different shop the day before. She found a similar jacket in this store and out pops this man ready to help us. He found my mom a completely different jacket that she fell in love with even more and that she could wear with so many more outfits. And then he offered to shorten the sleeves for her so it would fit perfectly!! We came back about an hour and a half later and she got to walk out wearing it. Once again highly recommended this shop!!! Thank you so much for helping make my mom’s Italy trip even more special.

Fantastic experience in Adam Leather Factory today (Sunday)in Florence. The Gentlemen helping us was very courteous, had good recommendations and was patient as my wife and I browsed all the different bags. I am no leather expert, however the quality, craftsmanship, and feel of the leather was very nice. Needless to say we made a few purchases - a weathered brown Duffel, 2 maroon handbags (1 for Wife and Daughter), and a leather bound journal for our daughter. Adams tossed in 2 ❤️ keychain. We found Adams on Instagram (quality source, don’t rely on review haters, have a look/feel for yourself). Prices are reasonable, but do your job and work a deal. Thank you Adams, we’re thrilled with our experience.

Incredible prices and incredible products. I first went to the leather jacket side and then realized the handbags and smaller accessories are in the neighboring storefront. All the gentlemen I encountered who work there are very patient and kind, able to answer questions and offer advice with ease. I purchased quite a lot from here as the prices are so reasonable for genuine leather, not the fake plastic being sold on the outdoor market carts. I picked up some small pieces for Christmas gifts and had initials engraved into them for a more personalized touch. I also got myself two lovely handbags, they're leather with beautiful hardware accents. I expect these pieces to age well and be able to enjoy them for years to come. If you're in Florence, I recommend you stop in!

I went to this shop when I was in Florence in September 2025. The shop had very nice items and Adam was very helpful. While there I placed an order for a custom item and was told it would take a few weeks. I called the shop every few weeks for over 3 months to get the status of my order. Early December I sent a message to Mozzy and he told me he no longer worked there. So next I called the number that I found online for the store and it was Mozzi’s number. I then realized that I was getting the run around regarding my order and they had no intention of fulfilling my order. I would not recommend doing a custom order with them because they weren’t honest at all given the number of times I called and tried to get a clear answer. Very disappointing because I heard such great things about them. I found another company that made my custom leather cape perfectly.

We visited on our honeymoon in Florence and initially only browsed but didn't have time to wait in line because of a dinner reservation. When we were in the store we had such a fun time talking with Mozzy that we promised to come back the next day. When we came back Mozzy remembered our names, the bag selection and what we had talked about. Even in a small crowded shop Mozzy makes every experience personal and clearly loves what he does. We got a lovely bag and Mozzy even personalized an airpod case that he had made extra as a wedding present. If you want a leather product you can find a lot in Florence, but if you want a leather product and to meet an authentic and wonderful person you can't miss Adam's Leather Factory. Thanks Mozzy!

We had such a wonderful experience with Adams Leather. Me and my mom and son bought SO many Christmas gifts and souvenirs and he was so patient, helpful and kind to stamp them all for us. He literally lights up the store with his friendliness. We will definitely be back!
